Had a wonderful stay here aside from a leaking roof one day that management didn't care about and we cleaned up the water ourselves. The bed was uncomfortable after the first few days but generally the room was great. Free continental breakfast in the morning was a bonus and with best in the west across the street and the on-site restaurant we managed dinners. Great beach, security, pools and friendly staff make this place what it is.

This property is a vibe!

While it may not have the most updated look, it has personality. It is clean! The grounds are maintained all day.

The staff was cool, especially the security guard and the restaurant and bar staff.

I decided to try one of the non - all inclusive hotels and I am happy I did. I didnt miss a thing, this hotel has all the amenities you did not need to leave the property for anything. there is a restaurant onsite that provides sumptuous meals, the continental could have a bit more variety than the sweet pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful. location is properly maintained and clean. i am planning to return for a family retreat.

The best thing about this property is the location. The beach is right there. The neighboring restaurants are also a plus. The rooms were clean, but this hotel needs major renovations. The rooms are incredibly dark and give a depressing feeling. Overall facility just needs a rehab

The receptionist was friendly yet professional. The room spacious, comfortable and cool. Love the location of the property on the beautiful white sand beach (we did not have to cross the road to get to the beach). The continental breakfast was appreciated: fruit or juice with pastry included in the price. You could order breakfast and get a $5.00 discount.

The beach being the main attraction was clean and there were lounge chairs provided along with beach towels. We loved the sea then rinsed off and went to the hot jacuzzi then to the pool. We really enjoyed our overall experience. We would highly recommend Coco LaPalm!!

This is a perfect location, right on the middle of seven mile beach. There are lots of eating snd drinking choices up and down the beach. Bar tenders could have been more attentive, but it's island time so tou have to just go with it.

This property is very clean and located right by the white sand beaches. We loved the hot tub and the pools. Most of all the beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious. The only draw back is that internet was weak inside some rooms. We moved to a junior suit which had more space and excellent internet connectivity. Overall an excellent experience.

You better have cash when visiting this resort because the fees they charge at the restaurant, bar, and spa are something I’ve never seen before. Ridiculous.

At the bar, they actually measure every shot when making drinks, which is just bad form in my opinion.

Security is very tight, thanks to Johnson.

The rooms are dated, and some of the outlets in my room didn’t even work.

My favourite part about this resort is the staff. Very friendly and accommodating.
The room was spacious, and the gardens were beautiful. It was a well maintained property. The beach, of course was beautiful and I loved how there was a lot of shade. Special things to Johnson for taking care of me by bringing my chair and towel every day. I will be back.

Service at restaurant wasn't great, first day we waites over 2.5 hours fornour dinner. Mext day at the grill, i was ignoresnfor over 15 min, then took over an hour to get our lunch. Appeared that service was only for people they knew as survice improved as staff gotbto know us.

Two months before the trip, I had to cancel one night do to flight changes. Still waiting for my refund, despite many calls to both hotel and expedia. Its been 2 months.

Bars and bartenders are excellent, they create anything you ask for, shout out to Romeo for making the Wolverine Special! Beach area is gorgeous with plenty of chairs and floaties to use. Pool is huge and clean as was the hot tub, and the hot tub temp was perfect 100 degrees. Easter week activities were planned for adults and kids, however more communication from the front desk on how to sign up for these activities could have been better. Overall, it’s a great central location on the busy stretch of 7 Mile Beach.

Room is nice and very clean . Lacy Ann was our housekeeper and she was excellent and kind .. majority of restaurant staff are so sweet .. although service is beyond slow for breakfast . Definitely on island time . Beach security is excellent no issues .. the beach and water is second to none. Gorgeous is an understatement . Food is pricey but it is everywhere today .. food is delicious .. pools are good but could use a little refresh with missing tiles in adult pool. Water is crystal clear though. Overall I would come back and enjoyed it very much 12 days was a prefect stay . Great music and live band Friday night.. try the Lemon or lime daiquiri if you want a sour/minimal sweet frozen treat.. firefly down the beach has $2 red stripe between 12-2pm and great burgers and chicken wrap. Best lobster and snorkel book captain Jace. I had lobster three times all good but he was the best and best experience at booby Key

The room was clean but had a musty smell and the mattress was not good on my back. Staff was helpful, breakfast was decent depending on what you ordered. Beach was big and there were chairs for everyone. All the floats available was a big bonus. I found the price of a red stripe to be much higher than other places on the beach but the turkey club and fries was a good sandwich. All in all it was a good stay.

Fifth stay at CocoLaPalm. I hope to have more visits in the future. Staff is friendly and makes a person feel quite welcome. Excellent location on 7 Mile Beach. Grocery/liquor store less than 10-minute walk which is very convenient.

The beach is great, right in the middle. BE REALLY CAREFUL of wet surfaces coming down the stairs by the beach!!! When they are wet mopping them it is scary dangerous if you are not!

This was our first time to Jamaica and we chose CocoLaPalm in Negril based on other reviews of the resort. We were very pleased with everything. The grounds were well-kept, the staff were hard-working and very accommodating and the vibe was so relaxed. We felt like family the minute we checked-in.

Room was cleaned when we put the door hanger out. Housekeeping. waiters/waitresses and beach staff were excellent. The only problems we had were with breakfast. 3 times out of about 12 when Eggs Benedict was ordered the eggs were not cooked as ordered. Most mornings it also took a long time to get food after placing our orders.

Overall a pretty good experience.
