We rented the room because the ad said it was only a few minutes walk from the Ancient Forest, only to find out it Wan an hour drive away. The TV kept cutting out and after two trips from the tech we gave up on it. The coffee had an off taste which seemed like a bad creamer. When I suggested a partial refund the management said they could not do anything g because we had booked through a third party.

It was a clean comfortable room. It’s your basic 2 storey motel. Nothing bad and nothing special. I’ll stay here again.
It was ideal for a quick clean up, sleep and back on the road.

Check in was easy and the clerk was very nice. There was no cellphone service.
The bathroom counter was very small, with little room to put anything. The main door didn't properly fit the frame, so we had mosquitos coming in, even though we didn't open the door once we got in the room. The bed creaked a lot when getting in and out of it.
I wouldn't recommend this Travelodge.

They offer “breakfast included” but don’t expect much! They say breakfast from 6:30am, we got down there at 6:30 and the doors were locked, then they opened up at 6:40 but there was only cheerios and front loops with no milk. So no milk for coffee either, then another 10 minutes went by and one of the staff brought out a few boiled eggs and some frozen bacon in a warming tray that needed to be plugged in. By this time, the dining room was full with people and nothing to eat. Was very disappointing considering we booked this hotel specifically to save time for the rest of our journey by having breakfast ready to go for us in the morning.
Sheets were also dirty as if they hadn’t been changed.

I was happy with my stay until I received my bill. I was billed the rate advertised on Expedia for the first night but an extra $40 per night for the second and third night.
Perhaps I missed something in the fine print, but I can see nothing on their ad about increased weekend rates or anything like that. Regardless this seems like an underhanded tactic. I expected more from an Expedia endorsed hotel and from somewhere associated with a large hotel chain.
I have send an inquiry to the hotel but they have not responded.

This hotel is extremely run down and dated. Our room, in particular, you could see that the door had been kicked in at some point. The frame needs to be replaced. The door itself did not have a safety latch it was broken right off. Outside our room, the exterior lighting was broken. Our room was fairly clean, the microwave had not been wiped down, and the mat in the bathroom was still soiled from previous guest. The room was probably the cleanest space in the entire hotel. The lobby was dirty and people behind the counter. We're on phones or uninterested in assisting. The continental breakfast room was extremely dirty, it did not look like the kitchen items had been wiped down in a month The two mornings we were there I did not see a table wiped down once after a guest used it. We came as a group and the staff only refilled items when asked and it seemed like they didn't want to do it even when requested. We booked a month in advance, so there was no reason they were not prepared for our large group. The entrance must have been dug up at some point, because there is a huge rut along the entire length that needs repaired.

The tv was extremely hard to use with no written instructions to follow. I tried to call the office from the room but the phone never worked, this is a HUGE safety hazard. The pitcher that the milk was in was dirty and it had dried old milk on it. I had to asked to have it cleaned. Coming from an other hotel the night before I felt the difference right away. The location was good but pulling into parking lot was pothole heaven and in rough condition. The room looked nice at first but beds were awfully uncomfortable and bathroom filthy. Baseboards were lined with dust and dirt build up. Tub surround caulking cracked and paint chipping off wall. The towels were exfoliating devices to remove skin when used and for 2 grown adults you get 2 small towels. One of the 2 queen beds when sat/laid on made an awful creaking/squeak when you try to move on it. Paid more money to stay here compared to other hotels in town because reviews said it was good but barely slept as beds are very awful.

The room itself was not clean enough. The walls in the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while with lines of grime coming down. I slept in my clothes. The ac didnt work and it looked like the place had a fire recently as the ac unit was damaged. The outside of the building was looking run down with holes in the vinyl and there was a spot with melted vinyl because of a fire or some intense heat. It had not been fixed.
Overall if you looking for a place and done mind the uncleanliness it would be a good spot, but for the 250$ a night i paid i expect more.

The hotel asked me if I would be late for a checkin. I was going to be quite late, and I mentioned so. He gave me a code to check in and instructions. When I arrived, there was nothing as per the instructions there. After wasting time with kids in tow, I rang their door bell. Someone was sleeping at the reception who woke up. I mentioned the code and other details. He gave me a room key and went back to sleep. After struggling again, I said there is no such room. He said I was misinformed about the room number and took my details again. He said I hadn't been checked in. He just gave me someone else's key! Then after checking me in, he gave me the room keys again. They didnt work! I went back again, rang the bell, he woke up, switched the lights on, and this time I asked him to come with me to the room. He fixed the key card and led us to the room. This check in process took over an hour!
The room was okay. Breakfast was neglible. The shower curtains were dirty with human hair!

When we arrived at the hotel we requested a room on the lower level. They refused to accommodate us even though there was rooms available. Upon arriving in the room we noticed really strong fake lemon scent like they were trying to hide something. The AC didn't work, the TV was broken, bed was even worse Broken Springs. Would definitely never stay here again would rather sleep in a tent outside. Claims they had free continental breakfast but try to charge us for it, only thing they offer for breakfast is bread.

Yes, the stairs leading up to the room were very threadbarren, and dirty, and the hotel itself is quite old, but it appears that the room itself had been upgraded, and we were very pleased with it.
