Basic room and bathroom ( sink has only one tap which is only cold, shower has only one tap with the instantaneous elec shower head which is always hot) No English spoken but staff are good. O hotel me surpreendeu muito positivamente! O quarto é bem simples, porém extremamente limpo e cheiroso, todos os dias quando voltavamos, a arrumação e limpeza estavam impecáveis. Localização perfeita, bem no Centro, café da manhã muito bom, os funcionários, todos, simpáticos e prestativos, o quarto para tres pessoas foi um pouco apertado e a TV não oferece muitos canais, mas o ar condicionado era bom, o chuveiro também. Para quem quer estar bem localizado e não faz questão de luxo, o hotel atende perfeitamente.

Estivemos pela segunda vez no Hotel Pousada Calliandra e novamente fomos muito bem atendidos por todo pessoal que lá trabalha, sempre gentis, atenciosos e rápidos em atender nossos pedidos. O café da manhã é uma delícia e está sempre tudo pronto na hora de início. Os quartos possuem tamanho bom, com camas confortáveis, ar condicionado e televisão funcionando muito bem. Apenas o banheiro que precisa de uma reforma em geral, principalmente a troca das portas. Em geral, tivemos uma ótima estada e voltaremos mais vezes.

FIN DE SEJOUR CHAOTIQUE...
Après un séjour \"éclair\" de moins de 48 heures, la veille de mon départ j'ai demandé à la réception de l'hôtel d'être réveillé à 06:00 heures du matin. Le mini-bus qui m'amènerait à l'aéroport de Campo Grande (pour prendre le vol retour ver Sao Paulo) passerait me chercher à 07:00 heures. A 07:10 heures le réceptionniste de l'hôtel appel dans ma chambre pour me dire que le transporteur m'attendait à la porte de l'hôtel... J'ai répondu: \"bonne nouvelle, vous deviez me réveiller à 6 heures ce matin, heureusement que je me suis réveillé tout seul il y a un quart d'heure\". Le réceptionniste m'a répondu qu'il n'était pas au courant et que ma demande n'était pas registré dans le livre d'annotations de l'hôtel... Cinq minutes plus tard une autre réceptionniste a prétendu qu'elle n'était pas au courant pour finalement reconnaître que ma demande de réveil était bien noté dans le livre de registres de l'établissement.
De plus dans la salle du petit déjeuner j'ai demandé de l'eau chaude pour me faire un thé et au fond de la tasse blanche j'ai vu que l'eau versé contenait plein de petites particules de saleté noir...
