Hotel peca muito na limpeza, foram 5 diárias e em nenhum dia houve limpeza no quarto, por duas vezes informei na recepção e me forneceram toalhas limpas, mas limpeza e arrumação do quarto não aconteceu mesma colocando a plaquinha para arrumar o quarto e ter saido 3 dias por volta das 7h da manhã e retornado após as 18h, nada de quarto arrumado. Em um dos dias tive eu que retirar o lixo que ficou no corredor por recomendação de um funcionário da recepção. Lastimável.

No geral foi bom. Houve um inconveniente no atendimento quando procurei um rapaz na recepção e ele mal levantou os olhos para me atender e sem proferir nenhuma palavra. Meu quarto não foi limpo por dois dias, cheiro de barata, sem papel higiênico, secador não funcionava. Fiquei num quarto que não foi o que eu paguei quando reservei, reclamei na recepção e me colocaram em outro que mesmo assim não era o que tinha pago. Estou insatisfeito e lesado.

Fomos recebidos antes do hroario do chekin, o q foi excelente, porem ficamos em um dos quartos e aguardamos pra ir pro segundo quarto quando o restante da familia chegasse, as 18 horas. Durante o dia haviamos pedido pra trocar o quarto pois as camas nao pareciam confortaveis, tinham resondido q nao tinha outro disponivel. Quando fomos de fato para o quarto, o ar condicionado nao funcionou e ficamos aguardando autorizacao pra disponibilizarem outro quarto. Resolveram, mas causou um transtorno desnecessário.

- Hotel bastante simples, sendo interessante somente para aqueles que desejam passar uma noite e seguir viagem;
- Instalações bem simples e o café da manhã deixou bastante a desejar;
- As comidas oferecidas não eram frescas, e a reposição foi encerrada cerca de 30min antes do horário. Cuscuz mal cozido, os ovos não estavam com um bom aspecto, frutas e pães não eram novos. No meu último dia de viagem, preferi tomar café da manhã no aeroporto, tamanha a baixa qualidade das opções do hotel;
- Meu chuveiro não tinha água quente e a região do entorno me pareceu perigosa, sem opções de bons mercados e lugares para comer;
- Ao menos o preço da diária não era caro. Mas é uma economia que, talvez, não valha tanto a pena;
- Em resumo: é uma proposta de hotel para quem está viajando de carro e precisa de uma noite para descansar, com baixo custo, e seguir. Não recomendo para quem tiver compromissos mais longos em Cuiabá, pois as instalações e serviços deixam bastante a desejar.
