The room was little small but so clean! There is an onsen downstairs. It was good too! Only one woman stuff attitude made me uncomfortable because of her rudeness. It is very rare happened in japan though. I felt she just didn’t respect customers. She didn’t feel thankful to customers at all. That how I felt. I don’t care she likes the job or not but she should respect and act polite to all customers especially the customers are polite to her.

I chose this hotel over more expensive hotels because it was highly rated for cleanliness. It was acceptable. The room was overall pretty clean but the \"unit bath\" smelled of mildew. And the carpet under the beds has lots of dust balls. Look at your own risk! The Japanese breakfast was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised by the public bath. The water temperature was hot and relaxing. The changing area does get crowded, despite their cutting down lockers as a Covid measure. The staff were professional and helpful. (I spoke to them mostly in Japanese.)
I would consider coming back alone, but won't take my mom back here because she didn't like the mildew smell and the room was cramped for the two of us plus all our luggage.

An excellent hotel right across the street from The train station. A big surprise was the happy hour included from 6 PM to 8 PM.
