We just needed it for the night before flying out. It was clean and convenient to the diner next door. The shuttle was only running every hour-ish (06:55 or 07:40) so we either had to go early or cut it close. The shuttle also runs with multiple other hotels but we were the last pick up as well so it didn’t delay getting to the airport. Easy check in and check out.

A good hotel — clean, cozy, and modern. The room was large, with a spacious bathroom. There is a shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was quite decent. The only thing I would suggest is that they add some non-slip stickers in the bathtub, as it’s very slippery — my husband slipped and fell there.

The photos online made the property seem in much better condition. When I pulled up to park it felt mislead. The carport entrance was missing the sign and had plywood up in its place, from first impression I felt it was very dated, questionable if it was even open. The room was nice enough (again very dated, the tile floor in the bathroom craking and missing pieces and the window didnt close completely). Only concern for cleanliness was that the bathroom supplies like lotion, shapmoo and condition were all previouusly opened and used - there was residule products on the sides of all the containers. Bed was comfortable and the room served its purpose. I would not pay the same amount to stay again, and would go to another hotel in the area for $20-$30 more instead.

The hotel is outdated, as well.
Also, I was charged $98 for the stay while payment was done on Expedia. When I asked them, I was told to speak to manager and he wasn’t onsite.

The room was awful. The bathroom door was coming off the hinge and wouldn’t even shut. Everything in the room just seemed run down. The lights in the parking lot were flickering; like a horror movie. While you can’t control the individuals that stay, the police came and pounded on the door across the hall waking the family up in fear. We will avoid this hotel at all costs.

Average hotel. Nothing was too fancy, definitely fair services for the price. The hotel was close to the Denver Airport and offers shuttle services. I would recommend staying there if you’re staying at the airport. Hotel also offers free breakfast. The concierge didn’t tell us about it when we checked in and we missed it before we left for the airport.

Charged $10 a night for parking after that not being listed anywhere on their website or Expedia (and the neighboring hotels don’t). Curtains didn’t close all the way so our room was really bright at night. Not a great location unless you were just staying the night before to go to the airport.

On the positive side, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Otherwise, the hotel is badly in need of remodeling. The decor is outdated and looks shabby. The towels were small and we were given only one threadbare towel each. No hand towels but extra washcloths to compensate. The breakfast was not good except the coffee was fine. If you need a place for one night, it is adequate.

Our stay was on the more affordable side ($150), so perhaps we got what we paid for, but there were several issues worth noting. The floors in both the common areas and our room were noticeably dirty. While the beds appeared clean, there were crumbs on the bureaus. Walking through the hallways, there was a strong smell of marijuana, which other guests were also complaining about in the elevator. This was especially concerning as we both had children with us.

In our room, the pipes under the sink sprayed water everywhere whenever the sink or shower was turned on. Unfortunately, all of our towels were folded under the sink and were soaked the first time we used it. When we brought these concerns to the front desk, the response was simply, “We are really sorry about that,” with no follow-up or indication that they intended to address the problems.

Overall, while the price point was reasonable, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and dismissive customer service made our stay disappointing.

Chose this hotel just for the hot tub, but after seeing it, it looked super sketchy and gross, so I opted to use a washcloth for a plug (didn't have one on my tub) and took a bath instead. The cute silver diner next door had good food.
