Room was dated, carpet was deteriorating, the seat dirty, curtains had stains, bathroom felt dirty and the ceiling was patched horribly.

The shuttle was nice - thirty minute intervals. That's about it. Would not recommend.

We booked this hotel for a mid-morning flight the next day. We dropped off a rental car, so can't speak to shuttle service. We arrived late afternoon and there was still some parking available, but we can see how it would easily fill up. The property overall is just OK, nothing terrible and nothing great. It's tired and worn. All we needed was a clean room, comfy bed, and a hot shower - and we got all those. Check in was completely unfriendly - no greeting, no smile, no eye contact, no info about breakfast or other amenities. We would have been better off checking in at a kiosk if it was available. Breakfast is 100% carbs, no fruit, no protein available. We normally stay at IHG properties, and will return to one of those on our next outbound flight.

The lady at the desk was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and pillows good. Had not one but 2 hot tubs! Clean. Not a modern hotel or anything but fine. The only problem was that they rent parking spots to airporttraffic and the parking lot was totally and ful

We waited 55 minutes for the shuttle. We had called twice and both times were told the driver would be there in a few minutes. We saw other nearby hotel shuttles up to 3 times. Hotel is a bit loud so recommend ear plugs. Breakfast is ok.

Sometimes you pay less and get more! Great shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, a restaurant next door at the doubletree. There is a gas station next to the hotel with lots of things you need on a shorter layover.
The breakfast is free and has the usual offerings.

Thermostat was turned off and it was not clear there was even a separate thermostat. I just got in my room late at night after traveling all day, and after waiting outside at the airport in the cold for like 20-30 minutes, I arrive to a cold hotel room. I tried adjusting the controls on the unit itself, but they were unresponsive. I was so tired at this point and had all my stuff in my room that I didn’t want to deal with the process of changing rooms in the middle of the night, so I just tried to sleep in my clothes and wrap myself in blankets. It didn’t go well, I slept poorly and overslept. Missed breakfast. Had no time to even take a shower before having to check out. I went to the desk and explained my poor experience and all she had to say was that I should have figured it out last night and there’s nothing that can be done now. I just wanted to walk into my hotel room and go to sleep. Not fiddle with multiple hvac control panels. Now I am unrested, unshowered, hungry, had my intelligence insulted, and even the maid walked into my room before my designated check out time. All in all, horrible experience, I would have had a better nights sleep in my car outside in the parking lot. Would not recommend and will not return. I understand there was a way the problem could have been fixed, but you’re expecting your guests to put in too much effort so you can save 25 cents on electricity.

I thought this was a definite five stars - until I went to breakfast... I've stayed in hundreds of hotels over the last 50 years, but this breakfast, for me, was probably the worst. I searched in vain for anything that was remotely healthy: milk. They did have milk. Everything else was sugary and/or white flour. No fruit - not even an apple or banana. They had something that looked like whole grain bread, but was actually just caramel colored.
BTW, the rest of my experience was really good!

This property had a high rating and we were expecting our normal Wyndham property experience. Check in staff was somewhat rude and was not helpful. The room was on the 2nd floor and the furnishings were very very rundown and in desperate need of updating. The carpet was dinghy and the floor made so much noise when you walked across the room. Locks were loose on the door. I did not feel safe and the wall paper was falling down in the bathroom. Overall I’m upset I wasted my Expedia points on this property. Beware. It looks ok from the outside but is not great inside.

The first room I was given had no working lights in the bathroom, or living area, so I was given another room. The inside of the room could use a freshening up…paint, and simple repairs. Breakfast was literally a bunch of pastries, some oatmeal, waffle choice….not very healthy or option friendly.

The hotel was very busy. There were several others checking in at the same time, I was, and the front desk clerk seemed distracted, but was efficient. The room was okay. The bathroom door touched the shower curtain rod, and the shower curtain was too long, but not wide enough. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was sparse with only bread items and cereal available.

Waited 30 mins for the free shuttle, when it showed up it was already nearly full and they had room for only 2 and they was 4 in my party. Driver said to wait another 30 minutes, outside, and 130am. Took an Uber instead of that and when we got to the hotel it took forever to get checked in. We finally got our rooms at probably 230, and i called for a late checkout. Manager said 1130 is the best we can do. So i put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and at 9am they started knocking anyway. Then again at 11:10. I asked the guy if he saw the sign on the door and he just pointed at his clipboard and said checkout is at 11. I asked why he knocked at 9, and was given no real answer. I get it, i'm not a custumor, I am an inconvenience of some sort and service means nothing, just get out of my way so i can clean the room, now.

When I arrived, the man in front of me had had his car broken into in the parking lot.
There was no hot water in the tub for a shower. Staff immediately offered me another room. I wound up showering the next morning in an adjoining room that had hot water.

Waited quite awhile to get checked in, when desk agent arrived she was on a personal call and made us wait longer. Room was very large and soaking tub was wonderful. Breakfast selection was 2 cereals, make your own waffles, breads and varity of pastries and oatmeal. Wouldve liked more of a selection for fruit and maybe yogurt. It was great to be able to walk to dining options close by for dinner.

I usually give this property a 4 or 5 star, because staff is always very friendly & helpful, plus, rooms in past have been very satisfactory. Also FYI, I try to give good reviews and am not very picky if experience is relatively good. But, here goes: 2-night stay & disappointed to be given handicap room on 1st floor, very unusual! No charging ability on one side of bed. Little furniture, in the vast handicap space. Heater/Ac unit soooo close to bed-very loud. Door to room would not close unless we slammed it (and woke all of the neighbors), so we dead locked it to close and slammed it when we left. Maids cleaned and we found the door open bc it does not close. Also, coming out of breakfast room with my plate in hand, I turned a sharp left upon exiting to almost fell head over heels over a 3' x 3' rectangular foot rest that is part of the furniture. It had been moved there to prop the door open. I was alarmed that I really could have been hurt and politely let the morning manager (male) know that it was a serious hazard bc people are not looking down for that type item. He promised to let his breakfast staff know; but the next morning, there it was again. Very dangerous!

We enjoyed our stay. The room is not deluxe but for the price it was great. It was very clean and comfortable and the front desk people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is all inexpensive carbs and some coffee and tea. We would stay again. We also paid to park for almost 3 weeks for a trip and the shuttle service was quick and reliable. Parking when staying in the hotel is free.
