We booked the top floor suite, thinking it should be a quiet haven for sleep. But it turns out to be right under the rooftop bar/restaurant, so lots of noise until around 2am. And then at 6:30am the cleaners began above us, noisily tossing chairs and tables about as they vaccumed.

So, we got moved down a floor to a tiny room on the opposite end, and.. sewer gases from the ductwork rapidly made us ill. So at 11pm, we packed up and left for a Real hotel 20min away. Never again.

The room is much more spacious and cleaner than it looks on the website, and the air conditioning is wonderfully cool. All the staff are friendly (which was such a relief after being worn out by the rudeness in Salzburg and Hallstatt) and very helpful. I highly recommend the rooftop restaurant’s barbecue and tuna steak, and the breakfast buffet was the best quality we’ve had during our entire Germany–Austria trip.

Very nice hotel in central Linz. The hotel is in a pedestrian area and there are nice restaurants and bars on the street below, but not noisy. Small efficient room, staff were helpful when i left my computer in the room, and shipped it to me. Good base for visiting Linz.

The hotel is situated in the downtown of Linz, a very short walk from tram stops and the main square, but luckily with the window closed it was quiet and not noisy at all inside the room. The staff was nice, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have a bottle of complimentary water and a coffee capsule for the coffee machine. The breakfast felt overpriced, but it was good quality, mostly the usual items of a buffet breakfast, but with a little more than usual choice in fruits and cheeses.

All good at this place. Welcoming check-in. Unexpected free welcome drink too. Room modern, spacious enough and well equipped with A/C. Very comfy beds. Bar is nice and the place is right in the middle of town. Couldn't find the hotel carpark and the front of tyhe hotel is in a pedestrian zone. I parked ina public underground car park near by which was a few euros more but hey, ho. Didn't eat there. Has a rooftop bar and restaurant but, as it is under glass and its a heatwave at present, did not go there. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Nothing not too like and good value.

It was close to the sites we wanted to see, the parking was onsite, and the staff was very helpful. They answered my emails promptly about the parking and access through the pedestrian area.

Our room was so small that the only place to put our (medium size) suitcases without tripping over them was in an upright position in one corner. The closet/wardrobe was divided in two 14 inch vertical spaces making it impossible for suitcase placement.

They charged me twice. It could be a Hotels.com's fault. I chose "Pay at the hotel" option. And my money got deducted by the hotel very soon. When I checked out the hotel, the girl charged me again. She said something about "holding the money", but it IS deducted. She could check the transaction with my card from their data. Definitely, she didn't care what's happening in my reservation. The hotel itself is awesome. Very clean. Nice location. But how can I like such hotel and service.

Hotel is located just off the main street right in the centre of town. It is an easy 15 minute walk from the main train station. Our room was adequate with seperate bathroom and toilet for one night stay. Unfortunately we received quite cold treatment from the staff member upon check in and then again check out

The hotel has an excellent location in the centre of Linz’s old town. Service is pleasant and efficient. We chose not to have breakfast in the hotel as there are many good options nearby in cafés and bakeries. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Recommended.

Hotel was perfectly located, staff excellent, value as well. Beds were two single beds with single quilts pushed together, as in much of Europe. I personally hate that configuration and as a result sleep was not great.

We stayed in this hotel for only 2 nights, and we would like to have stayed longer. It is an attractive hotel with courteous and mostly helpful staff. The room was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and great shower. The hotel is located near the main shopping street on which the trams run, so it is convenient to get around town. The hotel itself is on a pedestrian street, so there is no traffic noise. The area is pleasant with shops and small cafes. We had some difficulty finding a restaurant on a Saturday evening. The hotel has a restaurant but it is closed on Saturday and Sunday - very strange. Our only complaint about the hotel is that the breakfast is not included - it is an extra charge of 13 euros per person. The breakfast is a nice buffet, similar to that in many Austrian hotels. This hotel is definitely a good choice for Linz.

Our room had this funky bathtub framed in brick right in the room, not a separate bathroom. The toilet has a separate room. I'm not sure how we ended up with that, or if all the rooms are the same. My wife kicked me out so she could take a shower in privacy. The night we were there, there was a serious party going on in the street, from midnight until 4am. Windows didn't offer much sound insulation. Then the street sweepers came out and took away that last bit of quiet before we had to get up. Not blaming the hotel, it is what it is, just be aware.

They went out of their way above and beyond for my 83 years old parent and me. The parking is awesome. They have a secure underground garage. The area is very safe and awesome location. Will come back again most definitely.

Die erste Übernachtung Freitags, war sehr ruhig, dafür war es Samstags extrem laut in der Nacht. Aufzug fiel auch aus, was bei 5. Obergeschoss nicht lustig ist. Der Aufzug ist im Übrigen zu eng. 2 personen mit kleinem Koffer passen rein. Mehr nicht. Ansonsten ist der Service und das Hotel super! Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt.

Nous sommes partis le matin. Je me suis aperçue que j'avais un vêtement de marque (robe en soie) dans l'armoire de l'hôtel , j'ai téléphoné en fin d'après midi pour que l'on me renvoie le vêtement ou bien trouver une solution pour récupérer la robe, on ne m'a jamais rappelé malgré qu'ils m'avaient dit qu'ils le feraient. J'ai pourtant rappelé deux autre fois.

Zweckmäßig, freundlich, sauber. Aber während Gaskrise und Kostenbremse sind Zimmer und Gänge sehr überheizt.

Surpris car entre la présentation et la réalité c'est 2 mondes. Petite chambre, avec petite salle de bain, dangereuse avec sa petite marche. Nous avons tout les deux faillit nous blesser car très peux de place. Rideaux occultants annoncés, réalité papier a cigarettes, donc reveillé très tôt. Pas de climatisation. Heureusement Linz est une très belle ville, mais éviter cet hôtel.
