Don’t stay here.

The room was very run down. I received 1 towel and 1 washcloth. No hand towel. The bed was lumpy and the pillows terrible.
I went to check out and nobody was at the desk. I tried to call but it went straight to voicemail.

Fueron súper groseros llegué y no había cupo en la habitación y estando en hotel desocupado .. querían que cancelara la reserva con expiria y pagar una mucho más cara ahí en el hotel. Me dejaron esperando más de 3 horas no me dieron solución me tocó irme a otro hotel

Terrible Experience

I recently booked a stay for my crew at the OYO in Blytheville, AR, and their experience was extremely disappointing. The staff did not allow them to park in the hotel lot because they had a truck and trailer (not an oversized vehicle). Despite offering to park the truck and trailer separately to save space, the staff insisted they park a block away, which did not feel secure. They were understandably concerned about leaving their vehicles so far from the hotel.

Additionally, the surrounding area felt unsafe. My crew was approached by individuals offering questionable services, which made the environment uncomfortable. Based on their experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking a safe and comfortable stay. It's worth exploring other options in the area.

This is definitely a last resort hotel. I would not stay here again unless I had no choice but I can't complain because it had a 3.5 star rating for a reason and I did not pay attention to that and I won't do that again.

Dirty….

There was an issue with my booking at the service desk that took some time to resolve. Their side showed the booking was cancelled, nothing on mine did and it was a good while to get resolved…I would have just cancelled my room but it was non refundable! The room was not clean, no towels or soap (when I went back to front desk to ask for them she did give them to me with no problem and advised the cleaner had told her the room already had towels - but it didn’t). Our biggest issue was it wasn’t clean. Floors were dirty, broken dead bolt on door, cockroaches, weird smell….I would have expected these conditions if the room was half the $85 I paid. Very dissatisfied

Nasty rooms, pungent odor, and roaches

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life. We had guests attempt to check-in on July 24th, inly to walk into a nasty, unkept room with roaches. Our crew immediately left and went to another hotel. I was promised a refund by \"Bala\", but unfortunately that wasn't true. When hotels.com called them about the refund they denied it. They basically lied to me to get me off the phone. We now have to dispute with our credit card company. I wouldn't recommend this nasty place to anyone. Very greedy owners! They got us for almost $2000.00 PLEASE DON\"T STAY HERE!

Just don’t. I didn’t even stay after arriving at the property and there being people outside using drugs. And i don’t mean smoking weed. There was police there. People just walking around looking into peoples cars. I tried to go into the office and cancel my room and the man had the door locked. Came and unlocked it told me he could t help me and relocked the door. I was also told that my reservation was non refundable. So not only did i spend a bit on this, and it wasn’t a safe place for my child, or myself. I Didn’t get a refund. And then spent double on a different room. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone e but a crack addict.

I booked a non refundable at the last minute as all of the other hotels in the area were booked. I followed the directions to the hotel and found myself in the seediest part of town, the drive had old broken down cars the hotel was clearly not even a one star. I left without checking in, Expedia needs to have standard.

The place looks condemned. Receptive covers missing, towel rack fell off wall, vanity light kept blinking on and off all night because the only other light source was the ceiling light. Horrible conditions. I can’t believe they pass fire marshall inspection.

As a frequent traveller over the past 30 years, I use hotels on a weekly basis. This hotel ranks a shared 1# with a hotel in Cancun where all public bathrooms were clogged for days and the hotel room door lock would not close, all personal belongings up fot the grabs and no service. This ‘Oyo’ hotel deserves an equal first place in the worst hotel rank I ever encountered. I booked the hotel via Expedia and arrived at the reception to check in and get the room key. I had stopped by before to check the place out before booking. The place is shabby with weird types hanging around at the parking lot. Since there were no other rooms available I decided to stay with this one. Better than nothing. To my astonishment a greedy and breathtakingly rude owner would not give me the booked room because ‘Expedia would not pay him enough money for the room’. Absurd ofcourse. When I pointed him on the fact that I had a room booked and paid for hence a legal contract he got a total fit shouted that it is Expedias problem and sent me away. One is never to old to get a new experience that is clear! I think I have never encounted such a dishonest complete loser in my life. probably he was not even the owner as he proclaimed. I am only suprised that a quality house as Expedia maintains business relationships with such third rate joints, but that is not for me to decide. I can only report. My tip: avoid a serious headache and stay as fas away as you can from this place ‘OYO’. Hope this helps others

Clean..but otherwise a disaster!!

After booking on Hotel.com, when we arrived at hotel our room was not available. We were told only a room costing $20 more was available. The room came with towels but no other amenities. The only parking available was in front of the office, not near our room, and when we returned from dinner there was no parking so the manager gave us his spot, then proceeded to block us.

For the price and being in a small town, this was adequate! Friendly staff and the room did NOT have that weird small town hotel stale/moldy smell. I was able to sleep without wondering if I was going to have bug bites or allergy issues! Thank you for cleaning!

This guy is a criminal. First off, he was barely clothed when I arrived from my reservation. Second, I told him that I booked through Expedia and he asked me how much I paid. He then said that he did not have a room available for me and if I wanted one I needed to pay him more money. Hi, of course, refused to do that because I already paid and he told me to cancel. Of course I was unable to cancel because it's a non-refundable room.

So then I had to go to a different hotel and I contacted Expedia about getting a refund. And they said they were unable to because the owner of this hotel said that I used my reservation.

This guy is an absolute criminal. And Expedia sucks for failing to have my back on this.

The area presented sketchy, lots of people hanging out in the parking lot after midnight. The room was extremely rough looking with bugs. The shower didn’t draining the water in the shower and had bugs floating. Overall not worth the price at all! Extremely disappointed and the check window said no refunds. We should have save the money and sleep in the car.

I slept with my clothes and shoes on and didnt dare pull back the covers. I should have left immediately but was too tired from traveling. Also, they want $10 more for a non-smoking room. Shouldnt that be the other way around. Why am i punished for not smoking and ruining a room. I will NEVER stay her or any OYO.

There were bug carcasses everywhere. There were jeans left by a previous traveler. The door caught and dragged on the floor, making it hard to open or close. The shower head was hanging out of the wall. The refrigerator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or looked into for an extended period: frozen messes throughout. Would not recommend.
