this place allows people to pay the price on Expedia, price line, etc which is for the price on the website, then when a person goes to check in there is more money to pay one person in front of me had to pay 75 $ deposit, then I get to the counter finally and paid thru Expedia for the room and now there is 50$ more to pay for a deposit. The reason I got and paid for the room is because I only had so much money left to my name not enough to end up paying 88$ for the room just because property manager decides each person has a different amount deposit. yes the deposit comes back to u but, Expedia amount is all a customer is suppose to be charged for the room. didn't stay never stepped foot in a room and don't get my money back. Boy do I feel like a fool loosing money over that.... generic paint job on the outside to make it look like it's better place but workers are not...not sure if cleanliness due to not seeing a room...I've never had this problem when reserving and paying ahead for the room. DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU DONT WANNA STAY BUT STILL BE SUCKED OUT YOUR MONEY.

The lobby was clean and breakast ok, the juice dispenser did not work.

Hotel clerk was too invested in my money and how things go in the regards of. It was uncomfortable. She charged me $50 because I stayed 45 minutes past checkout time. Most hotels give you a courtesy hour at the very least. She was middle school bully proud about it too like she put somebody in their place and just didn't. Lmao. I can't even.

They charged 50 to my account as a security fee and told me that i had to make sure i asked for a refund in the morning. The bathroom had used toiletries, hair in the bathtub, and clothing and dirty towels on the back of the door. The remote control was sitting on a sticky substance on the table, and there was pet food on the floor. Counter staff was friendly.

The premises appeared poorly kept. We were told there were no king rooms available when we had just made the reservations several hours before arriving. No notice of the room not being available was sent to us to prevent us from stopping unnecessarily at 11:00PM. We then had to find a room at that late hour in an unfamiliar area. Very disappointed to know Wyndham allows their name to be associated with this type of service.

This property was horrible. The pictures on the website and description are very deceptive. The owner said they were not responsible for the advertisement.. This property is not fit for anyone who is traveling. Everything is old and outdated. The smell of the room was so bad we could not stay. They would not give us a refund and Hotel.com were not helpful at all. I’m not sure if I will ever use their services again.

Broken bath fitting and noisy but very nice people

We are on a 2000 mile road trip and making an overnight stop here. The staff were very friendly and helpful but we were disappointed to find the towel rack hanging off the wall. There was a seat outside our ground floor room where people would sit to make noisy phone calls late into the night.

Awful and dirty. We arrived and the staff checking in was barely audible and getting irritated when I would ask her to repeat anything. Fully empty hotel when we got there and they put us in the furthest back room possible. When we got to our room the first thing we saw was a giant hoop earring in the bed right under the covers. The entire room was dirty and the carpets felt slimy. If it wasn’t 2 am when we got in I would have complained. We barely slept and go out of there as soon as we felt comfortable driving again. The breakfast looked old and there was hardly anything available. Not worth saving money to stay at this nasty place.

Absolutely disgusting!!

We arrived at 9pm at night. Was sent to our room. When we arrived door was open and cleaning lady was just then cleaning this room. Left door open. This is an outside door. Room was full of mosquitoes we all 3 got bit up so bad from the bugs they let in while cleaning. Mold in the bathroom. Found a pair of sunglasses in the bed and a bottle of eye drops in the room so clearly the beds were not even changed. Worst sleep of my life! Never again

Upon check in the front desk employee asked ne was i alone or was my \"friend \" (guy) with me. I said no and then he proceeds to tell me that he is looking for a girlfriend. I laughed it off and walked away. I went into the room and rigbt back out to go to the gas station. I received multiple calls from him saying he was apart of the fraud department at Expedia. He couldn't supply me with any credentials and demanded to speak with the cardholder (boyfriend). It was a really uneasy feeling like if i was there alone something else may have happened.

Needs lots of improvement.

I hear that the hotel rooms are getting renovated, however room 227 wasn't anywhere close to being up to date.
Walked in the room and had a musty smell, the shower was moldy and hair everywhere.
TV had no sound, carpets dirty and greasy.
Lighting was rusty, there were roaches crawling out of the furniture, and lifted the bed sheets and bed bugs everywhere. Needless to say I left and slept in my vehicle.

Drapes wouldn’t close without leaving gaps at either side of window, refrigerator didn’t work, drapes too long for window, chair had no padding, smell in room like sewer gas, and bed was uncomfortable. Not to mention front lobby windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. Property looked run down upon close encounter. With I had never reserved room there.

We parked in the rear, under a light and had our truck passenger side glass broken and the inside ransacked…we were one of two vehicles broken into. We enjoyed everything else about the hotel. We were told by others that this happens quite a bit at this hotel!!!

After driving for over 6 hours, the desk employee told me that my reservation that had been booked a month before had been basically bumped because they had been \"overbooked\". A manager eventually found us a room after being on hold with Expedia for over 45 minutes so we ended up staying. Property was a horrible mess of trash in the parking lot, rusted doors, mildew ceilings, bent towel racks, shoddy walls, broken bathroom fan, swampy broken swimming pool, etc. and lots of what seemed like long term construction guys, yelling and driving off with loud truck mufflers. The room was \"passable and seemed clean enough, so I'm sure it was fine for long term guests and construction workers. Do not recommend for families though. I should have known from the cheap price. I've learned my lesson.

Staff was very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. It was quiet. We were there for 3 days just to bathe and sleep only. It’s in poor shape and dingy and dirty. It needs a complete remodel. It’s where workers stay. And I wouldn’t stay there with my family, but for what little were in the room it was OK if they spent some money fixing it all up, it would be pretty nice.

Was working nights in the area and went and asked front desk (manager) if I could do a late checkout (2 or 3pm) was told no problem. Housekeepers knocked on door at 10:50am. I explained I was giving permission to do late checkout. Housekeeper become rude with me but I explained nicely that front desk gave permission. Lay back down phone rings they are explaining it’s 20$ extra to stay till noon and if I stay after that it’s another day. I pack up as quickly as possible and take belongings to car and go visit front desk and the lady (manager) that told me “sure no problem to do late checkout) was standing right there. She flat out lied and told me she didn’t tell me that and it was going to be another day if I stayed till 2 or 3. She told me I should have asked and got very ugly. Have never been treated this way by other places to do a late checkout when working nights.

The room itself for the price was poor. Holes in wall and ceiling ( popcorn ceiling paint) falling off. The carpet in the room was grungy didn’t dare walk barefoot. Notice a few police officers in unmarked cars and only wearing badge scouting out place. I was on bottom floor the room beside me and above me was very loud. Not a place I would recommend especially after being lied to when the day before was told “sure no problem”!! Manager seemed upset I even came up to desk and questioned her about our conversation the day before in front of other staff. Overall poor customer service.

Terrible! Absolutely awful! Got checked in and then they came to my room later, (after 10 pm) and told me I had to switch rooms. So, I did that. My new room was disgusting with dirt and mold everywhere. Then, the police showed up at my door and has to search my room because someone on the property was dealing drugs! Worst experience in a hotel I have ever had!

The property was nothing to ride home about. We picked this hotel because there was some nice pictures of the rooms and the pool looked really nice. But when we actually got here, uh oh. A nice refreshing dip in the pool with the kids after spending 10 hours in the car was what we were looking forward to the most. The pool was empty, no water in it. Closed. The main reason for picking the location is for the nice pool and the closeness to the highway. We were already tired from the trip and had already grabbed dinner from in town. We were very limited on our choices so we decided to stick it out. Shower was so dirty, none of us wanted to use it. Bath towels had visible stains on them. The sink wouldn’t drain properly. The AC unit was in bad condition, it would make noises going up and down. I woke up at 1 am thinking it was time for us all to get up…..that’s because there are lights outside this hotel, that are like lights at a football stadium. So bright and so many of them. Don’t stay here, whatever you do, keep driving to another town. We wasted our money being here, but it truly was my fault for not reading reviews from other sites. Sorry Expedia, but you dropped the ball too. There was nothing in the listing about the pool being closed. I feel like a terrible parent because I had to tell my kids they couldn’t swim when they were looking forward to it for hours in the car. If I wouldn’t have been charged for the room, I would have definitely stayed elsewhere.

On entering, the room obviously smelled of dampness and mold. Breathing was difficult. We would have left then except we had paid online when we booked and felt we could not afford to go elsewhere at the time. We turned the ac on and left for dinner. When we came back3 hr. later, it was easier to breathe. It was then we discovered black mold/mildew on the walls in the bathroom. We mentioned this to the guy at the desk when he came to fix the tv. It took him 2 trips to the room to find remotes to operate the tv (2 different remotes were required), no response to the mold complaint. The fridge was not on, we discovered later, but it hardly worked anyway. 2 out of 4 lamps worked. We ended up taking sponge baths because of the condition of the bathroom. The breakfast provided consisted of coffee you could see through, 1 piece of sausage, and a pancake in a plastic package at 8 am. Bfast was to be served until 9.
The desk attendant didn't ask how our stay was. We checked out as soon as we could. We will not be using Travelocity again.
The bed was pretty comfortable.

The room smelled like nasty feet and had stains all over the floor. The mosquitoes were terrible in the room. The bathroom had trash in it and the door was chewed up and wouldn’t shut. The table tops and sink tops were sticky. Overall it was gross and if we’d had any other choice that night we wouldn’t have stayed there.

I was surprised by the fact that this was right off the freeway. I thought given the address and price it would have been a little out of the way. Unfortunately, it was low price to reflect the condition.

This was a very dirty room. The floor was not mopped, the bathtub was so dirty I used a towel to stand on. The shower curtain was moldy, and the hair - oh the hair. There was hair in the tub, the sink, the floor. They couldn't even have wiped down the sink.
