Taylor was rude and not understanding my communication as what my needs were as an amputee. I ask specific questions before i booked the room and she would not be truthful to this even tho i went in first to discuss as for this very reason and it still didn't help. For shame Hilton not wanting ti make this right

Dirty upon arrival. They said they would clean it top to bottom but still had some spots that were not cleaned. Staff was nice. There’s hardly any chairs in the pool area for people to sit.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a funeral and they kindly allowed us to check in about 30 minutes early so we could get settled. They checked our room and found a problem and moved us to another room. I don't think they checked this one. This room was fine, but on closer inspection, the bathroom floor appeared not to have been swept. The shower floor appeared to have needed to be scrubbed, and the rubber splash guard had mold on it, so we ended up not showering. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's rest. The carpeting in the hallways had been vacuumed with the exception of the doorways where it would take a little more effort to clean. They were dusty and had collected small pieces of odds and ends. I liked the clean lobby area where the small breakfast offerings were standard fare for a free breakfast, and there were many options for seating. They had a pool table, small gym and a pool, for guests who wanted to use them. The staff member who was cleaning up the breakfast area was delightful. She was efficient, but also very friendly making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, my experience was average there for an overnight stay, but I would appreciate a little more attention to cleanliness.

Our floor was full of young children when we tried to access our room. There were about 35 children sitting in the hallway. We couldn’t access our room. We told the staff and they got the people out of the hall. After we got to our room we heard tapping on our door and there were children in front of our door playing. We decided not to stay. The staff was very understanding and apologetic. They said we would get a refund and to check with Expedia to make sure it happens.

Room had an infestation of houseflies. The staff wasn't responsive in cleaning and when they finally did, did the job was really only half-done. They left dead flies around the window and just dumped the rest in the toilet without flushing. It was gross.

This is without exaggeration, the tiniest hotel room i’ve ever stayed in. There is less than 2ft of room on either side of the bed and nowhere to put your suitcase. I could touch the TV while sitting at the foot of the bed.

This is the smallest king size room I’ve ever stayed in. You can barely get your suitcases between the bed and the bench. There is hardly any storage space for two people. The sheets were worn out with major pilling and the night manager replaced them when I complained but said “most” people don’t mind them so they wouldn’t be taken out of rotation. Odd.

They were supposed to credit my stay and still have not. They false advertise the size of the rooms and they are extremely small. This cause an issue for my husband who has a medical condition and needs room. I have pictures of the size of the room and the pictures on what is advertised on Expedia and they are not what they claim to be.

The lobby was beautiful and the front staff were cordial. The room was nice but very tight and there were only 2 of us.
You can skip the free breakfast. This area loves flat dry egg patties. It was the same in the other hotel we stayed in. There wasn't any meat.They did offer yogurt, muffins, cereal and bagels. Coffee was good.

This was the first time I have stayed at a TRU hotel by Hilton. The staff was friendly. I didn't care for the rooms. No dressers or closets made it inconvenient living out of a suitcase for 5 days. The breakfast items didn't meet the normal Hilton standards that I'm use to. I really didn't care for lack of tea/coffee in rooms. Seems that you are nickeled and dimed for items forgotten. Will forego staying at a TRU in the future.

Hopefully we just stayed on a bad day.

When we arrived a hour or more after check in the room was not ready. We were told the hotel was fully booked the night before and the night we were staying. So we went out to dinner to kill time. When we returned they had a room ready. Unfortunately the room reeked of pot. I contacted the desk and was told they had no other rooms.
