Overall it was just OK. When I had asked for the taxi pick up from the airport, I did not receive any response after repeated follow-ups. So, I had to book myself from the airport. Also, at the time of check-in I was rudely informed the breakfast was not included although it was clearly mentioned in my booking reservation. After I showed them the proof, they accepted my point. For a business standard hotel, such behaviour is unacceptable.

I booked and paid this hotel with Expedia prior to arrival. They charged me again with my credit card on the check-in day. When I called to complain about multiple charges they hang up on the phone, ran me around for several times. Finally I sent them e-mails about the second charge to dispute they never reply my emails. This happened only 2 weeks ago and the double payment issue never resolved yet.
