There is no elevator and we were only informed at check-in. We visited with an elderly individual and an option to move to the ground floor was only offered much later after they saw us struggle but they never followed-through with said offer. I am actually surprised that the property has such excellent reviews especially considering the state of the room we stayed in - definitely in dire need of updating when compared to their rates, Also, showering in ice cold water was not on my list…

Pueden retirar los aires viejos en el techo de la habitacion, gabetas rotas pueden repararlas o cambiarlas, en cuando al staff, demasiado amables, la comida como siempre 5 estrellas , el precio de estadia muy comodo, la pisina estaba con el PH muy alto , cositas que pueden mejorar pero que volveria a quedarme.

The staff was very attentive/friendly, the room was very good and clean, for the price you could not go wrong. It has a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner with mostly PuertoRican dishes what we ordered was very good. There’s a pool that we didn’t use but looks clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was one-night stopover as we traveled from one side of the island to the other, so we didn’t need much. The hotel is priced about right for what it is, but it’s very basic so as long as you’re good with that and don’t expect much, you’ll be fine. The restaurant is right across the street, but otherwise, it’s very much a stop-off place, not somewhere to stay for more than a night or two.

The staff was not particularly courteous, and the hotel's proximity to a main highway resulted in noticeable noise. Additionally, children were frequently present near the rooms, which affected the overall quietness and my ability to rest. The room provided was also less comfortable than expected.

I checked in late at night around 12:00 a.m. Since approximately 3:00 a.m., there has been no water available at the property, and as of now (8:00 a.m.) the issue has not been resolved.

The staff informed me that they do not know exactly what happened, that there is a water system failure, that they contacted the water utility company, and that their water cisterns are not working.

Unfortunately, this means that there have been no essential services available since my arrival, including basic water service for hygiene and restroom use.

Due to the lack of essential services from the moment of check-in, I am requesting a full refund for this stay.
