Unfortunately I was only able to stay for one Night because my son fractured his foot the same night we arrived to Puerto Rico, although I was scheduled for 5 days. I did try to get a different room because although I had scheduled my room in mid-February, we were assigned the very last room in the hotel and if you’ve been here before, you know it’s quite a walk and a hike just to get to the pool let alone the main office. I was very disappointed by this because I had scheduled this vacation so far in advance and they just couldn’t accommodate this request.

In my opinion, you are definitely paying and staying for the views on the grounds. The view from the pools and beach is absolutely stunning! The complementary breakfast was great! The staff were great, but the hotel definitely needs a lot of updating. I can only imagine what this hotel could really be if the rooms had better lighting, space, just an entire update overall.

The hotel has an incredible view of the ocean.
The shower handle is very old and very difficult to control the water temperature.
There is no place to put the soap while in the shower.
They do no provide shampoo or conditioner.
There is no refrigerator in the room. No bottle water provided.
Breakfast was horrible. They served my eggs in a styrofoam cup. I could not drink the coffee.

El desayuno es bastante bueno
Los cuartos hay que mejorarlos mi cama estaba rota en el mismo medio del Marte se hacía un hoyo las pareces estaban con polvo, hongo y un poco sucias la puerta del balcón no cerraba.

El aire de uno de los cuarto estaba sucio tapado y no enfriaba

Me parece un buen lugar pero mejoraría la limpieza y los cuartos

La propiedad es hermosa y bien localizada. La limpieza muy buena. La vista al mar es espectacular. El trato del personal es muy bueno y la comida en el restaurante exquisita. El que la piscina fuera accesible hasta las 10:00 pm es muy bueno, porque le da la oportunidad al huésped que llega tarde por la distancia de utilizar las facilidades. Como comentario para mejorar la idea del bar en la piscina excelente, pero necesita más atención y accesibilidad.

El servicio al cliente de Fatima sobrepasó las expectativas de nuestro estadia. Logré realizarle un picnic espectacular frente al mar llevando yo todo y Fatima me logró dar acceso a bajar todo en el area y el picnic quedó a otro nivel.

When arriving we were not allowed to check in early. My wife asked about the shampoo and conditioner and they said “they don’t fill them anymore” and gave 3 tiny bottles to us and soap bar. The shower head holder was broken hot both my wife and me in the head. They said they would fix it but never did. When we went out we put the clean room sign out when we got back nothing was done. The blankets had I don’t even want to think about crust on it. The only few things that were nice were the views, the few staff members that actually helped and the bar tender was great.

Este hotel tiene una vista hermosa y está bien ubicado. Pero la habitación necesitan hacer arreglos. En los pasillos tiene muchos gatos y te persiguen si tienes comida. La piscina sucia y desayuno limitado. En la primera habitación que tenía el aire no enfría, no tenía jabón, la sábanas manchadas y apareció cuchara en el baño. Las toallas parecen servilletas. Necesitan invertir en habitaciones y baños remodelar. Desayuno limitado en vez de tener un buffet y opciones. Pienso que los gatos no deberían estar en el hotel. La piscina tenía por la parte de las sillas lana. No vuelvo a quedarme y no lo recomiendo.

I freaking loved it. All the staff speak English so don't worry. The view was beautiful. Both pools were so nice. The bottom one is heated the top one is not. I didn't like the chicken, but the rest of the food was 10/10. The cats and chickens running around are too cute. Don't worry the rooster won't wake you. It's was so nice to walk the beach every morning after breakfast. The breakfast is also open until 10 am which is so very nice. Love the staff, they are just the sweetest and most helpful team. Other locals come to use the pool which made it so lively. The drinks aren't very strong but very pricey, and my jet tub didn't work. That's has to be the only bad thing I have to say about this place. If you come please don't leave your trash on the beach so many people were doing that and it was so rude. I took a bag with me to help keep it clean. I suggest check out the tide pools so many fish and creatures in them. I love it I spent 5 days there and I didn't want to leave. Love the staff loved the room. Now the wood bathroom door is a little warped but what do you expect with all the moisture in the air honestly not even a big deal, just a heads up. Will be going again in December. So see you again guys.

The room was clean; however, the hotel is so outdated that when you first walk in you are a bit taken aback. The lighting is terrible. There is no room in the bathroom for toilteris especially in the shower. Lighting was poor in the bathroom and in the room. There was a work crew painting in the hotel but they need more then just paint. The hotel has so much potential if properly renovated. Beautiful view of the beach and pools. The pool also needs updating.

This was the worst property I've ever stayed. The room was absolutely disgusting, extremely dirty. The sheets had blood, windows were dirty, toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months, I was scared to pee and shower let along sleep at night here. I slept with my hoodie on. The only good part of the stay was the breakfast coffee, oatmeal, and breakfast. If I had to rate this place I don't even think it would get one star. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is older, but the staff and property more than make up for it. The two pools and the beach view from the balcony were breathtaking. Breakfast was free and good. Staff was super helpful (even though we don’t speak Spanish). It’s also in a convenient spot. And they have outdoor cats which were well taken care of!

I loved this place! The room was a little far and downhill but to me it didn’t matter because as soon as I opened the door to my room I was greeted to a balcony room overlooking a beautiful ocean view! I slept the whole night with the door to the balcony open just to hear the waves crashing! The pools were perfect! We order food and drinks! There’s also a lot to explore around the property such as hiking trails and kayaking! And the beach was probably top 5 most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen in my life! A true vacation spot for me! Loved it!

The location is fine if you just want to relax, but you need a car since there’s nothing nearby. The beach is not suitable for swimming due to currents and waves. It’s fairly clean, the bed is comfortable, and there’s a nice sea view from the room. The surroundings could be better maintained—it’s clear the place has potential. The area is quiet. If you’re looking for fancy, this ain’t it. The room was very basic. But it was clean and comfortable. The property is almost 100 years old and is showing its age, but the renovations seem ongoing.

The balcony view is great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool bar wasn’t open most of the time, but we were barely there because there is so much to do nearby.

We will definitely be back!
