We stayed 3 nights. We went to Crash Boat Beach and BioBay in la Parguera. The room I got was a 2 bed however it was small. This hotel is plain, nothing luxurious about it. It used to be military barracks nefore being converted to a hotel. The staff was nice, I liked the pool and the bar by the pool. They also have a small laundromat. No breakfast included.

Very disappointed with the hotel room. It was clear to see that they don't clean the rooms in years. Room floors, walls, beds, shower were all visibly dirty.. besides being dated. Even the AC unit had 2 inches of dust, curtains stained brown. The staff was pleasant at the small restaurant.

We had high expectations for this resort as we were not able to book the Marriot hotel that is next to Punta Borinquen. Unfortunately, there were roaches in the room every single day and night. The elevator door was super slow opening and closing. Looks like it needs to be recalibrated for a better experience. This resort is very old and although the staff does their best in trying to upkeep the building, it does need a major investment for remodeling the rooms with new beds, furniture, flooring, showers, etc. The location of the resort is great but compared to other nearby hotels, it needs some good TLC.

The hotel appeared to feel safe and the room was clean. There were many teens in the hotel possible were there for an event. The pool closes early so were not able to enjoy the pool after 8pm. There was a restaurant at the hotel, and we could also go to the Marriott to use the amenities there, but we did not have time to do that either. The staff was nice overall and helpful except for a waitress with long hair at the restaurant that did not acknowledge that we were standing waiting to be served for over 15 minutes to order coffee and she took an order from a man that walked up to her which she apparently knew as they had a conversation about work and we were waiting before him. We ended up leaving and not ordering. The experience at this hotel as good. They did have a washer and dryer that I used. Parking is available but not always as close as you would like. The temperature of the water was not to my liking as I am used to having hotter water. Overall, my experience was good. The living room area did get moist on the floor due to the AC unit not sure why??

The room wasn’t clean. We had to clean the desk, the night table, including the phone and the clock that wasn’t functioning. There were dust everywhere. We had to take showers with our slippers on. The restaurant and the pool area were ok.

The place is a little bit old but well maintained. The pool area is it’s best feature. My only issue was the first day. There was a sewer smell coming from the shower. Also the small coffee pot was not clean in the inside. Also the safety box was not working and it was never replaced. Overall was a nice weekend getaway but next time I will check the map first because based on some pictures I thought it was close to the beach.

The only reason why I don’t give them 5 stars is because the air conditioner didn’t work during our first night. The good thing is the staff was quick to fix the issue the next day as soon as we told them. I will be back.

El aire acondicionado es super ruidoso, se apaga cada cierto tiempo y es difícil dormir con tanto ruido, los cuartos son super pequeños aunque es aceptable, deben hacer uppgrade a las almohadas y a las toallas tanto de habitaciones como de la piscina y mantener más limpias las silla de la piscina. El restaurante es average aunque el staff es super amable y eficientes hay momentos en los que no daban para tantas mesas, solo dos meseras. Son detallitos que podrían mejorar las experiencias.

While a lot of the ratings I gave were average, know that this place is a solid place to stay, but definitely not anything fancy. Especially if you want a more authentic experience where you explore and step away from the overly touristy things, this is perfect. My two younger children and I stayed alone and it was safe. They even had a laundry room, which I loved because I love doing my laundry to avoid going home with a suitcase filled with nasty laundry from vacation…. And it’s awesome for cleaning beach towels and swimsuits between uses!

If you just need a clean room to stay .. not alot going on here they have an open restaurant and bar next to a nice well kept pool .. The food was ok and prices reasonable.. easy access to courtyard Marriott so you can walk to casino snd nite life. And Dennys restaurant for again reasonable food prices.. clean laundry everyday.i would return .
