Loved this cute place and yummy restaurant next door. There was a small pool w/shower which is perfect for cleaning and cooling off after a day at the beach (2 min walk); then, enjoy the BEST FISH TACOS AND FRENCH FRIES at the Big Kahuna next door - a cute roof top bar and eatery w/variety and flexibility re:the menu (all food was good but wow to the fish tacos and fries!). Gracie was an awesome bartender & Travis and Asia are wonderful and caring owners who have thought of it all (including a thoughtful shop / store for your needs!). 10/10 and will definitely be back!

The pictures aren't what the room looks like they are very old the fridge is painted instead of change it . The water from the bathroom sink barely has water the toilet seat didnt match the toilet size and in top of that the room was next tho their bar so you cant sleep until 2 am plus the emergency number doesn't work because we called and nobody picked up amd when I told the owner in the morning she just said oh wow ... so if you can pick am other place do it. Bevause this place isnt the cheapest ethier.

La Estadía en este Hotel fue excelente, estuvimos en un cuarto tipo apartamento que nos encantó, las habitaciones eran separadas cada una con una cama matrimonial y con su mini split, una salita, tenía TV con peliculas gratis muy buenas, cafetera, neverita y un microhondas, el baño cómodo con agua caliente. El Hotel está ubicado a un minuto a pie de la Playa Sandy, ésta playa es para surfistas, sin embargo si eres un poco atrevido y buen nadador puedes quedarte en la orilla y disfrutar de las olas ó simplemente estar en la arena tomando sol y leyendo un buen libro. Al lado de nuestra habitación se encuentra el Restaurante Kahuna que sirven aperitivos, hamburguesas, tacos y pollito empanado, las papitas fritas son exquisitas, tambien tiene la barra de bebidas que sirven hasta las 2am. Tiene una piscina, amplio estacionamiento y todo te queda bastante cerca si tienes vehiculo, la plaza a 8 minutos y otras playas a minutos tambien. Lo único que puedo decir es que tienen que darle mantenimiento a algunas cositas como el jacuzzi de la piscina, y algunos detalles que por el lugar que está ubicado se corroen facilmente, sin embargo es un magnifico lugar para hospedarse. Definitivamente volvemos.

The room was spacious, lovely and clean! The hotel is a perfect place for a young crowd or spirited mature people as the hotel’s restaurant plays music until close to 2 am which my mom and aunt in their 70s were cool with. The bed was comfortable and I liked that the room had a sofa and a small fridge where I kept some water and juice. The hotel had a clean pool with sun chairs which I enjoyed sun bathing in. I thought it was convenient to have the beach only a 4 min walk away. There were a few places to eat nearby including the restaurant that belongs to the hotel. There was no pool bar but you can go across the street to the restaurant and purchase an alcoholic beverage. The hotel had private parking and it was included in the room cost, no extra fees. Alex the manager was amazing!! Super friendly, helpful and so kind!!! Only thing that occurred to me as a suggestion is having a microwave in the room to heat up food. Aside from that, the location was perfect, water was hot in the shower stall and the stay at this hotel was extremely wonderful!!! I will be back and want to try staying in another amazing room on this property!!

There's an additional \"resort fee\" attached that somehow is above and beyond Expedia. I received one phone call about such, and they disabled my keys to force me into coming to the office. Wasn't overly upset with the fee, but I certainly don't enjoy being lied to. My room was in general disrepair, and based on old open food in the fridge and some broken things under the bed I can only assume the room was poorly cleaned before my arrival. Hotel is in a good location, but based on what I experienced and saw others go through I won't be returning.

Casa Verde was amazing for our short Feb surf getaway! We were celebrating my husband’s 30th and he just wanted to surf for a few days and having come 12 years ago himself, we returned together. Everything we needed was right there or within walking distance. The beach is at the bottom of the hill, like a few hundred feet away, coffee shop right around the corner. Can’t wait to come back next Feb already - this will be a new tradition.
We also checked in late and they were so accommodating and simple. Rented surf boards no problem. Great staff.

I've been here 3x's, because it's literally step's away from the beach.I also enjoy the Bar being connected, 2 pools & area. I would improve the room service. It's a $51per night fee & not enough service. The rooms doesn't have a mirror. Also the restroom don't have any type of air flow system to filter the air. I can expect the water pressure to be low as with so many islands. Don't forget to bring a fire stick for the TV. Friendly staff.
The guard was flirting w/ my fiance the entire stay. Overall 3 stars in my opinion just needs an update. And yes,would stay again if I were traveling alone. Thanks.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish! The Big Kahuna bar and restaurant was both convenient and delicious, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The little on-site store made grabbing things on the way to the beach (literally just a one-minute walk!) super easy. I also appreciated the guides in the room with tips for local restaurants, businesses, and transportation. The whole property was spotless and very well cared for. Highly recommend!

My personal experience

This is base on my personal experience only. They are some issues with this particular room. In the bathroom, the shower placement will flood half of the bathroom due to unproper balance of the floor for water flow, the flushing handle of the toilet and the leak has to be address as well. This is an excellent prime location, everything else was great.

Overall, the stay was very good. Staff was great, facility was clean. It was great that the little pool was open 24 hours. Lot of really good scenery close walking distance along the beach. The only complaint about my room is the shower head was really bad and the toilet handle was broke. Other than that, I would stay here again for sure!

I would stay there again, but NOT in the 2 bedroom next to the Air B&B. The music was loud until midnight, but that was not an issue. The issue was our window was adjacent to the pool of the air B&B. The people were so loud as if they were literally in our bedroom itself. I could not attached the audio I recorded. Security got them to turn the music down, but still so loud outside our window.
The owner(s) was friendly, place was clean, 2 bedrooms were great. Can’t flush the toilet paper, but common on the island.

The staff at the hotel were nice and friendly. The room was spacious, but the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were extremely hard. I experienced neck pain every morning after waking up. Additionally, the shower needs fixing; it is built higher inside and lower outside, which prevents proper drainage. This causes water to flow back into the bathroom and, if there aren't enough towels to absorb it, it leaks into the room. On top of these issues, the hotel is located next to a bar that has loud live music until midnight every day. If you’re tired after a long day out and want to sleep early, it can be difficult, especially if you are a light sleeper.

The room was clean and nice, the staff was very friendly, the shower had hot water, the beach nearby and restaurants around were great. However, I would not recommend staying here unless you are interested in the late night scene. The Big Kahuna bar across the street plays very loud music every night (til 2am fri-Sat, til midnight every other night) that was very loud (audible lyrics, can feel the bass) in our room. Pretty much impossible to fall asleep without good earplugs, which was really unfortunate.

We stayed at Casa Verde because it's a great location. Unfortunately, nothing else about the stay was great. Our room was right under the bar, which played loud music with lots of screams and hooting till 11:00 pm (we left early but were told the music plays till 2:00 am on weekends). The floor in the room wasn't clean. The bathroom was a joke, not big enough to turn around in and barely a trickle of water in the sink. The staff was nice enough, offering us earplugs for the music, but they wouldn't or couldn't change our room. We won't stay here again.

It was a nice hotel. The only thing is they have a bar which is nice but the noise level is to load to around midnight. This might not bother some people. But I am a lite sleeper. Also had the feel if I was I Destin, Florida. It have been nice to have more traditional Spanish culture around. Also, I was a bit surprised that I was locked out my room because there was a balance of 25 dollars which I could have payed at check out.

Came with my brother to see the vibes in Rincon and we found this place last minute. Staff was very quick to accommodate our stay! Owner Travis was helpful with our toilet problem. Security guard Angel was very nice and helped us find a parking spot and got us to our room immediately. Great staff and beautiful place to stay with a fun bar next door. We recommend this place and will return again in the near future.

This room needs improvement. The bathroom shower is broken causing the water to come out of the shower. The towels smell like cooking oil. The beds sound. The curtains do not cover the intense light of the hallway. Difficult to sleep at night.

I am so happy we chose this accommodation. We got a King Room, over the pool with a little view of the ocean. The room was well presented with every thing we needed. There is a fantastic bar/restaurant on the property and they had entertainment each night and every band was excellent. There is a convenience store on the property too with all you need. The location is great, close to everything, walk to places and a short drive to others. The staff, security and the owners are very attentive. We would for sure go back and will be telling everyone else to as well.
