On this trip to PR I stayed at 3 different hotels, condado plaza hotel, rincon beach resort and rincon plaza hotel. To my surprise this stop was by far my favorite. It had less to offer from the others but the location in town and just the comfortability won me over completely. Loved the simplicity over the room, the two balcony doors in the room, and the staff was so kind

Loved it so much, I booked an extra night! Love the staff, they are all wonderful & so kind! The location cant be beat, the rates are great, room was clean, liked that it was an actual room key vs card so didn't have to worry about it deactivating. Set up like cute little apartment rentals I felt. Was noisy sometimes due to location, but not enough to deter me from coming back, the convenience of the location can't be beat! Next to the best restaurants, 5 minute walk to beach, 10 minute walk to a cute little breakfast food truck I loved, etc! Walkable, comfortable and great people! Hope to come back :)

The room was clean, had what was needed, the staff were all very friendly & helpful as well. It was a little loud at times due to being right in the center of town, but again, being right in the center of town - the convenience of that was worth some noise here and there. Was very easy to walk to the beach, local shops, restaurants without having to hop in a car if you didn't want to. Nearby parking is free but was able to park right on the street out front for the week as well which was also free. Rates were great as well & would definitely recommend!

The location was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the plaza. We found parking not too far away but noted the map to a nearby parking lot at the front desk. Check in was quick and easy, though the rooms were very basic and dated. One minor annoyance was that the ceiling fan was tied to the overhead light and we couldn’t keep the fan on and turn the light off. Overall, we still enjoyed our night here and would definitely consider staying again.

We parked nearby and it was fine. Our room.was behind the reception area and the laundry room behind. Its pretty noisy in the morning. Stsy away from room 101. Other than that is a small hotel conveniently located if you dont want to drive.

Rincon Plaza Hotel is all about location. Rincon's public plaza is a little gem full of restaurants and ready made to hang out after spending the day in the beach. Room was clean and spacious and we enjoyed having separate toilet/ shower area (not sure all rooms are the same). We would definitely stay here again.

Our experience at Rincon Plaza Hotel was excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous, and the room was very clear. I was very pleased with the size of the family suite. I also really liked the location right in the town center. It was easy to walk to places to eat and explore. My only two complaints are: parking and the constant presence of mosquitos in our room. Parking was not always guaranteed at the entrance of the hotel, sometimes you have to park in the city lot a few blocks away. This wasn't great, given we had a child and it would have been more convenient to park right beside the hotel. While parking in the city lot was not a huge problem, it was an inconvenience I would rather not have dealt with. Finally, our room was filled with mosquitos when we arrived. This tells me that doors were left open, particularly to the outside, ahead of our arrival. I spent more of my three days at the hotel killing mosquitoes in my room. Also, the only window in the family suite does not have a mosquito screen, which would have helped a lot. Overall, the stay was nice and we would consider staying there again.

AVOID!!! I’m writing this review at 5:12 am, and there’s a guy using a blower to clean the leaves right in front of my window… yes, it’s that bad. The area in front of the hotel is extremely noisy — we had people talking and music blasting until 3 am, and then the leaf blower at 5 am.
I paid for a garden view room but got a street view instead. Poor choice. Even if you paid me, I wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful terrace with the best view of the area, the beach is walking distance and there are food options all around. The neighbors are quiet but you’ll hear the cars going by at night.

Cute, small hotel in the heart of the center of Rincon. Consequently it's surrounded by many restaurants, bars, gift shops, 2 pharmacies, bakeries etc. Walkable also to closest beach, LaLa Beach Park (half a mile walk down the main street) which also has tiki bars with drinks and food options.
Rooms are very clean, toiletries are provided, and you even get beach towels from front desk staff. Bath towels & washcloths are provided by housekeeping team, just ask if you don't want your room cleaned but need replenishment of anything. Front desk staff speaks fluent English. After 8pm the door to the hotel lobby gets locked, but each guest has the key to it along with their room key.
Summary: amazing staff, service & cleanliness (saw a few ants, that's all), however, sleep will be interrupted by very loud street noise & music from restaurants & cars, so take your earplugs. Fantastic location! No pool, but a rooftop terrace & small backyard and I had my own balcony where it was nice to sit, folding chairs provided in each room. Definitely recommend this hotel, unless your main goal is to rest & catch up on sleep.

When I book I pay for a room with balcony to the town square. At the check in they gave me one looking to the back street. It was a difference in price. When we get to the room reception was closed so we couldnt get the right one.

Visiting from San Diego, California. The check in process was very easy. The room was clean and the hotel was right next to everything we wanted to visit. The front desk attendant gave us a lot of suggestions as far as where to go to eat, have a drinks and shop. We stayed on a Thursday night and we’re within walking distances of Rincon Artwalk which was very convenient. There was a large parking lot not to far from the hotel, there’s also parking in the front but it was all full by the time we arrived because of the Artwalk. In the morning we got a little bit of complimentary coffee and then went to the Friends Cafe juice bar which is a few feet outside of the hotel and then walked to 413 Cafe for breakfast. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere. The only thing that might bother people is the street noise which you can hear and it goes on well into the morning but personally it doesn’t bother me because I’m not a light sleeper.
