Perfect family hotel! Our two-bed room was super spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt brand new. The pool is lovely and well-maintained — we lived there. The on-site restaurant is a bit pricey but the food is absolutely delicious and totally worth it. Must visit. Would book again!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. They have a restaurant on the premises, but we didn’t get a chance to try it since we were always out enjoying the island.
There was always plenty of parking, and the area felt very safe. The hotel has two pools—one in the front and another in the back—which was really convenient. Everything was clean, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Anytime we needed anything extra, the front desk responded quickly.
The location was also a big plus. It’s about 10 minutes from Crash Boat Beach, which we absolutely loved. There were also plenty of places to eat nearby outside the hotel.
Overall, I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Also had roaches at my room and even inside the hair dryer wish particles of dead ones coming from the blower and got directly to my face,situation was notified to front desk wich they came and took pictures of the roaches inside the hair dryer.
Theyvsaid they notified the manager and that they where Goin to contact me ro rssokvevthe problem.
Manager never respond to emails and even attend me over the phone.
I will like to be refund for this horrible experience and this place should be taken of your contract. Just went back to puerto rico last week and try to contact the manager one more time over the phone and she denie to help me with compensation at all, i am gonna report this to the local department of consumers immediately.please will somebody help to resolve this situation and compensate me with a refund or a credit to be use, we are hard working ppl who supports yiur business, we deserve respect over all. My number is 262 3505600 and my name is jose serrano, hope hearing fro. You asap.thanks.

The hotel was incredible and better than expected. It's conveniently located near Crash Boat Beach, Highway #2, and local restaurants. The hotel has two large/ nice pools, a generator backup for all spaces/ rooms, a bar and restaurant, and plenty of kid activities. There are better restaurants a stone's throw away from the hotel. (The hamburgers leave much to be desired, but it's convenient and not expensive.)

The hotel had two pools, which were both nice and clean. The grounds were pretty nice. Area was very quiet, except they appear to be expanding so there is construction. The room was adequate size. Bed was super soft, kind of squishy and the pillows were very fluffy and seemed dusty. Room a bit dated, which was made apparent by some mold and deterioration of paint. Room was however clean, just could use upgrades. My largest issue with the room was no hot water in the shower. I tried twice (once at 10:30) and could only get cool. The restaurant on site was reasonably priced and you got a free drink with stay (and meal). They also had daily specials, which were nice. No vegetarian meals. There are several restaurants if you leave and go up hill from the hotel (including a coffee shop). Otherwise have to drive places, felt a bit secluded. Overall okay, would rate better if hot shower and if didn't feel dusty. 7.2/10

We did no have a great stay. The room was clean, but we found 2 cockroaches. The air conditioner was not properly working. It was constantly on and off and it had like a compressor problem with a strong noise that we couldn’t sleep. The bathroom air extractor had the same problem. My daughter complained about her air conditioner in her room and to be changed to another room and the front desk assistant told her that all air conditioners had the same problem. She was changed to another room and she opened the unit to inspect it, the filter was totally dirty and she said she could not do anything else, because the owners of the hotel know about that problem. We left yesterday the hotel aroun 4:00pm. We told him why we were leaving and he told me the only thing he could do was to reimburse me the parking expenses of $11.16 for the two days. I told him I paid in cash, but he insisted on giving me a credit in AE.What he really did it was to make a charge in my AE for $11.16. When I told him, he processed another transaction as an error and gave me the $11.16 in cash. Rally? It was a bad experience. We returned home last night.
