The jacuzzi was out of order. The complimentary in-room water bottles had been opened prior to our arrival, and despite our request for replacements, none were provided. The beach towels were notably thin. Furthermore, the beach access point presented safety concerns. Finally, the television operation was not adequately explained.

Outdated Facilities and No Escaping Loud Guests
The photos did not match the conditions of the room. The facilities were very much outdated. To make matters worse, the room was directly in front of the balcony that oversees the ocean so groups of people would camp out to play music until really late at night. It was so loud and disruptive. Honestly, I never leave reviews but I definitely don’t recommend this place and won’t be back.

My room smelled like mold, then I seen the mold in ceiling the last day I was there I never noticed or was inspecting like I should have. There was a toilet plunger dirty next to the toilet. And the room smelled so damped. The lamp was broken and the bulb can be put back and turned on. Not enough towels. The bed board is grey and dirty. No large mirror or sink mirror to see yours me .

This property was not what’s written in Expedia. The place is falling apart, it’s like a cheap motel and there were what seemed like workers of the night. Additionally the waves were basically crashing at my front steps. The staff was very nice and it is not their fault that the place is rundown. But if you are a woman alone or with friends do not stay here.

We were close to the front desk and we could hear everything they said. There was no door between the front and the hallway blocking the noise. Everyone there was nice. Cleaning crew did an excellent job! Drinks at the bar were very good. Parking was very limited. If you got back to the hotel too late, you would have to wait for someone to leave. Overall it is a decent place to stay.

The view from the inn was beautiful, but the beach area was disappointing. It seemed poorly maintained, with dying trees and noticeable debris, which detracted from the overall ambiance.

I go to Isabela for work at least once a year and always stay here. It’s right on the beach and the staff is amazing.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The listing was misleading—this is not a 3-star property. The room had unfinished concrete floors, no hot water, non-working amenities like the hot tub, and a generally run-down appearance. Most concerning, anytime water was used anywhere in the building, our toilet gurgled and splashed, which was extremely unsanitary. Not worth the cost.

The staff is super nice, it's super clean, the memory foam bed is very comfortable and the location is phenomenal. If that's all you're looking for, then this is the place for you.
That being said, the room had no windows even though the pictures for it had windows. The outlet was across the room from the bed so no charging devices next to you. The walls are paper thin and the door leads directly to the hall where the office is. If you can't stand noise at night or you're a light sleeper, do not stay here. There's an awful beep that goes off every 30 seconds to a minute. You can hear every word said by the staff in the front office.
Again, office staff was great. 5 stars for them.
That being said, the room had no windows even though the pictures for it had windows. The outlet was across the room from the bed so no charging devices next to you. The walls are paper thin and the door leads directly to the hall where the office is. If you can't stand noise at night or you're a light sleeper, do not stay here. There's an awful beep that goes off every 30 seconds to a minute. You can hear every word said by the staff in the front office.
Again, office staff was great. 5 stars for them.
