I am so grateful & happy I decided to spent this 2 days in Rincon PR & in this family owned hotel! From the room, the views, the restaurant, the staff, the atmosphere, the entertainment, the locals visiting with their art and crafts everything was excellent! We have an amazing time. We felt at peace and we felt home. I want to thank the staff cause everyone, everyone were kind, friendly & everyone showed how much they love their jobs. The way the hotel is taking care of was very impressive, the sitting areas, the arts, the games around, the availability in receiving beach chairs and umbrellas was extremely important and appreciate it. We can't wait to return in a near future. Thank you for everything!

Las camas horribles y solamente dos almohadas por cama cuando hasta en los air b&b te decoran las camas con cuatro almohadas y hasta cojines. El baño estaba out date it, hasta la ventana! Por 225.00 la noche ! Nada que ver el precio con el cuarto. La playa muy bonita pero peligrosa y no tienen lifeguard! La piscina estaba bonita y se veía limpia!

My husband and I just got home after staying at Villa Cofresi for our honeymoon. We had a king room with a balcony and ocean view. We absolutely loved every part of our stay here! The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. There was a large TV in the room, as well as a fridge with freezer, robes, towels, coffee maker, drying rack (on the balcony), hair dryer, and safe. We borrowed beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels everyday. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The property itself has a beautiful beachfront just steps away from the rooms. The beach was sandy and the water was perfect for swimming. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times, and really enjoyed the fish entrees. We never got tired of the Coco Pirata drinks. The hotel is just a few minutes drive from town and from other nearby beaches like Steps and Dome. One night, we walked across the street for dinner at Bakku, which I highly recommend! Overall, we absolutely loved and our stay and we're already thinking about coming back another time!

Nice location and very spacious rooms! The furniture and rooms are a little worn and tired, but I suspect that's more a reflection of some guests not respecting the property than a lack of effort on the hotel's part.

Overall everything was excellent. The thing we missed having stayed a few years back was the service at the bar. Now it's super low, because the staff that's at the bar are waiters fixing drinks for their tables. If you want just a drink or a beer you have to wait from 15 up to 30 minutes to order, everybody is ignoring you because obviously the priority are the tables they are waited.

Our overall stay was just fabulous. We had a beach view room which was amazing. The room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We ate at the onsite restaurant our entire stay and the food was delicious. The waitstaff were all very friendly, especially Layra who went above and beyond for me as I have food sensitivities. We had a great stay here during our Puerto Rico trip. The location right on the beach was amazing. It was so nice being able to walk just a few steps from our room straight onto the sand. We loved taking beach walks and even dipping into the ocean during sunset, which had absolutely gorgeous views.

Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Appreciated the personalized welcome note in the room with beach towels, beach bag and beach chairs to use as we please. There was a small issue with our shower in our room where the handle fell off the first time I used it! Notified the front desk and they sent someone up right away to repair it. After that we still never really got very warm water to shower with. Location is great, steps from the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Would definitely go back if I could be assured I would get a hot shower this time!

Very comfortable accommodations. I had an ocean view room that was very peaceful and quiet. The staff was lovely and I loved that they provided bathrobes, beach towels, and beach chairs. Beach umbrellas were also available. Restaurant staff were a bit slow and could benefit from more training, but everyone was pleasant and gracious.

No need to bring a beach chair, beach towels or beach bag-all were provided! There was a drying rack for our wet bathing suits and towels and a laundry service that returned our cleaned items before the end of the same day. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with Ismael about our common locations in New Jersey. Our beach view was amazing. The beach was very clean and uncrowded. We are already planning our next visit!
