El estacionamiento terrible, no habia espacio cuando llegue y tuve que estacionar super lejos del hotel. También por las actividades no pudieron darme un cuarto de dos camas el primer dia y éramos 3 personas por lo que tuve que dormir en el piso ya que nunca se me ofreció ninguna alternativa. Ya el segundo dia fue que un empleado muy amablemente pudo resolver mi situación.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
However, because of its central location, the hotel was not very quiet, especially during busy hours. Also, if you plan to have breakfast, make sure to arrive before 9:00 a.m. Otherwise, there may be very little food left.
Despite these issues, the hotel was comfortable and convenient for a short stay.

There is a classic colonial style area which was pointed out by hotel staff which is absolutely beautiful. It provides views of the town of Mayaguez from the top. It’s on the fifth floor of the property on the original building.
Breakfast is till 9:30 a.m. (or sooner because it ran out before 9:00 a.m.). Make sure you wake up early to grab a bite. There were several good choices for food and adequate for the stay.
Staff were outstanding. From the check-in, to the parking , to check-out, everybody was amazing and very diligent. The parking is half a street from the hotel (about 75 feet away), and is safe and secure.
Bathrooms and amenities were well maintained and very good. Water pressure is great.
The room was very minimalistic but adequate. Everything that was needed was provided. The A/C did make a bit of noise at night when it shuts off and on to maintain the temperature. But honestly, the temperature was perfect , specially with the summer heat outside.
The hallways were a bit noisy at night, and the street was also right next to the windows , so we heard some noise as restaurants close and people leave from nearby businesses.
The bed is VERY comfortable but the pillows are quite hard and stiff. This is an area that could be improved but it’s not a dealbreaker.
If you’re considering staying here, do it. It’s a great little place in the middle of town.

Mostly positive feedback here. Stayed on 5/2026. Positives: nice to have breakfast and snacks inclusive. Location is great, next to city proper, nice plaza and walking areas, wonderful bakery just next to hotel. Room air conditioning worked great and bathroom has good toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, shower cap, soaps, makeup remover wipes!!, etc.) Shower has Wall-Mounted Brackets for safety. Hotel is very clean. Parking lot closeby, safe and protected.

La misma persona que hace el Check In , abre el acceso al parking que estaba distancia del hotel, mientras me hacia el check in la otra persona en turno estaba de almuerzo la cual muy amable lo interrumpió para asistirlo ya que este presentaba dudas con el proceso de check in. El desayuno en la mañana del domingo , llegue al lobby 8:00am, no habia nada que consumir solo pan, mas tarde alguien del personal se percato y al rato trajeron algo de desayuno.

The staff is very nice. The elevator was broken the day of my visit, therefore I walked the four stories to my bedroom. One cannot control the air conditioner and it is too cold for my taste. They charge a fee for booking the hotel through a website not owned by them, in my case Orbitz, and you find out when you get there. The hotel is in the middle of the town. 24 hours bakery next to the hotel, and many restaurants. The hotel offers breakfast that included omelettes, ham, bread, etc... The hotel offers free parking in an adjacent lot they control.

Unfortunately, room 403 was not in acceptable condition. The towels were stained, the bathroom door would not close properly, and the air conditioning filters appeared dirty and overdue for cleaning. There was also a high level of humidity, which made the stay uncomfortable.

El Hotel queda muy cerca de la plaza, es conveniente y ofrece buen valor por el precio. Cuarto espacioso, limpio y camas cómodas, incluye buen desayuno; hay café y chocolate disponible todo el día. El personal es muy atento, en esta ocasión tengo que señalar dos aspectos importantes de mi estadía: el estacionamiento, que aunque disponible sin costo, hay que estar avisando en la recepción para que den acceso y cuando uno entra y sale del Hotel con frecuencia, no es cómodo. Anteriormente tenían a una persona vigilando que se ocupaba de atender a los huéspedes. El otro aspecto es que se escucha todo el ruido de la calle, esto no es algo que el Hotel pueda manejar en sí pero es importante. Las noches que estuve, escuché alarmas de vehículos que se encendían, personas hablando en tono alto a altas horas de la noche y hasta un \"blower\" que utilizan de limpieza de las calles a las 4:50 de la mañana ambos días del fin de semana. Me hospedé en el primer piso, no se si en pisos más altos sea similar la experiencia.

The room was on the first floor and we could hear all the street noise. The iron didn't work. The air conditioning was so loud it was impossible to sleep. Breakfast was very poor, but since it was included, it was okay. The best thing about it is the location, close to restaurants, and it also has parking.
