The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I have to say the staff made the visit all worth a while. Everyone from the front desk to the maids to the staff at the Pisces restaurant was super friendly and accommodating to me and my family. They have a private gate that leads straight to the beach, which was very accommodating. My kids enjoyed the pool and it was always clean. The only area I could see improvement for was the fitness facility. They were pretty much missing all of their dumbbells and the equipment did not live up to expectation. Other than that, it is a wonderful place to stay.

The electrical appliances are deteriorated. The dryer had rust and the door handle was missing, the safe was not working had to call, they replaced batteries but last row of numbers including number 0 and # were not working well. And # is used to lock the safe. The freezer was missing a piece of plastic inside. The iron stand was moved from a wall to the closet and the holes never fixed. Microwave had cracks on the door. Toilet paper holder very rusty and one missing. There were more things. I took a video in case the say something. I stayed 5 nights and bed sheets were never changed. They only removed trash and replace soap or towels if needsd. They do no clean.

My wife, 2.5 year old son & I spent a week at the Aquarius Vacation Club in Boqueron. This was our first time in the Cabo Rojo area. It exceeded our expections in every way. The staff was warm, friendly, helpful and accomodating. We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa on the 5th floor. The room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. There are ocean and mountain views from the deck. We spent coffee time watching the sunrise, ate lots of meals out there, and my wife and I enjoyed cocktails at sunset after our toddler went to bed. The beach is huge with warm, calm, shallow water. Great for kids. There are 3 different options in the pool area: baby pool, water playground pool & a large adult swimming pool. The food & drinks at the poolside cafe & bar are excellent. The room includes a washer & dryer. There is no dishwasher or oven but there is a stovetop range with 4 cooking areas. If you are looking for an affordable family-friendly vacation in Cabo Rojo, I highly recommend this resort. We hope to be back often.

Friendly staff throughout. Location is walking distance to one of the best beaches, we went off season so the little town didn’t have much going on but it looked great and close. Beds and pillows clean and comfortable. The property is a bit outdated, our tv was broken, we had to ask for a hair dryer. Also the balcony should be reviewed more frequently to clean bird poop off the chairs and tables.

Price was amazing! The only reason for not giving it 5 stars as an excellent stay is because of the balcony, it was great to have a balcony with a great view but we couldn’t use it much since it was full of birds feces, very disgusting and dangerous at the same time, if the hotel can find a way to keep the birds out of the balcony it would be great. Despite the birds situation, that could be seasonal, I’m planning to stay again anytime soon.

I recently stayed at Aquarius Vacation Club in Boquerón, Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, our initial room was not up to expectations. It had a very musty smell, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. On top of that, there was no hot water in the shower, which was very disappointing.
I did bring these concerns to the front desk the morning after our first night stay, and I appreciate that they were responsive and moved us to a different room. The second room was an improvement and a bit more comfortable.
I truly love the Boquerón area — it’s a beautiful and relaxing part of Puerto Rico, and we always enjoy spending time there. I just wish there were more lodging options available in the area. With some improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall upkeep, this property could provide a much better guest experience.

No place to charge the phone close or use as an alarm clock. Second the TV was just plugged into the wall. No channels when you turn it on and no instructions on how to program it.

Por medio de la presente deseo expresar mi insatisfacción con el servicio recibido durante mi reciente estadía de dos noches en su hotel.
La primera noche fue imposible descansar debido a una fiesta con gritos y risas constantes en la habitación contigua. Al intentar comunicarme con el front desk, el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba y no había ninguna información visible con números de contacto. Tuve que buscar por internet para poder comunicarme con el hotel.
Además, durante ambas noches el televisor de la habitación no funcionó. Al informar la situación al día siguiente, la respuesta recibida fue que el televisor no servía porque no tenía la caja y que ningún teléfono del hotel funcionaba, sin mostrar empatía ni ofrecer una solución o alternativa.
Es muy lamentable pagar una tarifa considerable y recibir un servicio tan deficiente, especialmente cuando la atención al cliente carece de sensibilidad ante una experiencia negativa.
Espero que esta queja sea tomada en consideración para mejorar el servicio y la atención a futuros huéspedes.

Tuve que buscar por internet para poder comunicarme con el hotel.
Además, durante ambas noches el televisor de la habitación no funcionó. Al informar la situación al día siguiente, la respuesta recibida fue que el televisor no servía porque no tenía la caja y que ningún teléfono del hotel funcionaba, sin mostrar empatía ni ofrecer una solución o alternativa.
Es muy lamentable pagar una tarifa considerable y recibir un servicio tan deficiente, especialmente cuando la atención al cliente carece de sensibilidad ante una experiencia negativa.
Espero que esta queja sea tomada en consideración para mejorar el servicio y la atención a futuros huéspedes.
