The location and views are excellent. The rooms are comfortable. However, upon arrival, the staff was not very friendly. We got there a bit early and had suitcases but the only option for us to hang out at the pool area was to bring our suitcases outside with us. I asked for the WIFI pw at the front desk and was told that there wasn't WIFI available. The next morning, we went to use the pool but it was shut down for maintenance.

Pudimos cumplir el propósito de nuestro viaje que era pasar a ver la bahía bioluminiscente, aunque no se vio casi, ya no es como antes. También pudimos ir a playa caracol, nos encantó. Lo pasamos muy bien gracias a Dios.

En Mi Opinión, Ya no esta enfocado en el Turismo de Semana, Barra sin Productos, Restaurante Cerrado, y no te dan la habitación que deseas, pues tienen poco personal para atenciones y limpieza, ya no es lo que era antes FUE.

This spot is beautiful! The view of the water from my room was lovely and I enjoyed the courtyard as well. Comfy bed, attractive decor, clean, quiet, secure, had everything I needed. Easy, walkable location. Some of the facilities (restaurant) were closed for the low season.

The hotel is a bit dated, but this was our third visit. The pool is glorious and sitting out in the evenings is perfection. The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is not overly expensive but there are dining options within walking distance. We wish the rooms had a fridge.
The main drawback is that the restaurant is completely closed on Tuesday and Wednesday so you have to find coffee and breakfast - our biggest recommendation is to provide breakfast and coffee every day. Despite its shortcomings, we absolutely loved our stay and hope to return.

Such a beautiful resort and so close to everything by La Parguera. Our kids loved the pool and the restaurant on site was great! I’ve already recommended it to family if they plan any trips to Lajas.

The grounds were lovely and a beautiful place to watch the sunset. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a school group there that were rather loud, but not the fault of the hotel. Our biggest issue was that the rooms have frosted doors that let the light from the hallway into the room, so the room was quite bright at night, when we would have preferred to have it darker.

This hotel is well located in La Parguera, right next to the plaza with dining and boat trips. There was parking next to the hotel. The room is basic but clean. There is a pleasant garden and pool overlooking the bay. We wish there would have been An ice machine and small refrigerator

Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, often unavailable in breaks or meetings. The property lacked essential amenities like microwaves, refrigerators, and in-room Wi-Fi. There were many mosquitoes, making it unsuitable for young children. While the hotel garden was nice, the overall atmosphere was uninviting, and the \"ocean view\" room was more of a garden view. The hotel felt run-down and not worth the price or the long trip we took from Rio Grande.

Be aware that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and, in fact, most restaurants in La Parguera seemed to be closed on Tuesdays, so make sure you have plans for food beyond the hotel. We only stayed because we were doing the bioluminescent bay tour so it served its purpose for a night but would have been very disappointed if we had planned ahead to stay for multiple nights.
