We only lost power once for a few minutes during the day, but every night the lights in the main areas and our room would pulse. We got used to it in the main areas, but not in our room, as it was very noticeable in a smaller space. The hot water in our shower would also run out if we didn't rush through in the evening. We did the tinas baths, but chose to do them in the evening. We were expecting hot salt baths, but the water was lukewarm. When asked about this staff then informed us of the hot water issues due to being solar-powered and it being the evening. If we would have known this ahead of time we would not have booked the service, even though the rest of it (small bites & champagne) was enjoyable.

The room was in very good condition. For the price point, it is quite small. Also, my room was directly across from the loudspeakers that projected needlessly amplified music from the solo performer who was on from around 6 to 9:30 PM. I got the impression that it was the priority of the management that their restaurant customers have live music, the folks who were paying for rooms be damned.

A quaint hotel with some nice touches, the noise from AC wall units and all the feral roosters made it hard to sleep. We luckily did not have a room overlooking the pool as bar and music in the bar on Saturdays would feel intrusive to us. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were bad. The bottom fitted sheet was too big so it gets snarled up as you sleep. The top sheet was put on sideways on our bed so was too short, it did not tuck into the bottom. When we rotated it so the finished edge was at top, the sides of the sheet did not reach the edges of the bed. I am guessing they used a queen sized flat sheet and a California king sized bottom sheet instead of on this king sized bed. Parking was good but location not as much. To walk into town or reach the beach you have to walk on a fairly heavily trafficked road with no shoulder or sidewalk.

Really cute oasis for our bioluminescent adventure. Room was clean and the perfect size for a mother daughter trip. The hammocks at our room and around the pool were so relaxing. Dinner at their restaurant was really yummy. The staff was helpful and attentive. Mosquitos were very robust here - wear protective clothing/wristbands. I appreciated the hooks outside to let our swim clothes dry, but found them surrounded by the little buggers in the morning. Overall would definitely stay here again. Would have added another night, but they weee sold out for the weekend.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our stay, consistently checking with us to offer assistance with everything! The rooms are clean and comfy, food was great, the pool and bar/restaurant area is super charming and peaceful! I was with my daughters and we felt very safe, guests had identifying bracelets and parking is gate codes. Absolute lovely stay and can't wait to visit again!

Lamentablemente, viví mala experiencia. El baño de mi habitación se inundó 2 veces. Cuando usaban el baño comunal y bajaban el inodoro, toda esa agua sucia y con olor a orín salia por mi baño. La supervisora fué grocera. Aparentemente no entiende, que nadie paga una estadia para levantarse a mitad de noche y no poder entrar al baño, porque está inundado con aguas contaminadas y de mal olor.

It was great. Superb customer service with a great positive vibe. My only recommendation is a golf cart shuttle to the Plaza. Its too far to walk ant hard to find a parking spot.

The bed was very soft and made you roll into the middle and although the walls are concrete, You can hear perfectly clear conversations, television and everything else from the tools next door.
