The place was very clean. The lighting in the rooms was very poor. No phone in the room and no connections for your cell phone. The area was very quiet. No lounge chairs at the pool only tables n chairs for the restaurant. No elevator only stairs to go up to the second floor. The hotel is still having doing renovations. Over all I would stay there again.

The bar was closed as well as the restaurant, it was like a ghost town except for the security guard who was there at night sitting in his vehicle. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They do not have staff available at night, nor in cases of emergency. When the power goes out, there is no generator for all the convenience and my room had an emergency light inside the room that didn't turn off all night and I couldn't sleep with that bright light on.

Very clean property. The lady that helped me in the front counter very lovely young woman. The room I got was a double bed and very spacious and very clean. I did noticed on my bed that when I pulled the covers there was four spots of old blood. The restroom also clean and spacious. The parking close by the room. big and beautiful pool and they have tables and chairs if you wish to enjoy to sit outside. Many close places to go near by. The only bad thing I didn’t enjoy was the attitude of the bar tender at night. I didn’t get her name, but she has black long hair with a braid and wears glasses. She had an attitude since me and my mom were trying to enjoy a drink for our first time going there and she didn’t want to attend us and gave us attitude for asking her two questions and didn’t want to answer us. She spoke very quietly and rude you shouldn’t be like that towards anyone. We simply asked what called for mojitos and didn’t answered back the first time. I ordered a strawberry mojito my mom ordered a passion fruit mojito and she didn’t even put alcohol in our drink. Also, she took a very long time to prepare our drinks that she was actually on her phone on the corner next to the Coca-Cola refrigerator and being on her phone.

The bed was comfortable and everything in the room extremely clean however no where to hang your clothes. No iron or blowdryer. No ice or laundry area.
The event room in a small.building caused loud music to go through walls, it was horrible. After midnight the music stopped but the people hanging out by the pool were loud and it felt like they were right in our room how sound travels through aluminum doors. No soundproofing whatsoever.

The property is beautiful, but not ready for business. Unfinished construction. The staff was courteous cheerful, but did not seem to know what they had available. We were assigned an unfinished room, with only a TV and a small refrigerator, and the closet did not have any hanging rods or hardware. Had to come back to the front desk, which is not yet in the lobby (it's in their restaurant), where they assigned us a new room.

The room was hugh. You could have easily fit another king size bed.The only drawback, I requested a handicap room. When we arrived at the hote we had been assigned a room on the second floor and they did not have an elevator. A serious disconnect between the Hotels.com's app and the Hotel. Fortunately, Douglas, the hotel owner was gracious enough to take care of the situation by having a couple on the first floor switch rooms with us.

The hotel was closed when we got there. They booked us a room and are now keeping our money even though they were closed. They offered to open up a room for us if we'd meet them there, but there wouldn't be any staff, security, amenities, or other guests there. Wouldn't risk booking this hotel.
