Easy to find which was a plus. Parking was on site and easy to access with luggage (and free). Rooms very small, but efficient and spotless. Facility appeared to be new. Very nice breakfast. Staff very helpful. Located on the hill above a beautiful historic town.

Hotel immaculate. The girl on reception was happy to feed us in our late arrival at 10pm, and it was much appreciated. The mattress was superb and the room so quiet. Breakfast was amazing and nothing a problem to the hosts.

Das Hotel ist im allgemeinen gut und empfehlenswert! Frühstück gut und reichhaltig! Ein sehr gutes Bircher Müsli! Besteck + Teller + Tassen beim Frühstück perfekt sauber! - Hierfür ein besonderes Lob. Zimmer ein wenig hellhörig. Beschaffenheit Kopfkissen und Bett-Decke haben uns ein wenig gestört. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Personal freundlich und kompetent.

Très chouette séjour. La petite ville de Schwäbisch Hall est très sympa et agréable. Le seul bémol à mon avis est que l'hôtel est loin de la ville et qu'il n'y a pas de transports en commun. 3,3 km à pied, ça passe sans souci le matin mais pour rentrer le soir c'est un peu plus difficile. En voiture par contre, c'est nickel : il y a un parking gratuit à mi-chemin entre l'hôtel et la ville.

Ich bin immer wieder hier wenn ich in der Stadt bin. Nette Leute, saubere und geräumige Zimmer die sehr sauber sind. Der Bus ist nicht weit weg und die Einkaufs Möglichkeiten sind gut! Man könnte sogar in die Stadt laufen und es gibt ein tolles Freizeitbad in der Nähe. Preis Leistung stimmt.

Hervorragendes Personal, Hotel soweit Ok. Was fehlte war ein Spiegel im WC Zimmer 22, miserabler Wlan Empfang, kaum eingeloggt schon wieder out, war sehr mühsam. Hotel befindet sich im Gewerbegebiet, angrenzend an eine EFH Zone. Dorfzentrum ca. 1 km. Nachts sehr ruhig. Am Frühstücksbuffet Maskenpflicht, empfohlen vom Personal Plastikhandschuhe, aber nicht Pflicht was einigen Gästen nicht gefiel. Kann aber jeder für sich selber entscheiden, mir reichte Hände waschen und Desinfektion ist ja alles vorhanden.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Despite this, we had possibly the worst stay ever as our room temperature was extremely high during the whole stay. We arrived, around 22.15 after a long days travel, to a room that was so hot it was unbearable. Even with the window wide open for the following hours really didn´t do much as it was like the whole part of this building was simply overheated. For the second night, we got transferred to a 1. floor room where we have the window open all day/night, and this became slightly cooler at night, but still very hot. Das Smartino Hotel in Schwäbisch Hall ist definitiv wieder ein Besuch wert. Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ich hatte sogar die Chance vor 15Uhr ein zu checken. Das Frühstück ist sehr schlicht gehalten aber msn wird definitv satt von. Im großen und ganzen hatte ich einen schönen Auffenthalt und würde das Hotel wieder buchen.
