I had to ask them to clean up the room again. Room was too warm and air conditioner wasn’t sufficient to manage the heat in the room.

Staff is unprofessional and management needs to retrain them for a better customer service. My overall experience was

The main reason i score this hotel 1 star is because the hotel manager ripped me off on a tour.. he charged me 130 euro on the basis i was the only booking… he subsequently sold a couple later that day and charged them 80 euro each… of course i asked what they paid, so i was annoyed and told him… eventually he refunded approx 25 euro… not a good experience at all…
One other small but interesting point.. one breakfast i didn’t get to choose from the menu.. i was served beef curry..without a choice, from the last nights dinner menu
Don’t stay here!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service they provided was excellent. The food was very good. The rooms could be better, needing modernising. However, for the price, it's good value for money.

You can have much better for this price

Lots of mold in the bathroom wall and the shower curtain. One of the bed sheet was finish it was like sleeping directly on the matress lucky we had our own sheets. If they are giving you the room next to reception ask for another one because it’s noisy and you will ear the phone ring all night. WiFi is not unstable it’s just not working. The only positive is the kindness of the staff and the location.

Roshea, our host, was super friendly and smiling.
We asked to change our room from one double bed to two beds and he did with kindliness.
The pool was very welcome after visiting Anuradhapura.
The breakfast was excellent! 10 on 10!

Lovely small hotel

Small and quaint hotel with no bells and whistles, but great staff and a nice stay. Rooms are basic but OK and the hotel is certainly value for money. Surprisingly, a nice neat table cloth setting for breakfast and dinner; the nicest table setting of any on out trip including the higher star hotels.

Good choice

This is a comfortable, well-priced hotel. It is basic accommodation but the room was clean and the A/C and hot water were fine. The service is friendly. I would return and recommend it to others.

Small hotel near to the new bus stand

We booked a deluxe room and get a room without window.
After one night we can change to a nice room with balcony at the first floor.

I never understood what happened about the cost of my booking. The person in charge just said that I did my booking in another hotel and they recently change the name there. My booking was 10USD higher than the applicable there, however, nevertheless he said was same owner, he couldnt give me back the difference. Also he was asking me to pay the booking there telling me that he didnt have the confirmation for my payment through expedia. Just when I check with my credit card, I confirmed that my payment was already done. We lost time in that thing that was not really clear for me.
Additionally when we check in they give a different type of room. The good thing is that I ask about it and they give me the correct type.

Good value hotel in a decent location. Walking distance from the town and a short Tuk Tuk ride to the ancient sites. Staff was a little awkward，but the room was clean and it suits friends, families, or couples who are just looking to explore the city for a few days.

アヌラーダプラのニューバスターミナルから徒歩圏内のホテル。

ホテルの立地はアヌラーダプラの中でも静かで落ち着いた場所にあると思います。ただ少し中心部からは遠いように感じます。旧市街や駅まで歩くにはかなりかかります。部屋はフロントのすぐ隣で、何かあったらすぐに対応してしてもらえる場所にありました。実際トイレのフラッシュが壊れた時にはすぐに対応してもらいました。テレビ有り、クーラー有り、冷蔵庫なしでした。寝ている間に蚊が出て蚊に喰われました。もう少し清潔感があればいいのですが、ホテル代が安かったので仕方ないと思います。

Need to improve on hospitality and welcome.

We were basically received in silence at check-in and the hospitality did not improve from there. We were the only guests but were given the only room without a window (the other doors were open) and were told there wasn't any other possibility. Really different from every other guesthouse and experience in Sri Lanka.
