We have a great stay at the Coconut Beach Resort. The staff were very friendly with outstanding customer service. The snorkeling was great, daily yoga set the tone for the day and the rooms were comfortable and very clean.

Absolutely wonderful. Top notch service and staff. You could feel the peide of the Fijian people here. An absolute gem. The staff knows you names upon arrival, you're greeted by a beautiful song and lunch. We stayed over Christmas and it was so lovely to have the village come in and sing and dance for us and even father Christmas came for the children of the village. We delt like true family while we stayed for our 8 days. We will be back next year!

Such a beautiful property. The color of the water surrounding the island is exactly the same as in their profile photo. No joke. It's spectacular. Lots of resorts that we passed while on the Yasawa Flyer ferry did not have that kind of water right out their door or anywhere near. Coconut Beach Resort is just stunning. Then it's covered by a thousand beautiful swaying coconut palm trees. Everywhere you look it's just constant beauty. The staff is equally incredible. They greet you by name on Day 1 when you arrive and, throughout your stay, just want you to have the best time. And that's exactly what my friend and I had! Also slept better than we'd ever slept in our lives! Something about that spot, the sand, the swaying palms, the turquoise water...just wow. We can't wait to go back!

Mixed Experience at Coconut Beach Resort

The highlight of Coconut Beach Resort was without a doubt the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and created a homey, inviting atmosphere that made the stay feel personal.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that made the overall experience disappointing. The mandatory meal plan was very expensive, yet the food was extremely limited — only one option for breakfast, one for lunch, and one for dinner each day. There were no alternatives or variations, and the portions were small. After a full day of swimming or snorkeling, I often went to bed still hungry. Other resorts I visited in Fiji offered multiple choices per meal, and I wish this had been the case here.

Activities and tours were also very limited. Only one tour was offered each morning, and on Sundays there were no tours at all because the staff went to church. Having traveled halfway across the world, losing an entire day of activities was frustrating and felt unacceptable for a paid holiday.

Lastly, the location is quite windy. The strong wind made it harder to enjoy the beach, water, and reef in front of the resort.

Overall, while the staff was wonderful, the lack of food options, limited tours, and windy conditions kept the stay from being truly enjoyable.

I have only good things to say about this property. The amount of detail and preparation achieved in each area of the property, such as delicious food, entertainment, activities, and the overall appearance of the property. We travel the world, and we both agree that this property is managed extremely well. You will fall in love with the staff as they all greet you by your first name and make you feel welcomed throughout your entire stay visiting this beautiful beachfront property. We highly recommend it and hope to return many times. Thank you for making our vacation even more special.!

This is a fantastic place to spend time in Fiji. We traveled a lot around the world. This one is not the most luxury but one of the best resorts we ever had. Super friendly staff, great food, a lot of fun activities. BTW, scuba diving is amazing here.

This is a superb small and intimate beach resort with only 11 bures located in amongst coconut trees of a pre-existing copra plantation. All of the staff are truly friendly, willing to go the extra mile, and caring (we can't list all by name but a special shout-out to Abu). The food was also of excellent quality and quantity. There are essentially two beaches, each one facing a different direction, so that you can always bathe in a sheltered area if the prevailing wind changes. The protected reef in front of the main beach is excellent for snorkeling. There are plenty of organised activities if you so choose to participate in, including scuba diving, visits to other places of interest such as caves and villages etc. This resort is highly recommended.

CBR was fantastic. The remoteness and solitude is exactly what we were looking for. The staff were unbelievably attentive and friendly. They all knew our names and greeted us whenever they say us. The food was top notch and we looked forward to ever meal. The excursions and guides were great. We wish we had stayed so much longer and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be going back.

Lovely piece of paradise with amazing staff!

We were celebrating our 25th Anniversary and were so glad we picked this lovely piece of paradise. The staff really went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. My husband came down with a 24 flu bug and the staff were so caring and concerned for his health. They made him a special tea (Thanks Philip) and an amazing from scratch chicken soup that was delicious. All of the meals were fantastic with a local flairI loved that this property was eco friendly - refill water bottles and upcycled bottles of water on the table during meals. Also super impressed with the coral gardens that the Padi team take care of. We took so many pictures of this lovely spot. Carlo, the dog, was a friendly well behaved beach companion . I teared up at the farewell song as I was really sad to leave. Thanks Appi for the tissue. The staff really make you feel special and almost like family. If you want a true Fiji experience stay at the Coconut Beach Resort!

Everything about Coconut Beach resort was incredible. Beautiful views eveywhere you look. The food is amazing and they have great excursions planned every day in addition to swimming, snorkeling, or sunbathing right in front of the resort. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Everyone knows your name and they see to your every need to make sure your stay is perfect. I dont have enough words to describe how much I enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely be back.

It has a small resort feel and you feel like you are on your own on this island! The staff are special. Lots of activities, including starting your day with morning yoga on the beach! Food is great! One of the best places we have stayed in our lives. A wonderful place for our honeymoon, with super friendly staff that were a joy to know. Facilities were excellent, food was fabulous, with plenty of activities when we wanted to be busy and plenty of opportunities and gorgeous locations to just chill out completely. Fantastic snorkelling and diving, lots of Fijian music and singing and picture perfect beaches and gardens. A quiet paradise to unwind and enjoy Fijian hospitality at its best.

This was a true island escape. The peace and serenity of Coconut Beach is unmatched. The grounds are superbly kept and the staff was a wonderful part of the experience! We had so much fun playing evening volleyball and interacting with staff members. The property is spacious with plenty of activities to choose from. Each day had its own unique joys and we loved every minute.

Coconut Beach Resort Fiji is a true feast for the senses and sanctuary for the soul. It's on a small, remote, secluded island with magnificent nature, where the ocean is calm and water crystal clear, the coconut trees are just like the ones on people's screensavers. 🙂 The team welcomes you warmly on the beach, everyone is very friendly, genuine and treats you like family. Food is delicious! We loved the lamb shanks, white fish, beef fillet, ceviche, coconut pancakes to name just a few of chef Harry's creations. People on the team are very gifted and talented. We enjoyed the music of Coconut Beach Boys Band a lot. Snorkeling at the local reef is great and there are many opportunities to visit the Blue Lagoon and other locations at the neighboring islands, guided by the amazing Brian, Josh and John. Coconut demonstration is very informative and fun as well. Special thanks to Sheung for helping us with travel details, manager Hiram for making sure our needs were always met and exceeded, to Noah for his excellent service and cocktails, to Terry, Phillip and the rest of the awesome team. My advice is to bring strong insect repellent, because mosquitos happen to be a nuisance when the trade winds are not strong, as a nice local gentleman explained to us. :) We had a wonderful, unforgettable time and hope to come back again! Vinaka vaka levu!

The area was great and loved Coco their resort Dog. Dinner was always amazing!! I did not like not having at least two options for breakfast and lunch. Especially being served pasta twice for lunch: one, I did not come to Fiji to have pasta and two for the amount I paid for the meals I expected something a little more original. Also didn’t like how after it was booked and paid for they then send you an email advising you of the additional cost for the meals. I think they should just add that in the room cost as you can base you stay on the ACTUAL total of your stay.

Coconut Beach Resort was like a little slice of heaven on Earth. The property faces the Blue Lagoon, and the views were absolutely stunning and the water amazing. The resort is small, only 8 bures, so focus on detail and individual attention to each guest was noted and made us feel so felt special. The bures were well appointed and located a few feet from the beach, and we enjoyed the fresh flowers placed in our room and foot baths by the door each day. Though the location is remote, there was as much (or as little) as you wanted to do with daily activities planned, either complimentary or at very reasonable cost. Don't miss the caves! Amazing excursion! Blue Lagoon fish feeding & snorkeling, as well as the snorkeling right from shore at the resort was great too. The food was some of the best we had in the Yasawas, and the staff was so kind and friendly. It felt like our \"home away from home\". Thank you to our Fijian family & friends at Coconut Beach Resort who made our stay so enjoyable.

I can't explain in words here how splendid my stay at CBR was. It is so beautiful all around. The resort is spread across a large area where cottages are spaced apart to give privacy to the guests. The beach is just wow, wonderful colours. Amazing snorkeling right in front of the resort at the marine resort as well. We spotted good marine life along with sharks, yayy. The staff treat you like family and are always ready to entertain or help guests. We had a short stay and it was really sad to leave. Would definitely go back for a longer duration next time. 10 on 10 to CBR from us.

This is a fairly new Resort on Tavewa. The owner took great pride in building and organizing this property. The Bure we had was perfect and the outdoor shower was fantastic. The Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The food was the best we have ever had in Fiji and we couldn't wait to see what on the menu every day.
The beach and views are incredible and excellent snorkeling a 2 min walk down the beach.
The staff is amazing and always accessible. Their laughs and smiles were contagious.They felt like family and we cant wait to return.

Me and my wife booked Coconut Beach Resort for our honeymoon.

We arrived by Yasawa flyer that took five hours. Highly recommend to pay extra for Captain's lounge. Another option is to arrive by helicopter.

The hotel staff picked us up from the flyer. After a very short boat ride we were greeted with staff members singing on the beach! After lunch we saw our room and it was big and the shower and especially the toilet was really nice! The shower was outside so you could see the palm trees and the sun while showering, so beautiful!

Food was amazing, they cater to special diets and vegetarians very well! The asked every evening our wishes regarding the food for the next day. Especially the fish was amazing every day! Cocktail-wise the mudslide was really good!

My wife went diving with the dive instructor Faustine. And I did my PADI open water course with the other dive instructor Mike. Special thanks to them for creating the best dive experiences ever! They really are professionals.

During the dives we saw multiple rays (marble ray, eagle ray, blue-spotted stingray), sharks, all kinds of colourful fish, beautiful corals and turtles. Snorkeling at the marine reserve was really good, coral is very healthy and plenty of fish. We saw friendly reef sharks and a turtle.

Big recommendation for the Sawa-i-lau cave trip! The offered plenty of activities every day. But due to the diving we did not take part in most of them.

Coconut beach es el mejor resort que pude encontrar y sin ninguna duda cuando fui al lugar, esta valoración mía se confirmó. Para llegar ahí, hice un viaje de 4 horas en barco con el que pasamos por al menos 15 resorts en el archipiélago Yasawa. Y teniendo una base de comparación, cuando nos acercamos a Coconut, estaba flipando. Las aguas más cristalinas de todos (puedes encontrar todos los tonos de azul que te puedes imaginar), dos arrecifes guapísimos delante, playa con palmeras tropicales y más que todo: personas maravillosas. El servicio es de nivel máximo, sin duda repetiría y recomendaría a cualquier amigo o familia.

We loved everything at Coconut beach resort! If you are looking for a quiet island with a beautiful beach, this resort is perfect for you to enjoy some quality Fiji time :-) Due to the small size (8 bures) it is always very relaxed and quiet. The bures are very clean and right by the beach. Everyday there are organized trips and activities by the wonderful staff (some at extra cost).
The beach of CBR is beautiful and snorkeling in the marine reserve is amazing.
The food was always great and the beautiful live music with singing and guitars creates an unforgettable atmosphere at dinner.
We can only recommend staying here and hope to do so again ourselves in the future.

Wow!! Quel accueil formidable!! Rien de comparable nulle part ailleurs dans le monde!!! Nous avons été accueilli par un chant fidji accompagné de guitare et le diner du samedi accompagné de chants et d’une cérémonie collective du kava. Le personnel est toujours attentionné. Séjour tout simplement inoubliable et ce, dans un Superbe décor! La plage est belle, le sborkeling est assez intéressant. Les drinks sont plutôt chers mais c’est comme ça partout dans les iles Fidji.
