I can't say enough nice things for this hotel. Kids-friendly. Tons of things to do for kids. Clean. Well-kept. Well-staffed. Breakfast is superb. I just hope it stays this nice for many years to come.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a small gym. It also has other amenities for children. It is great for a family vacation. Its location is a bit off town centre, but there are other transportation at the train station which is about ten minutes walk from the hotel.

This property is geared towards families with kids w/facilities such outdoor pool, kids play room, story telling room. Though they had DIY craft sessions you could sign up for, it was cancelled during the pandemic. It's on the outskirts of town, but if the guest is driving, it's only 10-15min away from downtown Taitung.
Breakfast spread could be improved (saw fruit flies in the salad bar) and wished the bed mattress was of higher quality.

Good but with some improvements could be great
Modern hotel with a nice family room. The facilities are good and there is a lot to do at the hotel for kids. Location is slightly away from downtown (about 10 - 15 minutes drive). The main two areas of improvement for the hotel are:
1- if the staff could talk English (friendly staff but very difficult to communicate with them if you don’t speak Chinese) it would facilitate a more pleasant stay
2- the family room design is super nice but too many sharp edges around the bed and the room for kids to bump into.

第二次入住了，這裡離市區比較遠，可惜的是抵達時間都比較晚也比較早退房沒辦法使用到游泳池，但是有使用到按摩椅。繪圖風可愛，應該是很多有小孩家庭的選擇。房間很大，一人一張床，浴室和廁所是分開的。早餐豐盛，落地窗採光很好。因為不用再進市區，接台9很快，下午還可以去買很讚的南王蔥油餅。
