The hotel staff is welcoming and professional, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the service is excellent. Breakfast was outstanding as well.
The location is absolutely perfect—close to all the main points of interest this wonderful city has to offer, with the Palladium Mall just steps away. We will definitely be back!

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so they showed us to the lounge for complimentary drinks and food! We went back the next day again! Sasha was our waiter and he was fantastic!! The room was stunning and so clean. Best service I’ve ever had at a hotel!

Exceptional hotel. The reception area is small and underwhelming, however the rooms are fabulous. The junior suites are a great size and the bathroom is great. Excecutive lounge was amazing and food quality excellent. Breakfast was exceptional with good variety and fabulous fresh orange juice!

Despite their advertisement, they had no valet parking available when we arrived one hour BEFORE their standard check-in time (they advertise until 12 am and we arrived at 11 pm), had no cribs for our children (had us stay up until 1:30 am and claimed that they don’t know where the cribs were kept by the housekeeping staff who had left), and didn’t provide any room upgrade or anything for Expedia VIP status. For the parking issue, they waived 1 night of parking. They then promised a partial refund for the other issues to motivate us to stay our full stay then at check-out, said sorry we won’t do anything else. Horrible!

A great option for your stay in Prague

Overall it was a nice stay...the beds were comfy and the shower pressure was great! The A/C is on a governor and won't go below 18 for those of us Americans that need it super cold to sleep, it was enough. For the money and the location it's pretty hard to beat this hotel. I wouldn't spend the extra $$ for the lounge access tho, it wasn't that appealing and was only available from 12 - 18:00

Hôtel was close to everything. Staff was good, had a rude front desk experience when asking for an umbrella he was like check inside your closet, you have one there. Had a strange and very dull welcoming at check in, the staff was strange. The TV in the room was not working we had to unplug it. The staff was aware but did not pay attention to come back the next day and Check.

The breakfast has variety but it was stale, maybe because we arrived at 10am but still. The housekeeping was loud, they woke us up at 9am. And the walls aren’t too sound proof you could hear the kids running.

I've traveled to Prague every year for the past 10 years and have stayed at King's Court every year. Location is exceptional, rooms are top notch, bedding and pillows very comfortable, staff is great, etc. Breakfast and dinner are also excellent. Guys Trip to Prague

I loved this hotel. I would recommend purchasing the breakfast there are tons of choices and well worth the cost. The front desk team members David and Bek were top notch. They provided recommendations and took the extra step to make eye contact and say hello every time. The location is very central and very walkable everywhere.

Had a fabulous stay, highly recommend!

Amazing service, so helpful and friendly.
Sublime breakfasts and choice to eat on outdoor terrace.
We also went for dinner twice as we enjoyed so much the first evening.
Upgraded to a suite with small balcony which we loved, and with that came the fantastic selection in the exec lounge but this ends at 6pm. A great option for Lunch though as the selection is so good.
Literally the only thing I think that would have enhanced the stay would have been a couple of small chairs on the balcony.
Thank you also for the card and bottle of fizz left in our room. Lovely touch!

This is a high quality hotel in the centre of Prague, about five minutes walk from the old town. The rooms are really good, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great; lots of choice, though it can get a bit crowded. There'a a spa in the basement which is good too, though you do need to pay to use it.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The square outside was a little noisy in the early am with drunk folks out late (after midnight). The executive lounge was not worth it. Kids running around. Screaming over the music. There should be adult-only hours or some arrangement to avoid kids. Location was great!

I was just confused about the breakfast charge because I added the buffet when I booked, but Hotels.com did not have record (remember to screenshot) of this and Kings Court did not have record, so we were charged for or first breakfast. Thankfully, Kings Court removed the charge for our first breakfast while I tried to figure it out, and, ultimately, we did not return for breakfast because I have some picky eaters and the shopping center across the street had more options. Hotels.com told me that Kings Court adds a charge for breakfast

Best Hotel In Prague!!!!!!!!!!! Best stay in Europ

My stay at the Hotel Kings Court was magical! I was traveling for a fews days ahead of a conference. Everything about the hotel was perfect from location to the incredible service. My room was PERFECT - large king bed with spacious bathroom and very comfortable. The pool and spa area were so unexpected and wonderful. I loved it! And most importantly, the service was TOP NOTCH! The front desk greets you very warmly and the management at the hotel was very helpful. My reading glasses broke and the front desk manager David fixed them! Lastly, the breakfast was the best in every sense! Superb! I can't wait to return! Thank you Hotel Kings Court. My stay was one of the best in Europe!!!
