Overall, a nice place
Clean, new hotel. Friendly desk staff. The breakfast buffet had multiple options. The room had only a small window and all of the lights were near the entrance making it inconvenient when going to sleep and needing to turn out the lights. Limited basement parking, empty lot next door also used for parking. The cleaning staff thwarted my eco-friendly habits by disposing of a reusable coffee tumbler.

Nice hotel, but not much privacy
This was a really nice hotel in a great, convenient area. Our only complaint was the way the hotel staff was constantly surveilling us on their myriads of cameras. We felt like we were being followed everywhere and were even wondering if there were cameras in the rooms. They told us when when of our teens were still in their rooms, told us we left a door open as we were leaving… among other things. I felt like our privacy was invaded.

Lovely hotel for a short stay. Super location across the road from a train station, close to a beautiful park with a lake and many restaurants. Only criticism is it has no closet space or in-room safe.

That hotel was in a convenient location to do all we wanted for the time we were there. Easy access to restaurants and the Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Planning to visit them again before I leave South Korea.

I am back again
This is the 4th time that I'm staying at Hotel Sienna. Really like the place. Friendly staff and good quiet location. Near to train station, eateries and convenience store. Will be back.

This is my 3rd time staying at Hotel Sienna. A peaceful place to relax with nearby park for a nice morning walk. Shops and train station are within walking distance.

주변이 번화가입니다. 밤에 치킨도 시켜먹고 아침식사도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 객실내 창문이 위/아래 두개였는데 아래쪽 창문을 열 경우, 밀어서 바깥쪽으로 아래공간이 열리는 창문이라 아이가 있는 투숙객에게는 매우 위험해 보였어요. 12시 체크아웃이라 여유있었고 4층 객실인데 조용했습니다. 고양에 콘서트 보러갔다가 투숙하였는데 고양종합운동장서 15분 거리였고 헤이리도 20분 거리입니다. 다음에도 이용 할 의사 있습니다.

청소를 하긴 하는 건가? 침대 옆 스탠드등은 먼지로 거미줄이 쳐져 있고 샤워부스랑 화장실에선 찌린내가 나고 방 한가운데에 있는 욕조는 시커매서 쓸 엄두도 안나요. 일산에 있는 2성급 호텔도 엄청 만족했었는데 여긴 왜3성급인지도 모르겠어요. 시설은 다 갖췄는데 관리가 엉망이라 하등 쓸모 없고 비위 상해서 방에서 뭐 먹기도 싫었어요. 인테리어라고 있는 천장에 등 달린 뚫린 부분 그것도 더러워보여요

아내가 방이 좀 답답하다고 했는데, 그것 외에는 하루 머물기에는 딱 좋았습니다. 더구나 호텔 요금에 조식이 포함되어 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 가족들은 자느라 저 혼자만 식사했는데, 종류는 많지 않았어도 아침 한끼로는 나쁘지 않았습니다.

좋은 모텔느낌입니다. 역 가까이 있어 장단점이 있네요. 번화가가 가까워 먹을것.야식 등 가까워 이동하기편리합니다. 단점은 조금 시끄러워요. 문으루열어놓았더니 기차소리 오토바이소리. 등 시끄럽네요. 전체적으로 지어진지 얼마안되서 깨끗합니다. 침대 매트리스 안에 비닐이 있나봐요. 움직일때마다 소리가 나서 ㅠ 아기도 신기한지 발로 밟아욬ㅋㅋ 전체적으로 만족하 1박이었어요.

파주 운정 주변에 호텔이 없고 그중에서 제일 좋은듯 합니다. 객실상태는 대체적으로 청결했으며 호텔 구조는 호텔이라고 하기엔 조금 생소했습니다. 주변소음은 조금 있는편이며 침대 컨디션은 살짝 아쉬운수준입니다. 조식은 대체적으로 만족합니다.

갑작히 예약해서 트윈으로 했는데 방이 너무 작지는 않았어요. 아침 조식은 그럭저럭 먹을만 하지만 커피는 커피물 같아서 저랑은 맞지 않았습니다. 그리고 조식 먹는 카페는 작아서 거리두기가 잘 되지 않습니다. 시간을 잘 선택해서 가야할듯합니다.

파주에 가면 아주 편하고 좋은 곳입니다.
시에나 스위트에 묵었는데, 시설도 좋고, 방도 넓고, 아주 편안하였습니다. 한가지 흠은 전체적인 청소상태가 아주 좋았으나, 침대의 머리부분 위의 벽과 붙은 작은공간의 먼지는 청소가 안되어서 먼지가 많았습니다.

처음 오픈했을때는 괜찮은 비즈니스 호텔 같았습니다만, 1년후 다시 찾았는데 객실에서 오래된 방에서 나는 듯한 냄새가 나고 모텔처럼 됐네요. 엘리베이터와 복도에서는 정말 머리 아플정도로 청포도 향이 진하게 나고요. 안타까웠습니다. 조식은 코로나로 자리로 가져다 주시는데 퀄리티도 좋았습니다.
