Checkin was a breeze! My room when I first entered had kind of a musty smell, but it dissipated quickly by turning on the fan. My TV was broken, but the manager was so sweet and she brought me a new one right away. Breakfast was what I expected and the omelet was really good.
My only suggestion would be to get new mattresses, mine wasnt bad but it will need to be updated soon. All in all I could not have asked for a nicer experience. All of the staff were friendly and had a smile.

This was the perfect stopover! Met an old Navy buddy that I haven’t seen in 40+ years. Went to a show at the Rite Cathedral which was only a 7 minute drive. Staff was very courteous and even offered up extra breakfast choices. Would recommend and would stay again if the opportunity arises!

I can't say enough good things about the staff other than they go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They're awesome!! The rooms are clean, quiet and cozy.. Bathrooms are spotless. I've always enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn. I wouldn't think about staying anywhere else here in town.

Older hotel, slightly outdated, could use new floors and larger TVs with more channels however, there is parking for truckers/semi.
Good breakfast. Comfy bed. Very large jetted tub in the suites. Even if slightly outdated, its still a GREAT hotel, we loved it, and will certainly be back here when in town.

It's always difficult to judge a hotel by the online photos, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this location was clean and well kept with friendly, accommodating staff. The handicap accessible room we had had a great walk in shower with hand-held sprayer. We will definitely make this a regular stay when we visit family.

This is an older hotel so a lot of consideration needs to be given. Parking was adequate, access into the building was hindered by some low stairs. Lobby is small and \"functional\". Biggest issue is multiple floors, no elevator. Yee using was strictly over air. Internet was basic, but you can BUY better service. Biggest issue we had was attempting to contact the hotel by phone. We had an issue in our way to the hotel, nope can't call them. It is a Quality Inn, you get what you pay for

Parking is safe though at first it seemed not due to the site's placement. The room was good. But it was a bit lonely since it was 1 hour drive from the city of Pittsburgh. Otherwise staffs were gentle and helpful. Thanks team!

Checkin was okay. We were put in a room in the \"basement\" floor where there were maybe 6 rooms. As soon as we opened the door, the smell was pretty bad. It smelled like dog urine/mildew. We had to spray our perfume around the room. The bed itself was clean and comfortable. There was a plastic fork, along with some \"dirt\" above the coatrack ledge. Someone was propping the door open on the side door close to our room which did not feel very safe. Our check out process went well.

This was an excellent hotel for the price and for a 2 star hotel. Very clean, renovated atvsome point. Great location with lots of parking. An area out back for dogs. Breakfast was crowded but they restocked constantly. Staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

A solid, pleasant option. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. There was a full house and I didn’t hear my neighbors at all, so that’s great. Note that there is no elevator at this property. Didn’t bother me but if you have mobility issues, make sure to ask for a first floor room. Shower was decent and bathroom was clean. I’d stay there again.

Being honest, the facility needs updated. BUT (!) having said that, the end result is even more important. Usually, hotels that become old, also have staff that gives up. Not here. The staff is not just very nice and helpful, they are proud of doing their best and it shows. The hotel, despite the shortcomings is CLEAN, which, to me, is the most important thing when it comes to a budget friendly solution. I would advise the ownership to help their people by giving them a place as good as their work ethic. To the people who work here; thank you. Our stay was a pleasure.

The only recommendation I have is to clean up the outside entrance area because when we saw it we thought we might have made a mistake in booking but once inside we saw it was fine.

What a Gem!Such a wonderful little spot that felt like a home away from home.We (me, husband & son) travelled from Toronto,Canada and this Inn exceeded our expectations.Very,very clean from the rooms to the hallways,to the front area,even the breakfast area was being consistently cleaned.The staff was exceptional,from Ana to Christie & Tiffany who were so welcoming,informative,some of the friendliest people you will ever meet.You can tell they really care about the Inn,are so happy that you are there and want you to have the best experience.The Inn is so well kept,clean and smells lovely…very rare to have but the hallways and rooms smelt lovely and my little guy even made comments-shout out to the housekeeping staff,you do a phenomenal job!Beds were very clean and comfortable, room was spotless,plenty of clean well folded towels,TV had many great channels,fridge was bigger than your typical hotel fridge.There was even a microwave and coffee machine with sealed cups and coffee/tea.The well stocked breakfast was great with a bit of everything for everyone,we thoroughly enjoyed it.It was a nice quiet respectful place and we all slept amazingly which is usually rare with other places.We were so impressed with this Inn,the staff definitely make it beyond 5 stars,they are the heart of this place.Thank you for everything that you do! It does not go unnoticed. We will be returning to New Castle/Pittsburgh and will 100% be staying here and have already recommended it to friends.

Holly and Chrissie at the front desk are exceptional! They were efficient, professional, and knowledgeable of the area. The hot breakfast included waffles (an absolute MUST in my book). The rooms are dated but the price and friendly staff make up the difference. The cleanliness, the water pressure and parking... All top notch. We were able to hang out with friends in the small patio area (there was a grill available to guests also) instead of having to go to somewhere. I recommend 😀
