WTH!!!!

Room was very outdated and it had a lot of burnt spots on the carpets. Hardly had water pressure in the shower. I stayed in the first room by the office downstairs. Bed sheets looked dirty. Towels were stained and smelled like mildew. No phone service inside room. Overall it was a poor room for what was shown online. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!!!!!

I wish I could upload photos / video. Nasty bed sheets wasn’t clean . I asked for a non smoking room I got to the room the comforter was filled with burn holes , there was blood all over the sheets . Pillows wasn’t clean they had blood on them as well also there were bed bug traces. Towels were brown ( supposed to be white ) the shower was dirty and full of loose hair everywhere . Butt dust on the toilet seat. This room was very filthy (room 123 ) the hotel used to be a nice stay , it’s ran down now . I politely left and went towards Monticello area

Reserved a king room. Got to the property and received a 2 twin bed. Owner said he didn’t have any other king rooms available after admitting he gave my room to someone else on accident even thought I reserved this morning with my card . I get on the booking website and there’s multiple king rooms available to reserve for tonight ! I would have got a refund but with it being so late and me having a 2 year old son. I had to do with what I got given. Will not be back. Very noisy and they don’t value their reservations .

Private, quaint and maybe a little odd.

I really like this motel. It's out of the way and quiet. The guy who runs it is efficient and hard working. It' very worth the money, if you don't mind a few things a little odd.

I have only 2 suggestions for the motel & for travelers. 1) Request a room WITHOUT Onn. Roku TV, those never seem to work (even if the guy running it is kind enough to explain what to do to make it work). 2) Do not offer (to the guy running the place) or accept (as a traveler), room #110. I don't know what's wrong with it, but it makes noise all night long, pinging, dinning, knocking or anything that will keep you awake. I've had this room before and the noises are explainable.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ended up leaving a couple hours into our stay. Very noisy due to migrant workers that live there at property. The hotel lost power a couple times within the 3 hours that we stayed. Unknown reason why because it was a beautiful day with mid 70 degree weather

Hotel list that breakfast is included but you can’t even access the lobby. They keep it closed and service you through a window. There are many code violations at this property I’m sure they are ignoring. Towels were stained in the bedroom and rooms have a smell.

It was the most comfortable bed id found in a hotel, however there was no breakfast as the listing claimed and they provided a small coffee maker yet no cups to use for any drinks you wanted and the guy was very rude , our vehicle was hit in the middle of the night, the lady knocked on our door to let us know and while we were talking about it and trying to exchange information they guy started yelling everyone leave now , go away.

The property is located in a nice area. It's right next to the highway, there's a car wash next to it and a nice community in the back if you wanted to go for a walk or jog. It's 5 mins from Warren and 15 mins from Monticello. Which is great. However the issues we had was the room was dirty. The towels had stains in them, the fridge had mildew on the door, the walls were dirty filled with stains and some of the furniture. It was obvious the type of cleaning was making the bed and vacuuming the floor. I did bring these issues to the manager and he had one of the housekeepers clean the bathroom walls but that was it. I would stay again for the convenience of the location but I will make sure to check the room first before unloading the luggage in case I have to choose a different room that's cleaner.

The policy regarding pets on the website is misleading, as is the front desk signage. When asked over the phone if pets are okay, staff replied “yes” with no further elaboration. As found out by surprise, and not prior advisory, cats are not allowed. It is not stated on the website or in lobby signage. The staff did not indicate otherwise until arrival, when it is time to declared.

The room itself was fine with a good king size bed. What really bothered me is that the website advertises a continental breakfast but there is none. The reason that was given to me was something to do with Covid, even though that excuse is over for most places. I told the person at the checkin that the website should be corrected, if you are not going to have a continental breakfast. That is misleading and incorrect. Also, lobby was not open, and pool was closed as well. You had to check in through the night window at 3 in the afternoon.

This was awful the owner said pets can stay but he threw a screaming fit said no and told me to leave wen I went to pay for my pet fee very unprofessional and rude behavior I would tell all pet owners to stay sumwhere else because he is not pet friendly and he does not state on his site a weight or size on when he states he accepts pets I hope nobody else gets treated as horrible as I was there today I demanded a refund he gave me only five mins to remove my belongings also he is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in my life please don’t take your furbanies you love to the Claremont inn !!

The hotel boasts a pool and on-site breakfast, neither of which were available. The manager treated us coldly and thru the night window at 3pm in the afternoon. We weren't even to our car yet when the cleaning lady started cleaning our room. We had not checked out yet.

The room was not bad. It could use a deep clean, (But I have OCD when it comes to clean) The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good and the water was good and hot. There is no breakfast, but there is a good place to eat about a mile and half up the road. The outdoor carpet needs changing. If I ever need to be in Warren Ark. again I would stay here.

The amazing view outside my window was an unexpected bonus. It exceeded expectations. My biggest complaint besides it being a dirty hotel was that the requests of my booking were not met. I made reservations months ago befote probably most people so that shouldn't have been a problem.
The room itself was nasty. Cigarette holes in the comforter, bugs, dirty towels, hair from other guests in the towels, some weird stains on the walls, etc. The price was too high for what we got and it is a cheap hotel.

I reserved 2 rooms. I need them down stair due to 1 person could not make it upstairs and another family member will have heavy machine they need at night. When I checked In the motel I was told the room are upstairs. I told him the my family member can not climb stair and I was told that I would have to pay full price for the downstairs room. I did paid full price. The shower head was nasty. The coffee pot was nasty. They did not have the breakfast in the morning.
