Une retard de 4heures lié à un accident de train me avait fait venir après 21heures,mais Valérie de la réception m'aider on me envoyer les coordonnées pour avoir accès à l'hôtel et a ma chambre. J'ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié son aide. Également la literie c'était un vrai plaisir de dormir dedans. L'amabilité de l'ensemble de votre équipe et a noté également. encore un super séjour dans cet hôtel d'aurillac. L'hotel est parfait pour les familles et a accueilli notre chien sans aucun problème. les chambres famille sont en duplex et donc spacieuses, les chambres sont très propres et la literie super confortable. le staff est au petit soin pour les clients et la zone lecture et jeux pour les enfants est vraiment un plus au centre du lobby ce qui permet aux enfants d'être un peu indépendants tout en gardant un oeil sur eux. bref on recommande car en plus le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. et des options de restauration existent à deux pas de l'hotel mais on recommande le centre villes pour aller gouter les spécialités locales. Encore merci à l'équipe de l'hotel et tout le staff pour ce super séjour!!!

Un accueil très convivial et professionnel. Des locaux propres et bien équipés. Très bien insonorisés, tant en interne que vers l'extérieur. Petit déjeuner à partir de 6h30 où l'on peut profiter d'un vrai café, de fromage à la coupe et de sourires. Quelques restaurants à proximité pour le soir, quoiqu'un service possible. C'est mon choix retenu pour mes déplacements sur Aurillac tant pour ces prestations que ces tarifs.

nous sommes arrivés à 17h et avons été très bien acceuilli par une personne aimable et à l'écoute. nous avons été surclassé dans une grande chambre très propre comme tout l'hotel. literie impécable et lepetit dejeuner était copieux et diversifié. le parking se situe tout autour de l'hotel qui bien qu'étant près d'une grande route est très bien insonorisé.

Am Frühstücksbuffet wurde man - wegen Corona - bedient.Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, besonders die Zimmeraussicht auf eine Kuhherde.

Je n'y ai pas séjourné cette fois ci car il y a eu un changement de programme dans mon travail. La direction n'a pas voulu rembourser l'intégralité ni même une partie de mon séjour non effectué même en ayant prévenu hôtel.Com 5 ou 6 jours avant le séjour. Concernant hôtel.Com, je tiens à dire que le statut gold ne sert pas à grand chose car ils n'ont pas trouvé d'arrangement ni même cumulé les 4 nuits sur mon compte reward alors que le séjour à tout de même était payé. Pour y avoir déjà séjourné, l'hotel reste correct, il faut juste faire attention lors de la réservation aux conditions d'annulation.

Au début .. bug d'un SMS jamais reçu (avec code d'accès et numéro de chambre ... ça peut pourtant servir !), mais la réception téléphonique, agréable malgré l'heure, 22h, a réglé le problème.
Pour le reste, RAS. Surtout une chambre parfaite. On oublie souvent que l'on cherche un hôtel pour dormir, or la première note pour moi à donner sur un hôtel ou une chambre d'hôte, c'est la qualité de la literie ... A la chambre 110 de cet hôtel, lit véritablement excellent, soutenant sans être trop ferme, mais aussi moelleux. Bilan : une bonne nuit de récupération. Merci à cet établissement, je reviendrai.
