Little gem of a hotel

This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone).

The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is.

It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time.

Very pleased with our stay and would recommend.

Best For The Money!!!

My stay at the Hotel Campanile Aurillac was a huge surprise because I have stayed at other more expensive hotels in the area that could not come close to service and I received at the Campanile. I will be back in Aurillac soon and will probably return often in the future. I will always plan to stay at the Hotel Campanile Aurillac!!

Le campanile est très mal indiqué avec GPS nous arrivons devant ibis ?
Insonorisation pas terrible nous entendons les voisins. Salle de bain un peu vieillotte. L'accueil très agréable et le déjeuner satisfaisant.

Pas de prise électrique la tête de lit
Taches collantes sur table de nuit
Et surtout le manque de propreté dans la salle de bain, les toilettes pleines de taches d'urine un peu partout.
Heureusement un bon matelas et un bon petit déjeuner .

Chambre qui sentait la cigarette froide, pas super agréable, salle de bain très vieille, baignoire sabot d’un autre temps.
Pour le repas du soir, 35 minutes d’attente, mais ca ne serait finalement pas très grave avec un bon plat…malheureusement, le plat (filet de merlu meunière) était en fait un poisson pané qui venait de sortir du congel. Bref 23€ pour un poisson pané, du riz et un verre de blanc…
On peut proposer un hôtel avec des prix accessible sans pour autant que ce soit au détriment de toute qualité…

séjour médiocre

séjour en couple de deux jours
nous avons hésité avant de réserver chez campanile connaissant les problèmes de vieillissement de leurs établissements, en la matière nous avons été servis
on nous a attribué une chambre dans laquelle le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas (petit radiateur d'appoint) en nous précisant que l'hôtel rencontrait un problème de pompe à chaleur
nous avons demandé un changement de chambre, on nous a attribué une chambre sans aucun rangement et avec un lit collé au mur avec impossibilité de quitter le lit sans marcher sur le conjoint !!, nouveau changement de chambre (nouvelle chambre avec pour seul chauffage un petit chauffage d'appoint) nous avons conservé cette chambre pour ne pas se coucher à 4 heure du matin après avoir passé en revue toutes les chambres disponibles !!
pas de prises électriques au niveau du lit, nous avons du emprunter une rallonge électrique à l'accueil
bref : hôtel très vieillissant et pas à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles
petit déjeuner à 11, 90 cher en regard du buffet proposé
par contre merci aux personnes de l'accueil du soir comme du matin pour leur gentillesse et leur amabilité

L'accueil est très sympathique cependant le choix au restaurant est minime et c'est très cher pour les entrées froides que le restaurant de l'hôtel propose. Près de 18 euros pour quelques entrées froides je dis bien quelques car c'est principalement un peu de charcuterie et pas la meilleure et UN seul dessert. C'est honteux tout de même. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas ses 11;50€. Pourquoi abuser autant ? Ou sont les audits ? On devrait interdir à ce restaurant de faire de tels prix !

Plus que moyen !

Déçu par ce Campanile.
Chambre et salle de bain propres mais au standard d’il y a vingt ou 30 ans. Baignoire et lavabo d’époque, de même que le néon qui met 5 secondes à s’allumer… comme à l’époque aussi.
Restaurant sans le buffet d’entrées habituel.
Carte sommaire et qualité plus que moyenne, voire mauvaise (filet de brochet sorti de nulle part et sans goût avec « paquet » de riz collant issu directement de l'eau de cuisson (même pas une petite noix de beurre).
Petit déjeuner par contre très bien mais cela ne suffira pas à modifier mon opinion.
Dommage car j’aime bien les hôtels Campanile qui habituellement sont nettement supérieurs à celui d’Aurillac.

Insonorisation inexistante aussi bien intérieure qu'extérieure. Un relooking ne serait pas futile.
Par contre, personnel sympathique, accueillant.
Repas et petit déjeuner conformes aux hôtels Campanile, RAS, tout était parfait.

Personnels très sympathiques, peut être un peu préoccupés pas la gestion d’un gros groupe de sportif. Pas de papier toilette dans la chambre, non proposé à la réception, et nous nous en sommes rendus compte après la fermeture de la réception. Sûrement un soucis avec la société qui fait le ménage. Les joints du carrelage mural de la salle de bain présentent des traces de moisissure noire. Ce qui est inadmissible dans un hôtel de cette catégorie.
