Excellent stay

Minimal interaction with the front desk staff, but they were very friendly. Servers during breakfast were great and the food was excellent and plentiful. Room was comfortable and clean. What we paid for was the view and it did not disappoint.The veiw was actually better than expected. Great location to main Fira bus terminal.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering spectacular views that made my stay even more enjoyable. The fully loaded mini-fridge was a nice touch, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a gift of wine waiting for me upon arrival.

The hotel is perfectly centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Breakfast was also excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

I will definitely stay here again on my next visit! Highly recommended.

Beautiful room had everything we needed and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Great location close to bars and restaurants. Not much to fault apart from the fact we thought it was adults only, however there were kids at the pool so didn’t find it very relaxing to sit there. Part of the reason we booked here was because it was adults only. So a bit confused about that being advertised.

One word to describe this hotel, \"wow\"! It was such a wonderful experience from the moment we got out of the airport to the moment we left on the bus to the ferry port, all thanks to this beautiful family owned boutique hotel. The airport transfer was quick and pickup was easy. The gentleman who met us at dropoff to help us with our luggage was so sweet and you can see how hard he works. He also helped us bring our luggage to the bus terminal! The staff at reception was super helpful and efficient with all my requests. The room was very clean and perfect. Last but not least, the view! We stayed in rm 201 and the view of the caldera is just breathtaking, especially during sunset. Pictures do not do it justice! If I go back to Santorini, I will be booking this hotel again!

This is a fantastic hotel in Fira with amazing views. We had a Superior Room with an amazing balcony overlooking the caldera and phenomenal sunsets every single night.

My wife and I could not have picked a better hotel for our week in Santorini. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend anyone considering a stay in Santorini to consider Panorama.

If you stay in the Boutique part (not studios) you also get access to V Lounge upstairs for breakfast with another amazing view while eating.

It's easy to get to, there are some elevators, access to a pool (with a bar). Depending on the type of room you have you will have some stairs you need to do (especially if going to the pool which is below), but overall it isn't too bad considering it's Fira.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location in central Fira was perfect. A stones throw from the hussle and bustle of the streets and shops but quiet enough to be peaceful at night (albeit with some music from nearby restaurants which is unavoidable in Fira). The view of the caldera from our private balcony was spectacular, the pool was serene and also enjoyed the same impressive views.
The included free breakfast was amazing and delicious with healthy options as well as tasty indulgences.
If I had any negatives, it would be that the pool is quite a long way down several flights of stairs, but again I can't really fault the hotel for this - it is Santorini after all. The pool was also very cold but this is quite refreshing in the hot afternoons. The toilets would benefit from having a bidet (bum gun) too but again, just nick picking at this point.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. In particular room 402!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Panorama Boutique Hotel. The room was nicely arranged and very clean. We had a great view of the caldera and enjoyed the golden hour sunset with drinks and food in privacy. The hotel location is ideal, very close to the Fira center and bus depot. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, served on a balcony again with the caldera view - what a great way to start your day in Santorini. This hotel will be our first consideration whenever we return.

The view from the room is amazing. The hotel perches over the cliffside dwellings of Fira. The rooms have a nice, clean, modern decor. The hotel is vertically organized, and the pool is many levels below the entrance level. The lobby at the street level seems a bit modest.

Panorama Boutique Hotel

The Panorama Suites in Fira Greece turned out to be the best hotel out of 3 on a recent trip to Greece. Situated on the cliffs overlooking the volcanic islands and ocean gave us a perfect view every day. Our room was quite large with a private patio and hot tub just outside our door. Bed was very comfortable, all staff were especially accommodating and friendly and the entire place is kept very clean. It wasn't a minus to us, but if you have trouble with steps you might want to call to try to make arrangements. We had about 14 steps down from the elevator and the first one was a doozy. Our room also had a large whirlpool tub w shower that was a little difficult for these 70 y.o.'s to get into but we managed. The hotel is located centrally near shops and restaurants on a walkway that is not immediately accessible to cars, but our driver called ahead and had someone meet us a short walk away to help with luggage. The free breakfast offered is also great with a small buffet and a cooked to order item - Maria was often our server there - great smile and friendly service.

Clean place. Very near main market square. Very good views. Their open roof top Lounge has great views. For Fira, we felt, it is an ideal place to stay. Our check in experience was not good. We were informed that our room is upgraded, but the AC ( heating ) was not working. The next room we got was a smaller room, original booking was a Suite, we stayed in a standard room. We assessed later, that the photos on the booking platform are not of the actual rooms, they are a mix of various rooms. Which is not good at all. We had expressed this to the manager, but no response.

There is a jet-tub which serves as shower, but that is not very convenient and you have to be careful getting in and out of it. The restaurant was good, but only breakfast and may be lunch. Overall, good place to stay, but could use some updating.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Santorini, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist gave us such a warm welcome, making group check-in incredibly smooth. They went above and beyond by helping with our luggages and ensuring they were delivered straight to our rooms, which was such a relief after a long haul traveling.

The rooms were spotless and offered stunning views of the Caldera Sea- truly breathtaking esp. during sunset. There’s even an elevator to easily access the rooms, which was super convenient. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options, and they also prepare hot breakfast on request, which was a nice touch.

The hotel’s location in the heart of Fira is unbeatable. We were within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

Even when we checked out at 3 a.m., the hotel made sure porters were available to assist us, which speaks volumes about their dedication to guest service.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini!

The property has a great view and location. Staff reaction to problems terrible. The pipe of our bedroom jacuzzi broke, causing a terrible flood in our bedroom. They had to cut the water and make repairs and clean which ruin our night and the reservations we had. The manager was very rude and zero empathy about all the situation

Beautiful hotel perfectly located to explore Fira and access to busses or rental vehicles. Room was adequate size, clean and had an exceptional view of the caldera. Breakfast was delicious and also overlooked the caldera. Staff were extremely helpful and were willing to assist in making many reservations. Although we had checked out, the front desk held our luggage all day and gave us towels so that we could shower before leaving for our ferry transfer. Since we had gone horseback riding this was such an amazing bonus!

The location of Panorama was perfect. Only minutes to the local shopping and dining areas, plus bus stop. Clean, modern, and good size rooms. Only concern was the 'hot tub' was still set to 'hot' in summer and took a long time to cool down when staff attended to it; but once it was adjusted, it was perfect for the rest of our stay. Staff were also easy to communicate to via WhatsApp. Would still stay again and recommend to anyone!

Amazing hotel! You will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel. Great service throughout and the free transfers(either from/to ferry port or from/to airport) take the hassle of organising transport out of the equation. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and a great selection was presented daily. Pool area is lovely. Close walk to everything and even access to the coastline for a coastal walk.

Location is probably the best in Fira. It’s close to the Fira main bus station, and the taxi drop off station, so no need to drag your luggage to lots of stairs or the cobblestone pathway. The view was amazing! Service was good, room was clean and nice. The balcony showed th e best view! We love that they have an elevator as well. The staff were very helpful. We arrived on an early flight, and the staff checked us in as early as they could which is nice. Hotel is close to all amenities in the island. Would stay here again next time we visit Santorini.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our suite had a nice outdoor hot-tub and a great view of the caldera. The property was in a great location, with plenty of dining and shopping options right outside the hotel. It was clean and well kept. The complimentary champagne and breakfast options were also enjoyable. Customer service was excellent. They organized transportation to and from the airport and since the hotel isnt directly accessible by car, they assisted with bringing our bags to the hotel which was a short 5 minute walk. Highly recommend!

The Panorama Hotel is in a great location and the view is outstanding! Truly magnificent! The staff is great and very helpful. They setup two tours for us that were the highlight of our trip. The catamaran excursion was incredible! The room was nice, clean a good size. We had a balcony that faced the water…just amazing! The morning breakfast was delicious with eggs to order. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Enjoy!

We loved the proximity to the many shops and cafes around the main strip of Fira. It was also a short walk from the main bus stop in Fira - around 2 Euros to go anywhere. We also took a bus from the airport for this price. Beats overpaying for a taxi.

The breakfast at Panorama was amazing. Their french toast was great as were their selections of cute and tasty pastries. We did not stay in for any other meals so unclear on whether lunch and dinner had similar quality.

Staff was always friendly and helpful. They were able to make change for us several times as the ATMs would give us big bills.

The locks were a little tricky at first and not as conventient as modern key cards but the rooms were still fantastic although we could hear wind wistling through the door on our first day when the wind was out of the East.

We did not try the pool but it was a deceptively long walk down to it.
