We stayed in the duplex penthouse apartment and it was wonderful. 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. Apartment was well equipped and very clean. Perfectly located 5min walk from Louvre. Amazing!

Location is great. Front desk people are helpful. Will say that they were doing construction throughout the building and some dust would come into the room. They said construction was 10-6 but the noise woke me up at 7. You can hear everything from upstairs.

The location of the property was a block away from the Louvre which made sight seeing very easy. Staying here was worth every penny. The apartment is exceptional and just a stone's throw away from the Louvre, the Metro, and numerous charming shops and eateries, all nestled in a safe and quiet area (as peaceful as you can get in the city anyway). For a family of 4 or 5 (or more), this place was excellent. We stayed in a duplex where there was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, and upstairs had a living area and kitchen. For my family (3 kids), this was what we needed to space out when we come back to the apartment to relax. Location was perfect, only a few steps away from the Louvre. Safe area, with a busy street right out in front. Communication with the company was top notch, they literally responded immediately on any inquiries I had via Whats App. I will definitely recommend this to family and friends who travel to Paris.

We got the duplex terrace room. The apartment itself was very nice. The two terraces were such a nice touch and very pretty. Excellent location. Right next to the Louvre Museum and right near a metro station. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. There were 2.5 bathrooms. One full, one with just a toilet and one with a shower and a sink. The one with a shower and a sink had an older rainfall shower head that would spray water everywhere. Which didn’t really matter because the entire floor was tile, but the small towel for the floor would immediately get wet and water would get on the base of the sink’s shelves. Which, I would just avoid storing anything there because it will get wet, like the rest of the floor. But after my first shower I was made aware so that wasn’t an issue for me. All in all, the apartment was great and I would absolutely recommend!

I do not know how this property is rated a 4 star. At most this is a 3 star hotel room. No space for make up in the bathroom, the hair drier hanging on the wall does not work, the bathroom sink is pretty clogged and barely drains, the so called bedroom area is just a wall they built around the studio living room and it gets too hot as there is no air circulating. The room needs a major update. The bed is just a full size bed. The good about this property is that it was clean and lots of places to eat around. And the best part is actually the ladies that work at the front desk. Very, very nice and helpful.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations! Four gals in our sixties, we were beyond comfortable in a one bedroom, two bath unit. My sister and I slept in the living room in the most comfortable sofa bed I’ve ever experienced, and our friends were in twin beds in the bedroom. Wonderful bedding and sheets, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We felt completely at home.
To our delight there were three metro stations within only a few blocks. We walked to the Louvre and Notre Dame and even to the Latin Quarter for some jazz. A perfect location.
One reason we will definitely return is the gracious and helpful hospitality by the staff. Everyone at reception was extremely communicative, both before we arrived and after. You will simply love this excellent property.

For context, this was my 10th visit to Paris in the past 20 years and I’ve stayed in different parts of central Paris. For a first time visitor this is an ideal location because it’s close to Quartier Latin, the Louvre, d’Orsay, Marais, the metro, etc. Paris is expensive and everything is old. So for its price these apartments are nice considering it’s location, size, newer bathroom and plumbing. The one downside for us was the location of our unit which was right underneath the IKEA store which meant constant delivery truck noise from 6-8 am every morning. But overall a good experience.

In apt- cloth washer and full kitchen (with utensils) were very useful since we were traveling with small children.
One thing to note is that while the apt had all the linens, it isn't fully serviced in traditional term like hotels but you have an option to spend additional to get daily cleaning and linen refresh service. Otherwise we didn't have any surprises.

Overall a great place to stay; the only issue we had was with the pull-out bed, when you sit down, it starts to fold up on you. We ended up using the mattress on the floor. Air conditioning is great, washing machine is great, elevator is small but it works well,
