B & B Milena Hotel *** rests in a peaceful and idyllic surroundings of Pohorje hills, only a couple steps away from the funicular. Some rooms have a view of Pohorje ski slope, giving you a chance to see the wintertime action from the comfort of your warm room.
17 hotel rooms are thematically arranged, each representing one of the Slovenian sights. We have a private parking, accessible from the main road leading to the Pohorje hills.
The area boasts several restaurants only a few minutes away.

The owners were AMAZING. So friendly and welcoming. They gave us great local recommendations, and helped us navigate their buses. Convenient bus stop right outside of the hotel. Best hotel to get for Mykonos! So convenient to go straight into town, the airport, the beach clubs literally anywhere! I loved the rooms, service, and genuinely made my trip! The only thing I'd mention is the shower can get a little messy but it's genuinely not an issue. Frosso was amazing, and helped me out a lot when I needed to communicate with some friends. Isis was so kind and gave a lot of vital recommendations and beautiful conversation. I loved this hotel experience as a solo traveler!

Truly amazing hotel! Excellent welcome and service from Frosso after a long ferry. The place has such a homely feel. Room and bathroom were so clean and spacious - lots of light in the bathroom. Really beautiful outdoor seating area with a view of the mountains and sea. Notos nearby was excellent for lunch. Shame we were only there for one night before our flight but we will be back!

Staff are truly amazing. Nice reception area with small snack items to purchase. Back patio has great views of the sea. Our room was large, good working a/c, plenty of storage as we stayed 4 days. We had great maid service every day, you don’t see that often. Walk to airport and restaurants nearby. City bus is across street. We had a car and had to park offsite, but close. Highly recommend this small charm.

Fantastic stay at the Milena! So friendly, welcoming and clean. Bus stop right outside to take you to the beaches and central Mykonos Town-2 Euro per journey. Bakery, general food store and local Greek restaurant over the road..gorgeous, tasty food. Visited 3local beaches, Paradise, Paraguayan, Ononos, all lovely, 2 sun beds and umbrella about 60 Euro total. You can sit on the sand at the end of these beaches to avoid expensive charges. Would love to return and do it all over again.

Do trust the desctription as it does exactly what it \"says on the tin\" - simple but cosy accomodation in walking distance from the airrport and Mykonos town. It was a perfect place for an overnight stay with an early flight - the room was small but very clean and had everything we needed. Also, it was surprinsingly quiet considering the location and it took us 10' to walk to the airport in the morning. We have spoken to Frosso before getting there and on arrival, he was there to great us - it was a real pleasure to be his guests - very charismatic, gave us tons of info and made us feel welcome.

Milena hotel was amazing, from the friendly and welcoming staff that greeted us at the gate, carried out bags and helped us with reservations and recommendations, we couldn't fault their hospitality at all.
The room was lovely and spacious, with enough room for 4 adults to move about comfortably.
There is a bus stop located right in front of the hotel which makes travelling about the island super convenient and easy.
My only recommendation would be a bigger shower as it was just about big enough to stand in, but otherwise I enjoyed my stay here, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and we were able to access everything we needed. Thank you Millena!

Milena Hotel is an amazing small hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. The hotel is situated right on the bus route to the old town and old port, making it easy to get there (or a 25-minute walk). The bus routes to the airport and new port are also conveniently accessible with the bus stop right outside the hotel.
The room was very comfortable, immaculately clean, featuring high-quality bed linen and mattresses. The staff were outstandingly welcoming with lots of local recommendations and extremely helpful when it came to onward travel plans to get to the new port efficiently. I would highly recommend Milena Hotel.

Frosso, Yiannis and Zisis were so helpful and friendly after a long journey. The hotel is immaculate and so clean. They couldn't do more to settle us in and make sure we had every need, with Zisis even entertaining us on his mini-bouzouki! Would thoroughly recommend for everyone wanting a peaceful sleep and a good price, away from the madness of Mykonos, but within walking distance of town. Suggest a bus or taxi from the airport as walking on the road is not easy.

It was very convenient to get everywhere including the most popular beaches! AMAZING!!! The staff was so friendly. The man who checked us in (I wish I remembered his name) was sooooo helpful. He gave us a map and told us all the best places to go. The actual hotel is about a 20 minute walk into town but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Thank you! Would stay again!

On arrival the host was very good telling us about the area and showing us where everything was on a map, which he gave us. The hotel is a family run business which has just been updated and renovated throughout meaning everything is very clean and tidy.
During our stay the hosts could not do enough for us and as we were there over Easter we were given Greek easter egg and some home cooked biscuits, a nice, homely touch.
We are in our 70's and found we could walk everywhere in town, although there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Hiring a car for the day was a 2min walk to several car rental places.
When we said we were leaving to go to the airport about a 10 minute walk the host offered and gave us a lift. Very welcome as we had bags to carry.
Would stay there again and recommend it as a great place to stay.

Amazing staff. When we arrived he sat down with us and showed a map of Mykonos and explained all the hot spots. We got the only room that has a view of the water. Rooms are on the smaller side but it’s great for the price and very clean. We tried to get by without renting a vehicle but ended up renting an ATV through our great hotel staff the second day. The town is about a 20 minute (unpleasant) walk but there are many cafes and restaurants right across the street if you don’t want to go into town

I had an amazing stay at Milena! The check in was super easy and the check out was even easier. They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in between at the most important places. Everything was within walking distance depending on how willing you are to walk. We did have a bus stop right outside the hotel and the ticket can be purchase on the bus. I mainly walked so I enjoyed that Milena was close to the airport and the Mykonos town.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect. They picked us up from the airport and evem dropped us off at the Ferry port. The staff were some of the friendliest people we met in Greece. Mykonos has changed since we last visited in 2012. This hotel is ideally sited for the airport but it's only a 20 minute walk into Mykonos Town. There is also the local buses which stop right outside the hotel.The owners are lovely people from collecting us at the port, to giving us help and advice, to dropping us off at the airport.
The room is small but ideal for a short stay. The double bed was comfortable, the shower powerful with endless hot water and the air conditioning effective. The wifi was free and good standard.
A simple breakfast can be taken at additional cost. We chose to go to a bakery across the road bringing our breakfast back to eat on the terrace.

What an incredible place to stay. The family are just wonderful and so friendly, even let us check in 5hours before the actual check in because they were ready. So helpful and make you feel right at home. Clean rooms, super comfy beds and best shower we have had all through europe. Not too close to city centre but easy to get into town and buses that go all over.

Can I just say this is a “diamond in the rough”. Was nervous because it was 1 star but later learned stars have to do with swimming pools, restaurant, etc. this was a beautiful, ultra clean, large new shower, queen bed, very well thought out, efficient Greek hotel, family run and on site. They went above and beyond accommodating us with sincere Greek hospitality. Employees also provide the same. View of sunset from the deck might be the best in Mykonos. Will always go back there when in Mykonos!

Don’t let the one star fool you. It is quiet and quaint right by paradise beach. The hotel itself is a bus stop that goes both ways! Rooms are basic and perfect for just a place to crash. They provide transportation to and from the airport/port for you as well. On site scooter and four wheeler rentals. Frosso, immediately welcomed me with orange juice, a map, and places to see and go if I’d like. Would stay here again 100%!

They helped us with our bags, and Frosso, the girl in charge, sat down with us and gave us a map and showed us the best places to go, how to get there, bus info to the beaches, recommended delicious places to eat Greek food, and answered all our questions about the island. Another awesome thing is that they offer complementary shuttle service to/from the airport or ferry port in Mykonos. One extra expense to check off your list. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed staying here. It was a short walk to town and the bus stop to the beach was right outside the entrance. Very convenient location with a couple markets and restaurants across the street. Very clean, very fresh.

Location is a bit away from town centre, it needs 20 to 25 mins walk. But the hotel provides free pick up and drop service at check in and check out date. So it is ok. A small supermarket and a bakery are just nearby. In front of the hotel is a bus stop, so it is convenient to get on and off bus. Others like cleanliness is good. Frosso & John are very nice hosts. The hotel experience was very good. Dino was also very nice and helpful. The room was too small for me and my wife, Frosso indicated that the room we took had a balcony and it meant a smaller room. If you stay here and you need space don't take the room with balcony. The view isn't that great because it overlooks a yard with junk all over the place. The area was close to Chora (main town in Mykonos). Only 5 min by bus and bus drops you in front of hotel. Out of all the places that we stayed in Greece this hotel was the only one that charges for breakfast, but its only 6 Euro. For 90 Euro a night I think breakfast should have been included. At the same time this hotel was the only one that picked us up at the port when we arrived in Mykonos and dropped us off at the port when it was time to leave, so that compensated for the breakfast charge. I won't return to Mykonos because its very expensive and busy. Its not as nice as Paros or Santorini.

Overall experience was good. I can't give 5 stars because we had an issue regarding noise levels. The walls are paper thin even though they don't look it. We were up late with the tv on talking and laughing and we disturbed our neighbors. They let us know and we immediately were quiet. We proceeded to wake up early and were not loud at all, but apparently our neighbors thought we were and banged on our door, aggressively. We became very unhappy with our stay at this point and were even nervous to leave our room due to the angry neighbor. We wouldn't stay again after this experience, but don't necessarily think this is an awful place. Great location, nice people and clean. Would be nice if there could be a way to keep the bathroom floor from getting soaked while showering!
