Spa services were not available as advertised, facility was clean but bathroom plumbing had a strange smell. Water in the pool was not thermal and we couldn’t even make reservations for spa services, tried three times and employees were not even available. In a great location and rooms have good space but don’t go with the expectation of using the “wellness” facilities for much.

The hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Nestled in the mountains it had a real country feeling. Only problem we had was the temperature in the room was to warm and the hotel could not fix the problem.

Świetne miejsce na relaks!

Świetne miejsce położene blisko kolejki linowej. Ogromne pokoje z dużą łazienką. Hotel zawiera super wyposazona silownie, ale najwiekszym plusem jest basen i sauna. W tym hotelu naprawdę mozna odpocząć i sie zrelaksować. Goraca polecajka!

Brief stay

The hotel has been refurbished to quite a good standard overall, but there are some odd issues. The balcony has 2 chairs but no table; the ('Superior') bedroom has only one chair; there is no curtain/blind over the glass balcony door to keep out the early morning light; there is no independent control for the elctronically controlled main window curtains; there is no bedside table on one side of the bed; the toilet has a pointless electronic control panel; there is no heated towel rail. Apart from that....the room was fine. The spa is very good. Breakfast was good.

Out of the way probably very busy in ski season

The hotel was very quiet with few guests. There was a bar which seemed to have been blocked off and small seating areas. Some huge empty very formal dining areas. Very grand entrance lobby. Breakfast was the usual selection you'd expect but no tea/coffee facilities in a \"5 star\" hotel....really. Wifi worked well in the room and was free. The pool/spa area looked nice but I didn't try it.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a very nice time, the staff was excellent, the pool very very nice, and the room small but very nice. The description said washers and dryers in rooms. Untrue - laundry services are available, but at a high price. The shower has a half glass enclosure, and water can spray out if the water pressure is normal. That is why I believe our room had almost no water pressure in the shower. This was the most feeble shower we have experienced. Also, air conditioning is only in the new section of the hotel.

Otherwise our stay was very nice and we would recommend.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location. You will need a car if you are planning on seeing more of Maribor. Pool area is nice. The food in the restaraunt is good.

Good Hotel, many facilities, great breakfast buffet, slightly faded pool area, overall very happy.

The Hotel Habakuk is about three miles from the centre of Maribor town. It is situated at the foot of one of the local ski areas and has a few small bars, Pizza Restaurants and other Hotel restaurants within easy walking distance. There are a couple of large rental shops nearby where mountain bikes/Scooters etc. can be rented and the bike/walking trails are all nearby. The main Ski run into the village is immediately behind the Hotel.

The Hotel has numerous leisure facilities, with both outdoor and indoor pools with jacuzzis, fountains, waterfalls etc. The Wellness centre offers many treatments, though these often need to be booked as they are popular with people from outside of the Hotel as well. Sauna, Squash, Gym are also available.

The bedrooms are spacious, comfy beds, clean with well presented bathrooms, balconies on most also.

We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Cereals, fruits, yogurts, cold meats and cheeses, breads, jams, pastries, hot food also with a chef to cook fresh omelettes, eggs, bacon etc. I couldn't fault this in anyway.

We ate in the restaurant one night and the meal was very good, no complaints in that department. You can, however eat out very cheaply in Slovenia and the restaurant was probably about three times as expensive as a meal out. We had an excellent BBQ one night at a Hotel down the road for only 6 Euros!

No problems with the language as the people who work in the Tourist industry speak good English.

Triste fim!

Estadia começou muito boa, porém terminou de forma abrupta….isso mesmo… as 11 horas sem qualquer aviso prévio o sistema eletrônico deles desligou a energia eletrica do quarto, fechou as cortinas automaticamente e desligou as luzes, nos obrigando a sair imediatamente. Uma falta de respeito tremenda com o hospede. Piscina estava impossibilitada de ser utilizada devido a “tratamento da agua”. Café da manha bem fraco. Não recomendo.

Haben ein Wellnesshotel gebucht, Wellnessbereich Innen war geschlossen und der Wellnessbereich Außen ist eine Baustelle. Für den Preis ist das eine absolute Frechheit, vorallem gab es keinerlei Informaton vor der Anreise und dort angekommen beim checkin dann das bittere erwachen.

Sehr gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Trotz wir im alten Trakt gewohnt haben waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer. Die Sauna und die Therme ist schon in ihre Jahre gekommen und sollte überholt werden. Alte Monturen und leider kein Tauchbecken für Saunabenutzer. Sonst war es schön!

Super Lage, riesen Schwimmbad

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Indoor-Pool ist riesig (zum Schwimmen ungeeignet) zum entspannen. Die Saunenanlage war auch sehr gepflegt und in Ordnung.
Für ein 4* Hotel hatten wir bei folgenden Punkten bessere Erwartungen:

-Die Heizung konnte im Zimmer nicht reguliert werden. Wir waren im Dezember und im Zimmer war ca. 25 Grad. Das war, insbesondere in der Nacht, unergräglich.
- Die Betten machen sehr laute Geräusche beim Umdrehen, Aufstehen.

Im großen und ganzem war die Preis-Leistung im Vergleich mit den Hotels in der gleichen Region ok. Wenn man allerdings mit anderen 4* Hotels europaweit (zB Österreich) vergleicht, dann hätten wir mehr Detailgenauigkeit für Comfort erwartet.

Sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit großem Wellnessbereich, der jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist (allerdings sehr sauber) Sehr zuvorkommendes und kompetentes Personal. Weder das Abend-, noch das Frühstücksbüffee ließ Wünsche offen!

Erholung pur, einen Aufenthalt wert!

Hübsch renoviertes Hotel direkt beim Lift und den Pisten am Rande von Maribor.
Thermen bereich älter aber tadellos, viele Unterwassermasagen und Whirlpools, angenehme Wassertemperatur. Im Sommer kann auch das Aussenpool benutzt werden.
Der Sauna- und Fitnessbereich sowie SPA und Wellness lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Die neu hergerichteten Zimmer sind 1A.
Frühstücksbuffet, im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen, ist umfangreich für jeden Geschmack ausgerichtet und entspricht allen Wünschen, ebenso das Abendbuffet mit großer Auswahl an slowenischen und internationalen warmen und kalten Speisen.
Ich bin viel in Europa sowohl beruchflich wie auch privat herumgekommen, aber so ein perfektes Personal, angefangen von der Rezeption, über die Hotelboys, den Putzfrauen, den Personen im Wellness und SPA Bereich, sowie in der Küche und dem Restaurant und an der Bar habe ich auch in 1A Hotelketten nicht gesehen.
Alles in allem ein sehr tolles Hotel das ich nur weiterempfehlen kann, das Preisleistungsverhältniss kann sich sehen lassen.

Super relax

V tomto hotelu jsme byli již podruhé. Po dlouhé jízdě je místní bazén a wellnes zóna skvělý relax. Stihli jsme ještě výlet lanovkou na Pohorje, odkud je krásný výhled. Pokoj prostorný, pohodlné postele, vana a balkon s pěkným výhledem. Snídaně bohatá a chutná. Jistě se sem opět vrátíme.

Leider war das Außenpool noch nicht offen, somit mussten wir immer rein gehen zum schwimmen. Aber es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen garantiert wieder.

На 5 * совершенно не тянет.Явно устаревший отель,мебель и номера старые.Плохо убирают номера..плюс отеля : наличие бассейна,небольшая вечерняя программа для детей, рядом подъемник.

Decisamente wow! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.”

Ho soggiornato 2 giorni con la mia famiglia quest'estate. La scelta è ricaduta su questo hotel per la presenza di un centro benessere con piscine coperte e scoperte e un prezzo strepitoso, visto il 5*. Non nuovissimo ma ben tenuto. Servizio del personale perfetto, posteggiatore all'ingresso compreso. Disponibilissimi ad aiutarmi ai pasti della mia bimba di 8 mesi. Camera molto grande e confortevole con salottino, cabina armadio e bagno ben sopra la media (circa una 50ina di mq standard). 10€ al giorno in più per il lettino baby in camera. Perfette e ben tenute le piscine con baby sitter per i più grandicelli. Nessun problema per l'accesso con la mia piccolina (con apposito pannolino). Le camere sono dotate di accappatoio e ciabattine con cui recarsi direttamente dalle camere alle piscine. Kit igienici di cortesia molto completi. All'arrivo ho chiesto l'upgrade per una mezza pensione con 20 €/persona in più al giorno senza problemi per una cena e colazione sempre a buffet. Buona qualità e varia nella scelta, non forse a livelli di un 5*. C'è però un altro ristorante alla carta in cui non ho mangiato, dove forse il livello è superiore.

Cet établissement dispose d'équipements thermaux très étendus (bassins intérieurs et extérieurs). Le personnel est très professionnel et très courtois. Le restaurant mérité également le détour avec sa formule buffet...

L'ensemble (hôtel & spa) est trop gros et aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf.
Malgré tout sûrement un des meilleurs hôtel de Maribor... Qui ne mérite pas le détour.

Le Spa est extraordinaire.

La chambre était très confortable. L'accès à la voiture était facile. Plusieurs restaurants autour de l'hôtel. Notre séjour a été très agréable. Les déjeuners étaient très bien. Nous avons dîner seulement qu'un soir à l'hôtel et c'était bien.
