About a 3 min drive to the ski slopes, this hotel location was perfect for my family and my dog. The only downside was they had some of the itchiest bed sheets in the entire universe. I was up all night due to the discomfort, definitely bring your own blankets.

It’s a family friendly hotel but most guests were not watching their children or respecting curfews/noise ordinances. We had to call the front desk because a family was stomping and jumping on the fourth floor above us. The staff at the best that they could to help remedy the situation, but unfortunately it went on most of the evening into the early morning so just be advised it is a good family hotel. We’d probably would consider staying there again but would ask for the fourth floor, so nobody was above us.

The hotel is clean and the location is great, but our experience was honestly very frustrating. At night, the AC would turn on every 30-40 minutes even though we turned the thermostat off. The noise was so loud it felt like having a motorcycle in the room, and we couldn’t sleep either night.
What made it worse was the response from the Front Desk and management. They basically told us there was nothing they could do and that all rooms were the same. There was no maintenance available at night to even take a look at the AC.

I felt the advertisement of an on-site restaurant was misleading. There is a fast-food burger joint that shares a wall with the hotel and will deliver to food to the hotel, but otherwise one is left to eat out or order via DoorDash. Additionally, this burger joint does not specialize in any sort of Asian cuisine as advertised; it’s burgers.
Breakfast was decent but could benefit from real eggs rather than powdered eggs.
Additionally, there is a fair amount of artificial room fragrance used upon entering the facility, which is offensive to those who are sensitive to artificial fragrance.

The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, we were surprised to learn that even a disabled veteran is charged $15 a night for parking. We were there five nights but received room service only one of the five nights also, the swimming pool has a ring of grime around it and needs to be cleaned. The Jacuzzi was very nice and the room was nice as well but could use some improvement with Service. The location was excellent with access to all of Lake Tahoe’s resources.

Front desk staffs are unfriendly. The hotel walls are very thin, so you can hear noise from neighboring rooms, including footsteps from the floor above and clear conversations through the door. The AC unit is quite loud, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom door doesn’t close properly, so if you value privacy, sharing a room may be uncomfortable.

My favorite place to stay in Tahoe so far. The staff is friendly, the free breakfast is great, rooms are clean, and the location is perfect. It's a quick walk to Heavenly Village. We would definitely stay here again.

The cost was doubled because of a pro golf tournament that was never mentioned at time of booking. The power went out for 1 full day they have no backup generators. Not one time did they come to clean our room in the 5 days we stayed. We were unable to shower after being at the gym getting sweaty due to no hot water during outage. Our first time in Lake Tahoe and it was hampered by this experience wasting one of our precious vacation days.
