This is a new hotel with luxury feeling and atmosphere. The lobby is huge and bright. The room is very comfortable with nice view. The check in and check out process are very quick and smoothly. Overall this is a hotel worth the money I spent.

Right opposite baseball field and close to the local commuter train station. Room was clean and spacious and the best bufet breakfast in terms of options during our stay in Taiwan. However, we noticed our room did not have hand towels and kettle, tea and coffee. On informing reception, they quickly resolved the issue with an apology.

入住房間就發現地板有使用過的醫療棉球，而且是在極為明顯的地方，當下撥打給櫃檯請他協助處理換房，用了今天客滿的理由來搪塞，後面才說請房務過來處理，房務進房外出鞋沒脫直接踏進房內不說，醫療棉球也直接徒手撿起，一點衛生觀念都沒有，全程沒有收到飯店方的任何致歉，連房間都是我們強烈要求下才更換的。
隔天早上用早餐的時候，請了服務人員準備兒童座椅，對方當著我的面先拿給後面剛進來的媽媽，跟我說對方小孩比較小，大家都是媽媽我可以體諒，問題是我先提出我的需求耶！！！然後走了一圈再回來跟我說目前兒童座椅都有人使用無法提供，用餐過程也一直被打斷詢問是否能收拾，但我還在用該盤餐點欸，如果這麼趕著下班要不要每房都提供固定餐點，使用拋棄式餐具就不會耽誤你們下班時間

I think this is one of the presentable hotel in Douliu area. The hotel location is not great if you do not have a car. it is just beside the baseball stadium. Nothing much to do. Room was ok. When we check in the room, it was not ready and we need to wait. At that time is about 2pm afternoon. Hotel offer new parking but if you return late to the hotel, the parking space is limited. I didn't take the breakfast as I was told that breakfast was 6 to 10:30am. But when I went there around 9:50am, the staff already start keeping the food. So end up didn't take any breakfast. Overall, just a average hotel but I guess is the best around this area.

hotel room was amazing, the decor was very interesting. room layout was odd with the bathroom at the window end of the room but with the sliding doors it did not impede the light. Breakfast room was stunning but too large and open to be comfortable. Staff were all very good. It was a business trip so area was convenient but there is nothing to see in this area so transport is vital.

1.要準備入住時，房門沒有關，心想怎麼可能有飯店先開好門等你，結果更本是門壞了，房務再處理時不知道門壞了嗎？叫工務等了十幾分鐘沒來，是路過的房務協助處理的。
