We had booked many many rooms due to it being my daughter‘s wedding. We were dismayed to find out that the Pool closed at 10ish goo and the fire pit went out at 11 or 1130 the first night and the second night. It wasn’t even on which was the night after the wedding and we would’ve liked to have sat around the fire.

A gem in the beautiful town of Rockport, MA. Spent two nights here with family for a family celebration. We could walk everywhere and accommodations were excellent. Highly recommend.

The room rate was affordable so you get what you pay for. The rooms are dated and in need of a complete refurbishing. The room had a musty odor as soon as you walked in. There is ample parking and All the rooms face a parking lot so there are no views at all. It is a good 20 minute walk to town and not all of the streets have sidewalks.

The breakfast menu had many options like bagels, cereal, fruit, danishes, and more. They had juices, coffee, tea, and water. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of towels without having to ask for extra. They provide a mini-refrigerator, microwave, single-serve coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and more. The pool area was clean, and the pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. There is plenty of parking, and the Inn is secure. The Rockport Inn and Suites is just minutes away from the ocean and from Rockport's shopping areas that include candy shops, clothing shops, jewelry shops, and places to eat. This is the second time I have stayed at this Inn, and I would highly recommend this facility.

Did a 1 night stay with my partner in the off season. All the staff were very chill and friendly, the room we were in was nice- pretty basic, but clean and safe. And the room amenities (shampoo, soap, lotion, coffee+tea, etc.) were also nice. The continental breakfast was pretty average, no hot breakfast items besides the coffee/tea provided, but we’re not picky so it worked for us.

Stayed here with my kid’s sports team for a tournament in Gloucester. Our room was great. Lots of space. The team used the pool. We had food delivered from a local pizza shop. I felt safe with the kids walking around to each other’s rooms in the evening/night. I was locked out of my room late at night and having someone working the front desk at that hour proved to be super helpful. He was able to get me back into my room quickly. I’d stay here again. The price was very reasonable for the area.

This Hotel was clean but the listing was very misleading! They are NOT located on the water as the photos would suggest in fact they are about 2 miles from Bearskin Neck.

We dealt with three different staff members. We were a half hour early for check in but there were only a handful of people staying there being the off season. The woman who would eventually check us in was sitting in the breakfast area on her tablet. She could plainly see me standing at the front desk, but scrolled on her tablet for several more minutes before coming over to check us in. The vibe was cold. The heater didn't work the 2nd night of our stay . It was 9PM at night and they offered to move us next door, after moving everything next door, that eater was way too loud to sleep next to. We ended up driving 2 hours home that night to RI. Was not able to get a refund on the lost night . Nice location but would not stay there again .
