The Cosmopolitan's location is perfect - restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets, mini marts, spa/massage, metro/tram are within its surrounding area. It is close to the Palladium Shopping Mall which has a lot of shopping choices and a food court with diverse cuisines. For shoppers who can avail of the tax free in Prague, the Information booth can assist with that. The tram is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, in front of the Palladium. Tram 15 will take you to the St Charles Bridge and Our Lady Victorious Church where the Infant Jesus of Prague is housed. Tram 6 will take you to the Wenceslas Square. These sights are walkable but the tram is good for those with walking limitations. The astronomical clock is 10-15 minutes away for the brisk walker. It will be remiss of me if I will not give a \"shout out\" to the AWESOME BREAKFAST CREW whose team work is so evident in attending to the guests' needs. The front desk also was always readily available for anything else we needed for our stay. And the daily housekeeping - Fantastic! Definitely will be staying in this hotel on my return to Prague and will surely recommend it to family and friends.

Location was great close to old town, shopping and numerous restaurants.Hotel breakfast was very good and convenient. Only bad experience was with the wheelchair that we needed to borrow as one of party members had a health issue come up during our 4 night stay.While the hotel had a wheelchair to use they didn’t have the footrests that go to the wheelchair. Using the wheelchair over cobblestone streets having to hold your feet up off the ground the whole time was physically trying for a 78 year old person who was already having issues. We mentioned it to the night front desk person upon returning from dinner because we wanted to use the wheelchair the next day, but he wasn’t very helpful or concerned about it, although we mentioned that we wanted to use it the next day. Sure enough when we checked the next morning nothing had been done to try and locate the footrests. Morning person said they had to wait for the valet person to come and check. After having breakfast still nothing had been done so our cousin spent the day in the hotel room.Arrangements for our airport transfer were excellent. The rooms were nice, slight issue with the tub/shower set up as the top of the tub is rather high to step into and out of and there are no hold bars to help you. The wheelchair accommodation was the only disappointment our group of 9 travelers had.

Our stay was disappointing due to a significant issue with our room upgrade. We were told an upgrade would be provided but it was never honored. Beyond this service failure, the rooms themselves are small and noticeably dated. The carpets show their age, and the bed was clearly past its prime. On a positive note, the hotel's location is excellent, it's a calm and quiet area, only a quick 10 minute walk to the old town center.
