The hotel is located in an isolated area and not easily accessible. The closest bus station is more than an hour walk.
The light in the bathroom wasn't working.
There were also no varieties for the paid breakfast. It was a total waste of money.

No check in

They had our room reservation but refused to allow my daughter to check in after her flight from the USA. They claimed they couldn't charge my credit card and she had to pay 180 euro in cash at the front desk in order to stay. The desk lady only spoke Polish so I had an interpreter call to see what the issue was. They claimed they tried to contact me about the payment but I got no emails or phone calls from them. My daughter ended up going to another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel unless you speak Polish, seriously, unless you have a Polish interpreter handy. This hotel is near the Brandenburg \"International\" airport so shouldn't be a stretch to have someone there speak English.

The property is far away from Berlin. I would not stay there again. The room was listed with air-conditioning, but the lady charged us additional 7 euro for it. It is not about the money, but should be listed as the option and have a price. Otherwise it is a hidden fee.

1-you must have car to go there, no bus, no known, even taxi and bus drivers don't know it.
2-there is no any stors, restaurant, grocery...for kms,
3- She is running a restaurant too, but, closing at 8pm
4-by taxi, 35-45 EU.
5- very quiet
6-For that much money...!!!
7-but she help as much as she can.

The hotel is in suburban area, very difficult to reach using public transportation. 30 mins walk to the nearest bus station.

I arrived at 9pm using taxi, suppose to be 20 mins from air port, but hard to find...taxi along cost the same as one night stay. Food bar closed at 8pm, and no nearby restaurant,dark outside. I m glad i reduced 1lb or twoweightby skipping dinner.

This was the Germany I was looking for!

What an amazing experience place to stay...Yes, it's a little out of the way, but it huge on old Germany/Austrian hospitality, all meals are local produce and most made on premises, cheese, cream, everything on the menu is produce by your host or locals, nothing out of a can...meals are delicious!
Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, bathroom was spotless, the TV was huge and looked brand new, aircon was charge extra, but hey it's of little cost and worth it.
The huge backyard was a magical forest type play area for the kids...or a beautiful shady spot to enjoy a couple of very cold fine German bottles of beer.
I got to say the hotel was one of the best I have stayed in since I started touring German...what it has is a real down to earth friendliness and I went away thinking I had been warmly welcomed into my host's home....For a real German stay, this is the place to book in.

Hotel management email sent whilst we were on plane to Berlin and read on arrival at 2130 hours that our room would only be held till 1800 hrs. Unable to get access into hotel at 2230hrs we gave up. Hotel still charged us for non show. Very disappointed with attitude and response from Hotel management regarding our situation and no refund forthcoming.

Beautiful German Hideaway

We only stayed for one night, but I wish we could have stayed several. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was wonderful. It was in a beautiful area surrounded by the woods. I hope to come here again.

Back to the Future !

Traditional Hotel, no food after 7pm leaving you with a dive to nearest restaurant. Lady who served us was very nice and helpful. Room was very much 70,s bling.

Sick of plastic large chain hotels ... try this. No, it hasn't got a nightclub or flash furniture or even a huge bath. But it is located in quiet, rural Germany with easy access to the highway and windows that open for the fresh air. And food! Jammed full of fresh, homemade produce and cooking from Poland, Germany and Austria, a food lover's paradise.

Get there soon .... before it is too late.

Remote, clean, friendly place with character

The hotel is rustic but also very clean and well-kept with a lot of character. The rooms are cosy and unique and I enjoyed my stay here. The WIFI was very good and the breakfast was equally so. I had a balcony looking out towards the woods and it was lovely and peaceful at night. I visited in winter and there is an attractive beer garden out the back which would be nice when it is warmer. The owner is also very friendly. The location is remote and there is nothing nearby. There is a town 2km away which has restaurants, bars and a supermarket. A very enjoyable stay.

Short familystay for visit of tropical islands

Nice little Hotel with very friendly staff. Perfect for a couple nights to relax with the family. Perfect hotel for visitors of tropical islands.For longer visits a little too far away from the city and sights. Older decoration and furniture, but very clean and need. Superb breakfast and nice flatscreen TV. We will definetely be back next year.

Perfect for Tropical Islands stay

We've stayed in double room, very clean and comfy with huge TV,it's in the middle of nowhere so it's quiet. very friendly lady at reception speaks German, Polish and some English, she recommended very nice Vietnamese restaurant few miles from the hotel - perfect choice for dinner, it was a bit cold in the room at night but loads of blankets so we've managed. we were allowed late breakfast and checkout after new years so all together very happy with the hotel.

Waldschlösschen Hotel - great stay to see Berlin

On a recent family tourist visit to Berlin, my family and I stayed in this quiet hotel 20 minutes outside the city. It was quaint, charming and quiet - wonderful after a hectic day in Berlin! Nice propieter who has great recommendations for nearby restaurants and sites to visit.

Die Beschreibungen entsprach keinesfalls der Realität, das Navi führte uns in ein Niemandsland,nach Rückruf im Hotel fanden wir es an einer stark befahrenen Straße,das Restaurant und die Winothek schien es garnicht mehr zu geben, auf dem Waschtisch im Bad klebten gelbe Spritzer, nach Erwartung eines romantischen kleinen Hotels mit gemütlichem Restaurant war es leider ein Enttäuschung

Unterkunft ok, Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen, wegen Abendbrot mussten wir weit fahren da die Hotelgaststâtte nicht auf hatte wahrscheinlich wegen Corona. Ganz hoch ist der Hotelchefin anzurechnen das sie mit dem Preis ein ganzes Stück runter ging, da wir nur zu zweit waren und eine kleine Wohnung hatten für mindestens fünf Leute. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und Recht gut eingedeckt.

Wir hatten eine spätere Anreise und alles wurde unkompliziert geregelt! Schönes geräumiges Zimmer, selbst mit Aufbettung. Das Bad im Verhältnis etwas klein und eng, außerdem zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für Waschtasche o.ä.
Ein ganz großes Plus ist das reichhaltige und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück, welches wir in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie noch nie erlebt haben! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Ein kleines, uriges Hotel am Waldrand. Wer es verspielt und tw antik mag, ist begeistert. Wer ein klassisches Hotel mit Wellness und Fitnessraum erwartet, ist hier vollkommen falsch. Wer gerne wandern geht, kann gleich nebenan losgehen. Unglaublich nette Besitzerin, die das Haus mit der Schwester führt. Ich war 1 Ü ganz allein im Haus, was für ein Vertrauen. Sogar Helmut Kohl war in den 90ern hier, Foto in der Rezeption. Die Damen erneuern nach und nach die Zimmer, was ich gut finde. Frühstück war klasse, viel Selbstgemachtes. Alles in allem eine günstige Unterkunft in der Nähe der Hauptstadt ohne größere Ansprüche.

Hotel liegt direkt an einer Straße mit wenig Verkehr. Reichlich Parkplätze vorhanden (teilweise nachts beleuchtet). Doppelzimmer nur zur Straße. Vielfältiges Frühstück auch mit selbstgemachten Salaten. Restaurant hat nicht immer geöffnet. Empfang zuvorkommend. Reparatur schnell erledigt. Zimmerreinigung eher mangelhaft (nie staubgesaugt, selten Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt, Abfall vom Vorgänger). Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Potsdam, Berlin und Spreewald. Viel Wald in der Umgegend, viele Wanderwege - etliche Fahrradwege separat zur Straße. Obwohl nahe des Flughafens Schönefeld, kaum Lärmbelastung.

Lejligheden er stor og rummelig, ældre og trænger til småreparationer og hovedrengøring, meget autentisk, meget langt ude på landet. Forvent ingen betjening på stedet efter kl 20. Velegnet til at overnatte og rejse videre. WIFI fungerer.

Sehr individuelles Hotel im Süden Berlins. Meine Suite war auf jeden Fall etwas besonderes. Mit dem riesigen Himmelbett und dem Badewannen Whirlpool wirklich toll. Internet war vernünftig schnell, Zimmer war sehr sauber und mit einem kleinen zwischenraum von der Hotelzimmer Tür getrennt. Beim Frühstück gab es viele selbst gemachte Sachen und auch Wurst aus eigener Räucherrung. Für den Preis mehr als zu empfehlen wenn man in der Gegend zu tun hat. Gerne wieder!

Die Zimmer sind ganz nett, mit \"besonderem historischem Charme\". Zimmer soweit sauber und ordentlich, nettes Personal. Zum \"nur schlafen\" in Ordnung. Das Frühstück hingegen ist eine Katastrophe. Aufbackbrötchen, Sachen sehen nicht wirklich frisch aus, auch wenn auf allem \"hausgemacht\" drauf steht. Haben wir für den Preis schon deutlich besser gehabt.

Am zweiten Tag kein Toilettenpapier. Permanenter Abwassergeruch. Am zweiten Tag keine Handtücher. Alle Nachttischlampen defekt. Spiegel verschmutzt. Für ein Dreibettzimmer für 2 Nächte 300,- € bezahlt. Nie wieder!!!

Waldschlösschen kan vi anbefale

Opholdet I den 3-værelses lejlighed var dejligt og uproblematisk. Der blev serveret en skøn morgenmad med mange hjemmelavede specialiteter. Betjeningen var meget venlig og rådgivningen om spisesteder I omegnen var god. Der var kaffe og te I lejlighedens køkken. En af enkeltsengene på værelserne var en elevationsseng.

Negativerlebnis

Wir reisten mit unseren Enkeln und kamen erst 19,30 Uhr an. Die Küche im Hotel war schon geschlossen,man gab uns aber Hinweise zu Gaststätten.
Nach dem Essen kamen wir wieder im Hotel an. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 3 Zimmern. Als wir uns genauer umgesehen hatten, stellten wir fest,daß das Zimmer alles andere als sauber war. Haare und Flecken auf dem Bettuch,die Überzüge voller Fussel,vor dem Bett Vorleger die schon lange nicht gereinigt waren,Dreck am Bettgestell und an den Schränken ,in den Schränken undefinierbare Dinge,Papierkorb nicht geleert usw.usw.Da wir selbst Ferienwohnungen vermieten haben wir eine Einschätzung zu diesen Dingen.Da wir zu Tropical Island wollten hatten wir zum Glück genügend Badetücher dabei,die wir auf die Betttücher legten und uns zudeckten.
Wir waren schon in der ganzen Welt,aber so etwas ist uns noch nirgens passiert. Wir reisten am nächsten Morgen ohne Frühstück ab,obwohl wir 2 Tage gebucht hatten.Wir zahlten auch nur 2/3 des Preises.
Vielleicht sind andere Zimmer besser in Ordnung aber das Apartment ist absolutes no go.Vorsicht mit diesem übrigens polnisch geführten Hotel.
Für uns nie mehr.

für einen Geschäftsreisenden mit einer Übernachtung in Ordnung. liegt allerdings \"einsam\". ist eher etwas für ein Familienwochenende, da innenliegende Erholungsfläche.
