However their billing system needs upgrading.

Hotel was clean. Restaurant was good. TV did not work. They came and had a look didn’t do much and said couldn’t help. So no tv to watch play off hockey. The internet box they switched buttons didn’t work. Tried to call downstairs three times and no one picked up even after ringing for 15 minutes. Next morning no hot water to shower. Had to wash with hand cloth with cold water from the sink. Told counter person in the morning when checking out and told me they were going to get the manager to call me back and never did. Very bad for business. I spend half my time on the road in hotels and this is about the worst I ever had. Too bad because it’s a nice hotel. Bad customer service.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! COLD SHOWERS AND TERRIBLE SERVICE, they will keep your $150 security deposit and accuse you of taking linens. Checked in late at night with my two kids after travelling all day. Once we were settled I noticed there was no bath mat and only two towels. Front desk was unable to help since it was late and I couldn’t leave the kids alone in the room so we made due. In room our room hot water was cold, cold was hot so to get warm water the water pressure was abysmal but the staff seemed nice and it was clean enough for a few hours sleep. A few days after checkout I noticed that the $150 security deposit was still on my card. Call twice, once was told it’s a hold and will be released in a few days but when it was still there a week later I called again being left on hold for almost an hour until I had to hang up, emailed without response and called back today to be told the deposit was kept because a towel and bathmat were missing, he repeatedly said he’s not making accusations but he personally inspects each room everyday, highly doubt it. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he offered his email and when I said I wasn’t happy with that he told me I was going to be put on hold and can get his email from front desk staff but that it was my only option and put me on hold. While the check in/out staff seemed nice if you have a problem it’s an absolute nightmare. Stay literally anywhere else, nothing about this place is worthy of what they charge.

A plumbing problem limit the hot water for 50% of the customers. This was known by the hotel but they never advised us at the registration. We were part of the 50% customers who took a cold shower for the same price and no compensation except they offer us to book at another hotel. Easter weekend in a city with limited offer, we were trap.

The gym needs some new equipment, the only tresdmill and elliptique machine where not functionnal. The exercise bike was not great. The key cards don’t work to open some of the outdoor doors. It’s annoying of you have to being in lots of stuff and you are parked at the end of the hotel. This has been like this for over a year.

I was refused to Check-in because I had a dog. And they still took my payment anyway. I asked for a refund and they told me no. Only certain rooms allow dogs. There was no option to book those rooms. I had no idea the room I booked was no pets allowed.

Gym was the worst hotel gym I have even seen. One functioning piece of cardio equipment, if you could call it that. A bike form the 90s. Treadmill would no turn in, unsafe spin bike, and a stepper that would randomly turn off while you where using it. The mirrors were cracked and broken. There as a spill of some sorts for 3 days under a mat. Old food in the garbages for days. No supplies to clean equipment after use. Every single morning there was no hot water in the shower.

La diffusion télé. La télé buggait. J'ai appelé la compagnie 2 fois. La compagnie m'a rappelé parce qu'elle n'arrivait pas rejoindre la réception pour faire changer la boite de transmission. On a du nous même aller à la réception pour demander le changement. Par chance, le jeune homme a été bien gentil de venir faire le changement. Pas de télé à l'hôtel, au prix payé, c'est inninacceptable ! !

This property was incredible!!!! A fabulous place if you are travelling with pets as there is SO much green space for bathroom breaks.
The bed, the pillows, the towels, ALL top quality. I did not use the restaurant so I can’t speak for the food but it sure smelled great.
This place is on the outside of town so you do need to drive to access shopping, etc. but this makes it feel like it is still rural.

J’ai dit dans ma réservation que nous serions 4. À l’arrivée il y avait seulement 2 sets de serviette. J’ai demandé d’apporter le reste et de préparer le divan lit: couvertures, oreiller…
Au retour en soirée, aucune serviette n’a été ajouté et le divan lit a été ouvert mais seulement un drap contour et un drap plat a été installé!
J’ai dû aller chercher les serviettes manquantes, une oreiller et couvertures. On m’a donné seulement une petite couverture de laine car il n’y en avait aucune autre. Ma fille a eu froid la nuit, une chance que j’avais un sac de couchage dans mes bagages que j’ai pu utiliser.
Le lavabo de la salle de bain n’avait pas de bouchon et était lent à s’écouler. L’eau stagnait.
Le ventilateur de la salle de bain fait du bruit mais n’aspire pas l’humidité. De plus il est plein de poussière apparente. Avec la douche le miroir devient plein d’humidité et il faut ouvrir la porte pour que l’humidité soit chassé. La chambre est très humide et c’est inconfortable dans les draps. Les matelas sont très durs.
Il y a un frigo mais, les aliments ressortent partiellement congelés (trop froid). La machine à faire de la glace au 1e étage ne fonctionne pas. J’ai loué la chambre pour plus qu’une journée alors le lendemain j’ai mis l’affiche sur la porte de faire la chambre. Personnes n’a fait le changement des serviettes, j’ai dû aller à la réception… Le tapis était très sale les bas blanc sont devenus gris. L’hôtel est mal coté et devrait être un 3 étoile sur 5 max

Air conditioning system in room, machine below the window not wanting to function. When finally go it started after many attempts, it wouldn’t stop and air was blowing like you were sleeping in a wind tunnel. Didn’t happen to have a functional thermostat in that machine working properly. Had a mind of it’s own. Would not start or stop automatically by itself. The rooms used to have controlled heating and air conditioning systems before manually controlled with a wall thermostat closecto the entrance. This has all been removed and changed to a wall machine under the main window. Know reason why they did this. Spent a quite unpleasant night.
