bathtub spout dripped all night, TV was difficult to navigate with 2 different control units, wifi pass code would not activate, lack of snow removal made it difficult to enter room from parking lot, breakfast at 9am was almost all gone and what was left was cold,(eggs, home fry potatoes and ham slices, when outside wall unit for heater/cooler shuts off, ice cold air from outside rushes in as if no insulation or seals. We have no intention of returning to this facility

The breakfast was the highlight of my stay. The rest of it was bad. The room was smelly, the bed uncomfortable and the fridge didn't keep the food cold. Unfortunately the ice machine was out of order so plan b was out the door. Now I don't know if it was just luck of the draw but the clientele made me double check the locks on the door.

There was a power outage on the night we were staying there, likely due to the construction on the building. We had been warned that there would be *no water* on the day of our check-out, but no warning about complete lack of power. Thus, there was no \"breakfast\" the next morning, and our fridge didn't work to keep my medication cold (not to mention the TV, lights, etc. etc.). We couldn't even charge our phones. There was no explanation and no refund. Extremely poor hotel experience, and virtually zero customer service.

Didn’t like the fact that we had no air conditioning during this stay. Liked that the manager when advised offered us a credit for our troubles.
Today we left for the day and upon returning, we found that our room had not been cleaned, no towels left for us etc… When I went to the front desk to complain, the young lady advised me that they had a lot of checkouts today and she probably never got around to it before she left work. Not my problem! So I asked will you leave a message for me to the manager. She asked what I wanted to say ???? I said how about we received no room services today for a start. They did end up giving us some clean towels for me to take to my room. Will never stay here again. T. W. Ontario

Disappointed as a senior that the bathroom is not equip with handles to get in & out of shower. Racks broken in bathroom. Had to stay upstairs (no elevator). No rooms in main floor with two beds. I would have left if it wasn’t already paid for. Only bright moment is when a cleaning staff assisted with luggage in the stars

But it turns out that it only has 1 queen bed.
The receptionist said no more rooms.

A l’arrivée on eu une chambre 2 lits queen comme on avait demandé. Cependant la tapisserie était décollée sur environ 28 pouces et on pouvait voir qu’en dessous il y avait des champignons. Le côté d’un des lits était sale p. On aurait dit qu’il y avait eu de la vomissure qui avait mal été nettoyée. Dans l’autre lit il y avait des cheveux. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre et on nous en a donné une autre avec des lits doubles car semble il il n’y en avait pas avec lits queen. Dans cette chambre le frigo faisait un bruit de silement assez derangeant. Coucher 3 personnes dans un lit double c’est assez difficile. Ma petite fille de 10 ans bouge beaucoup et comme le lit n’est pas large elle est tombée du lit en pleine face. Que dire du couvre plancher. Du tapis qui n’a pas l’air d’avoir été nettoye. Après une nuit nous étions decourages et il nous restait encore 2 nuits. Nous étions 4 mon mari qui a 81 ans moi 71 ans mon fils et ma petite fille. Nous sommes retournés à la réception pour leur dire notre insatisfaction. C’était une autre réceptionniste et nous a dit qu’elle trouverait une autre chambre cet nous a demandé de lui laisser le temps. Au prix que nous avons payé 850$ pour 3 nuits c’est excessivement cher pour ce que nous avons eus. Elle nous a trouvé une autre chambre du même côté que la première que nous avions eus. Mon fils et mon mari sont allés vérifier la chambre avec la dame et mon gils à tout de suite vu un très gros champignon dans un coin de plafond

We had ants in our room on the side table and floor and I requested another room and I was told there was none available, I told them I am not sleeping in an ant infested room so the guy gave me a room with one bed and I had my son n nephew with me. It had a small sofa so that’s where my nephew slept.

Washroom lightbulb burnt, called front desk, no effort to change it, had no lights for 3 days in the washroom, used my own flashlight to see. Asked front desk if they can reactivate my key card, she told me she couldn’t, I said “I was able to use my key yesterday”. She says “it won’t work, that room is condemn” then I asked her “then why did you put me there”. She says “had no choice”. I won’t be staying there again.

Was blood and urine on the toilet seat and bowl, I asked to change room and they said no we will have to wait in the lobby for the cleaner to clean it up. Had to ask for a different room again because I was not waiting around in the lobby late at night and tired. Finally they gave us an another room that the manager inspected personally, the toilet had poop stains and there was hair on the floor and bath/shower. Was not asking for another room and just went to bed.
Never going to this hotel again.
Not to mention the cards for the room keys never worked in neither room we got I had to ask the manager to unlock my room door everytime.

Not what I expect of reputable chain hotel

Huge disappointment.... The electronc card keys did not work at all. The only solution was for the front desk attendant to let us into our room each time we needed in our room....Though there were very few other cars in the lot there were apparently no other clean rooms available to move us to.
Then I find out 3 days after checking out that the $100 deposit for incidentals was actually processed as a transaction on my credit card. When I phone to ask about it I'm told it will be refunded in 5-10 days!!!!! No other hotel I've ever stayed in has processed the deposit when not required.

Terrible customer service. I stood for 25 minutes waiting to be checked in. The receptionist was dealing with a telephone call but she could’ve at least acknowledged my presence and said she would be with me in a few minutes. Couldn’t park by the room patio door because there was a big truck taking up 6 parking spots.
