A stunning building with unique rooms - the conversion of a tobacco drying warehouse that has been tastefully decorated - each room/apartment was different - mine had high vaulted ceilings with a skylight. The location is perfect and the breakfast was delicious, but the biggest standout was the super friendly and helpful staff.

Just the ceilings make this place worth it!

Amazing staff, amazing service. Beautiful, unique place. Clean, comfortable, cozy.

The only caution I have is the rooms are not soundproof, much too much noise from the hallway is audible in the rooms, very unpleasant.

I love tobacco suites and will stay there every time I'm in southern Italy. The staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms a beautiful and the whole place is just very unique. They don't sell their story enough about it really being converted from an old tobacco factor so it's not just a theme but you have history there too. Highly recommended. My friend had to move to another local spot for few days because this was booked and she missed the fresh breakfast and warmth of the tobacco suites. The suites are amazing and fully equipped with anything you need for longer stay.

The apartment we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous. We chose the one with a terrace due to covid 19 so we were able to spend time outdoors in the sun in our own private area. The staff were really helpful and gave some of the best service we have had aboard. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
The only downside for us was the taxi ride into Brindisi was 30 euros making it difficult and expensive to organise daily.

This small, boutique type hotel, beautifully renovated building has been lovingly restored. The rooms were unique, well equipped and very very clean! The staff were excellent and very accommodating especially Sabrina. Breakfast was generous and appetising. Mesagne is brilliantly placed for visiting the region and the old town of Mesagne itself was well worth visiting with wonderful restaurants and bars. A fabulous stay which we would highly recommend.

this was a great pick. I loved this hotel and so did my family. the staff was great and friendly. the parking was quick - Italian style right outside the hotel on the side. the room was amazing. it was a wow. would return and recommend it to anyone going there. breakfast was good - trying to have variety. free water was in the room daily - that was a nice touch. the smell in the hallway was pretty. the room was so comfortable with a kitchenette and sofa with tv. it felt like a condo. stay here if you are in mesagne, you will love it. thanks Sabrina for being so nice too.

Great stay

The hotel is as shown in picture, clean and spacious. The location is 5 mins walking distance to the old town for dinner/park. Very quiet and the parking is very convenient- directly in front of hotel. The breakfast is very limited as it is a small B&B, but the service is great! I wish I could stay longer in the same hotel longer.

The apartment was phenomenal, so much so that I would have been quite happy to live in an apartment of that quality myself as my main residence.
Decor was great, loved the history of the building and that it was sufficiently self contained should you wish to do your own cooking.

The owners were very helpful. They had e-mailed us in advance to ask about arrival time because reception is not manned all the time. We expected to arrive about 22.30 but the flight was delayed by 1 hour. We rang from the airport and they arranged to meet us at a central location and take us to the hotel. Despite the late hour, we were given a welcome drink. The breakfast staff were also very friendly and helpful so we would definitely return for a longer stay.

We stopped here because of a last minute change of plans due to the rubbish weather in Portugal!
It was everything and more than we expected! Beautiful rooms, we stayed in an apartment with a terrace... It was amazing. HUGE!!! The staff were so lovely - In fact all of the locals that we met were so very kind. We had our 6 month old son with us - He was a big hit and got lots of attention!
Breakfast on a morning was very nice too! Lots of lovely cakes and pastries, i don't think my waist line agreed though. Overall a fantastic stay - Would definitely recommended it to anyone and everyone looking for a relaxing piece of REAL Italy.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment after arriving at Brindisi airport. It must be the one of the most impressive and clean apartments I have ever stayed in. It used to be a tobacco warehouse/factory and it is very spacious. The owners recommended a lovely restaurant for us to eat in in walking distance. Breakfast was delicious with a large selection of freshly baked pastrie, juices and cappuccino.

Sono stato nel settembre del 2023 atterrando a Brindisi cercavo un hotel comodo dall’aeroporto arrivando la sera tardi e comodo per fare escursioni in zona .La scelta è stata azzeccata mi hanno anche organizzato il transfert dall’aeroporto .Il personale molto professionale e cordiale …. Sabrina Silvia Federica Stefania Patrizia Marti gestiscono in modo impeccabile questa meravigliosa struttura a 2 passi dal centro di Mesagne(cittadina stupenda)in una via molto tranquilla ….anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ineguagliabile …lo consiglio vivamente e saluto con un bel ricordo tutto il personale se leggeranno questa mia recensione ….ah dimenticavo la colazione SUPER ….Consigliatissimo

Dejligt hoteĺ i midten af mesagne. Der er ikke rigtig noget af pege fingre af.
Morgenmaden i italien er meget kage og det var også tilfældet her.
Fin pool til de varme timer og personalet super søde. 😊

Man skal lige huske på at kirke klokkerne ringer hver søndag kl 6 og hvert kvarter til kl 8.
Og hver dag kl 6 ringer de også.
En lille smule irriterende hvis man gerne vil sove længe 😴

Vi boede 5 dage i lejligheden, som var virkelig skøn. Intet at klage over. Gode senge, roligt, rent. God plads.

Morgenmaden er dejlig. Vi skulle lige vænne os til at bestille den og få den serveret, som var vi på café, (ikke tag selv buffet, selv om ting står fremme), men vi kunne bare vælge lystigt - og i flere omgange.

Af småting kan nævnes at der lige mangler en brødkniv og skærebræt i køkkenet, men det kan man jo let overleve.
Vi var der i uge 42 - hvor poolen var åben, men virkelig kold. Så det blev kun til et dyp på 3 minutter.

Let at handle ind - der ligger bl.a.en Penny Market tæt på - og et indkøbscenter 4km og 8km væk.

Ville absolut vælge denne lejlighed igen.

Vi boede kun en nat på stedet, og vi havde valgt det pga. den korte afstand til lufthavnen, da vi skulle rejse tidligt dagen efter.
Vi blev positivt overrasket over stedet. Værelset var virkelig flot og rent. Stedet var lige ved den gamle bydel, så det var utrolig nemt at finde et sted at spise om aftenen. Nemt og bekvemt var det for os.

Eccellente.

Per noi è stata veramente una scoperta. Il paese di Mesagne candidato a città della cultura per il 2024 vive la sera tra le sue stradine illuminate ..i tavoli dei locali e il buon cibo...il castello illuminato fa da sfondo..
La struttura dove abbiamo soggiornato e' in posizione strategica ...il nostro appartamento molto pulito arredato con gusto e pulito..personale disponibile e molto gentile..da consigliare !!!
