The room was most certainly clean. It was also a decent size. No complaints there. And we were only there for a single night. However, the place is just a patchwork of bad repairs on an old property. The bathroom was not good, though everything worked. I’m just surprised, and disappointed Expedia has them on their site.

It is like an old motel that they have tried to keep up. I thought it was nostalgic! The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. I would stay there again.

We stayed here because we were attending a wedding a few miles away. The owners were nice at check in. The room did have an air freshener smell to it that was trying to hide a nasty cigarette smell but what do you expect for a cheap motel. We quick dropped our stuff and went to the wedding. After the wedding it was about midnight. The room still stunk but it was The bathroom that was disgusting. It had a very pungent vomit smell. There were stains on the heater, that could have easily been wiped off but were left there. It kinda looked like someone had missed the toilet and puked into the heater and cleaned it the best they could. That would also explain the smell. The mini shampoo and conditioner bottles look they had been in the room for years. The air conditioner was old, and I’m sure it was full of mold. To make matters worse The pillows had long black hairs on them, on both sides of the bed. Over all it was just disgusting and I will never stay there again. Lesson learned.

Property needs lots of updates and repairs. Room was clean but very basic. Bad carpenter work done everywhere. Keurig for coffee in the lobby area. Will not stay here again. Also will never suggest to others.

Stayed 3 nights in April 2026. The owner's were very accommodating to our late night arrival and throughout our stay. Hotel was easy to find. Stayed in a room with 3 beds. Plenty of room for all our stuff and ourselves, extremely clean and the beds are so comfortable. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here anytime in the area.
This hotel even still cleans your room daily! Have not seen that at any hotel since Covid.

I’ve stayed here 3x with no issues check in was pleasant and staff very helpful. . My only suggestion is to have a lock box for early check out keys. I felt bad calling the manager at 6 am to tell him I was checking out early. Other than that suggestion, I will return again with no issue.

We got in about 20 minutes before the front counter closed for the night in October. It's getting darker earlier and much colder at night. Our room was nice and toasty when we checked in and got to our room. There was an in room iron and board which was convenient. The guy at the front desk was friendly.

It was a plain room. But all I needed was to sleep there so it worked.

I didn't like the smell of the place. The lobby and room both smell of overly sprayed room spray. The mini fridge was pretty noisy. The window was open at the top and I didn't notice until the morning. I had put the air conditioner on but it didn't really cool the room, not sure if it was because the window was open.

The property & room were fine. It is not an upscale, chic establishment. Just basic, overnight lodging.

This stay was comfortable and quiet. The coffee was fresh and the linens clean.
The single room we stayed in felt like a small form room. Next time, we would get the double queen room for more space. Shower was clean and warm but very small. The hotel was full of guests and we still never heard a sound. The microwave and refrigerator was a blessing.
It is a great choice if you need to stay in the Delhi area

Clean and comfortable altho not fancy.

It’s a typical motel in upstate NY. It was clean and comfortable but not fancy. In a safe location very near Delhi village and SUNY. Good value.

Comfortable stay

Our experience was good. The room was clean, however it just has a distinct smell nothing you can’t handle and i imagine is because is an older motel. The downside to it is that there is not even muffins or donuts in the morning, only coffee and tea but the water was kind of funky looking. Other than that, the reception was pleasant and quick to get us our room.

No hot water, which they sent a text stating they have 2 rooms reserved if we wanted to shower. Beds were very uncomfortable. Woke up with the middle of the bed sunk in so bad.

Just awful

Toilet bed TV and floor were good but the place is just awful the smell was so bad I had to keep the window open all the time my nose stuffed up so bad and I had a hard time breathing One screen was missing so I could only open one window the bathroom was disgusting Sink was awful and facet just went around with no stop you had to position it a certain way to stop the water. Not cleaned very well. Furniture and bed boards were all chipped up Outside was fill weeds and garbage can was disgusting! The only reason I stayed there is everything was book and a lot of the other hotels were over $700 a night because it was hall of fame weekend!

DFO NOT GO

I pulled up with my young daughter and three men were loiteering with alcohol on the front outside the rooms. I contacted Hotels .com to cancel and the automatic report was no refund.
The owner of the Inn eventually called claiking I had not cancelled. I requested a refund given the very poor environment and the potential risk to my young daughter. he was veryn rude.

If you're staying in the area, stay here instead of the Walton Motel (20 minutes down the road. It is much cleaner and the staff is much more professional.
