Air con was the only memorable weakness of this hotel. For me it’s important to be cool when I’m sleeping, maybe more so than most. Otherwise there’s not much else that I can notably complain about. The breakfast was a solid, location is good for the business district. Maybe if you’re more of a tourist than I’d suggest closer to the castle. It’s debatable~

the room was spacious, clean (except for the upper shelf that was above my view line, and probably the maid's as well, but my husband saw it , and since it was full of dust, also cleaned it.)
the location if great. next to many cafes and restaurants, and near many bus and tram lines.
The Zloty mall is a few minutes walking distance.
The Gym is well equipped, and enables a decent training to those who want it.
The sap is very nice and I took a very relaxing massage in a reasonable price.

Such a lovely hotel. We came out of the train station and it was right in front of us. Staff were lovely and the restaurant was superb. We had a deluxe room which had everything you would expect. Very comfortable bed which we were able to lie on and look out at the wonderful city lit up at night. The palace of culture was just over the road. We will return.

Brief one night stay after a 9 hour train journey. Staff were friendly and helpful - room was great, large with great bathroom - walk-in shower and bath. Only reason for dropping a star was that the tv did not work. Staff came to look and an odd looking device was removed from behind but they could not be fixed. Having said this I will definitely choose this hotel again. Location is great for the Central station and the metro. Breakfast is also well supplied.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a lot of great history. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We had 1 breakfast and 1 lunch in the onsite restaurant, and both were delicious. It's in a great location. Easy walk to the Royal Route and Old Town Warsaw. I had a wonderful stay at the Polonia Palace Hotel. The building has a lovely charm, yet the interiors are modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. It’s clear that great care has been taken to preserve the hotel’s character while offering all the comforts of a contemporary stay. Check ahead of time if they have any events and choose room accordingly! Very nice hotel. Nice lobby and rooms. Clean. Helpful staff. My room overlooked the foyer area. That made it exceptionally quiet most nights. However one night there was an event and that night the music was unbearable. However I have to commend the staff for how they managed to problem when I rang to complain about the noise. They promptly moved me to a quieter room and didn't require me to immediately move my luggage so it was an easy transition. But if I stayed again I would ask about events before accepting my room.

This was a very nice, upscale feel type of hotel. The doorman met us outside & handled all of our luggage. Check in was a breeze. We upgraded to the city view. The room was a bit on the the small size but had everything we needed. Clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great with alot of options. Convenient location. Recommend 100%. Would stay here again!!

A very good stay.

Great Hotel, about a 5 minute walk to the beginning of the Pedestrian Areas, a big Park and Train Station right across the street, and maybe 20+ minutes walk to get right into Old Town. VERY nice Hotel, great service and amazing Breakfast. If you find a good rate as we did, BOOK IT!

Totally not worth the hotel, experience or mediocre breakfast. Hotel food overprized and totally horrible. Avoid at all cost. I stayed in this hotel due to locational md my free Expedia points. Otherwise, avoid this trap! They treat as you exist fir them, ,, ,

The staff were very helpful with questions we had. The location was very close to the train station as well as bus and tram service and walkable to old town. The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable. Our room faced the street in the third floor but we couldn’t hear noise. Breakfast had a large variety of options.
