The perfect hotel for sightseeing. Absolutely ideal location for all excursions, food, shopping etc. very clean neighbourhood and felt very safe even to a female solo traveler.
Staff at reception is super friendly and helpful.
The rooftop restaurant is an amazing bonus with its incredible Acropolis view.

This is the best location to see all of the city of Athens. Close to hop on hop off bus stop. Great restaurants near by and on the rooftop that you look straight at the Acropolis. Everyone is kind and helpful. The people of Athens are wonderful.

We stayed 3 night before and after a Greek island cruise. The hotel is in the middle of everything and sides a pedestrian street, Ermou. We had a balcony room with an Acropolis view. The breakfast room also has a Acropolis view. We had our anniversary dinner in its 7th floor restaurant one night and drinks on the restaurant balcony another night. Again with a lit up Acropolis view. Will definitely stay there again with its large room and huge walk in shower.

The property location is premium to access all excursion or sightseeing adventures. Room was clean but we did encounter a few roaches that mt husband eliminated. That made me uncomfortable to say the least. Staff was super helpful with everything. We only had breakfast twice and it was fresh and tasty. Dinner on the rooftop was nice also but I felt the food was overpriced compared to surrounding restaurants but the view was remarkable which I would guess is why the prices were higher than other restaurants

The hotel is excellent. The view from the rooftop is captivating. Staff were outstanding. Room (suite) was great. Our only complaint was that, on the 1st floor, street noise was intrusive. Obviously this is outside anyone’s control, but it took us a while to be able to sleep

We had the Deluxe suite and it was s beautiful room with an amazing view of the Acropolis. We received champagne in our room upon arrival. The steam shower was great. Very comfortable room. Only complaint was noise grom the above breakfast terrace during their set up in the morning. Not the friendliest staff at the breakfast, but front desk staff were great. Great location, right in the mix of it all.

My daughter recommended this hotel as her and her husband stayed there two years ago. It was absolutely fantastic. The hotel was beautiful. The room was reasonably large for Europe, however the most important point was the location. Everything was walkable cafés, restaurants, shops, streets with no cars. it was fantastic. We loved it. My stay at Elia Ermou was very enjoyable. Staff Anna was very helpful. The room was good size, very clean, and with good view overlooking the Acropolis. Location is very central and convenient. Rooftop restaurant is definitely a gem. Good view, good service, and excellent food.

Its our second time staying at this property and we once again had a great experience. The room was very clean, spacious and very comfortable for three adults. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. Its walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants and monastiraki. The walk to the Acropolis is around 20 mins but very doable.
Would recommend and will be returning.

When I first checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was not welcoming — very stern, no smile, and lacked hospitality. Thankfully, after that, everyone else I encountered during my stay was super nice and helpful.

The room itself was okay, but the bathroom was disappointing — there was a pee stain on the floor, which should never happen.

On the positive side, the location is excellent, and the rooftop is amazing with a great view

This is my second time staying in this hotel. I loved even more this time. It is very well located. The roof top restaurant is great and you cannot beat the view of the Acropolis! The room was so clean and it really had everything we needed. The breakfast was also super! It had so many options! Just a wonderful stay.
